1Natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery in urology: The Chinese experience显示文摘Objective:To describe the Chinese experience of natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery(NOTES)in urology.Methods:From December 2008 to May 2017,35 animal experiments and 305 clinical surgeries of NOTES or natural orifices specimen extractions(NOSE)were performed in China.The animal experiments included five kidney biopsies,24 nephrectomies and six partial nephrectomies.The clinical surgeries included 12 transvaginal NOSE(TV-NOSE),266 hybrid transvaginal NOTES(TV-NOTES)and 27 pure TV-NOTES.The TV-NOSE procedure was performed in five transumbilical laparoendoscopic single-site(U-LESS)nephrectomies,four suprapubic-assisted laparoendoscopic single-site surgery(SA-LESS)nephroureterectomies,and three laparoscopic radical cystectomies.The hybrid TV-NOTES procedure included 210 nephrectomies,31 adrenalectomies,eight nephroureterectomies,13 partial nephrectomies,and four heminephrectomies.The pure TV-NOTES procedure included five renal cyst decortications and 22 nephrectomies.Results:A total of 29 animal experiments were successfully performed.One partial nephrectomy was converted to standard laparoscopic surgery.Two kidney biopsies and two nephrectomies were unsuccessful.A total of 297 clinical surgeries were successfully performed.Six patients who underwent hybrid TV-NOTES were converted to open surgery.Two patients who underwent pure TV-NOTES were converted to SA-LESS.There were 22 major complications,16 occurred intraoperatively and six postoperatively.The mean visual analog score(VAS)of 48 h after the operation was 2.5 points in TV-NOSE,2.3 points in hybrid TV-NOTES and 1.7 points in pure TV-NOTES.The mean follow-up of 50.6(3.0-87.0)months showed that all patients were in good condition.The umbilicus scars were nearly invisible in TV-NOSE and hybrid TV-NOTES.The vaginal incision healed well.Conclusions:TV-NOSE and TV-NOTES are feasible,safe,and effective with little injury,low pain,fast recovery,and good cosmetic outcomes in properly selected patients.They are worth consideration for urological clinical practice.Xiaofeng Zou Guoxi Zhang Tianpeng Xie Yuanhu Yuan Rihai Xiao Gengqing Wu Xiaoning Wang Hui Xu Folin Liu Yuting Wu Yunfeng Liao Quanliang Liu Yinghao Sun Bo Yang Linhui Wang Chuanliang Xu Xiaofeng Gao 2020Asian Journal of Urology2020,7,1:5
2Influence factors of two dimensional position map on photomultiplier detector block designed by quadrant sharing technique显示文摘The position decoding accuracy and the spatial resolution of positron emission tomography detectors are greatly influenced by the performance of the two-dimensional position map,including the gain uniformity of photomultiplier tube (PMT),the baseline offset of the PMT signals and the accuracy of analogue to digital converter (ADC).In this work,a PMT-quadrant sharing detector was designed.Two data acquisition platforms are employed to conduct the influence factors on the two-dimensional position map performances,one was that the waveforms of the PMT signals were scanned by the sequence acquisition mode based on the oscilloscope of LeCroy waveRunner 204MXi-A,and another was a self-developed high speed ADC data acquisition module.Results show that the event decoding positions were concentrated on the PMT with higher gain,the position map was distorted at the baseline offset of signal,and the cross-line artifacts were caused by the insufficient ADC sampling bit for a larger size position map.All the parameters need be adjusted properly to stabilize a real system,and the flexible oscilloscope platform can be used to design the detector block and the other platform with high ADC accuracy.Likely,the electrical circuit with a proper ADC accuracy adjusts the PMT gains and baseline offsets.WEI Qingyang WANG Shi Ma Tianyu MA Fei DAI Tiantian XU Tianpeng WU Zhaoxia JIN Yongjie LIU Yaqiang 2011Nuclear Science and Techniques2011,22,4:3

5Non-planar dielectrics derived thermal and electrostatic field inhomogeneity for boosted weather-adaptive energy harvesting显示文摘Weather-adaptive energy harvesting of omnipresent waste heat and rain droplets,though promising in the field of environmental energy sustainability,is still far from practice due to its low electrical output owing to dielectric structure irrationality and unscalability.Here we present atypical upcycling of ambient heat and raindrop energy via an all-in-one non-planar energy harvester,simultaneously increasing solar pyroelectricity and droplet-based triboelectricity by two-fold,in contrast to conventional counterparts.The delivered non-planar dielectric with high transmittance confines the solar irradiance onto a focal hotspot,offering transverse thermal field propagation towards boosted inhomogeneous polarization with a generated power density of 6.1 mW m^(−2)at 0.2 sun.Moreover,the enlarged lateral surface area of curved architecture promotes droplet spreading/separation,thus travelling the electrostatic field towards increased triboelectricity.These enhanced pyroelectric and triboelectric outputs,upgraded with advanced manufacturing,demonstrate applicability in adaptive sustainable energy harvesting on sunny,cloudy,night,and rainy days.Our findings highlight a facile yet efficient strategy,not only for weather-adaptive environmental energy recovery but also in providing key insights for spatial thermal/electrostatic field manipulation in thermoelectrics and ferroelectrics.Yi Zhou Tianpeng Ding Yin Cheng Yi Huang Wu Wang Jianmin Yang Lin Xie Ghim Wei Ho Jiaqing He 2023National Science Review2023,10,9:0
6Pressure transient analysis of multiple fractured horizontal wells in naturally fractured unconventional reservoirs based on fractal theory and fractional calculus显示文摘Currently,most models for multiple fractured horizontal wells(MFHWs)in naturally fractured unconventional reservoirs(NFURs)are based on classical Euclidean models which implicitly assume a uniform distribution of natural fractures and that all fractures are homogeneous.While fractal theory provides a powerful method to describe the disorder,heterogeneity,uncertainty and complexity of the NFURs.In this paper,a fractally fractional diffusion model(FFDM)for MFHWs in NFURs is established based on fractal theory and fractional calculus.Particularly,fractal theory is used to describe the heterogeneous,complex fracture network,with consideration of anomalous behavior of diffusion process in NFURs by employing fractional calculus.The Laplace transformation,line source function,dispersion method,and superposition principle are used to solve this new model.The pressure responses in the real time domain are obtained with Stehfest numerical inversion algorithms.The type curves of MFHW with three different outer boundaries are plotted.Sensitivity analysis of some related parameters are discussed as well.This new model provides the relatively more accurate and appropriate evaluation results for pressure transient analysis for MFHWs in NFURs,which could be applied to accurately interpret the real pressure data of an MFHW in field.Daihong Gu Daoquan Ding Zeli Gao Aihua Zhang Leng Tian Tianpeng Wu 2017Petroleum2017,3,3:0
