| 1 | Review of Si IGBT and SiC MOSFET Based on Hybrid Switch显示文摘SiC Hybrid switch(HyS)combines low conduction loss of Si IGBT and low switching loss of SiC MOSFET,and the cost is closer to that of Si IGBT.The promising high performances of HyS will bring considerable achievement in terms of enhancing power density of a converter system.By reviewing the gate drive pattern, gate drive hardware, current sharing, module design, converter design, and cost, this paper introduces state-of-the-art SiC HyS. | Puqi Ning Tianshu Yuan Yuhui Kang Cao Han Lei Li | 2019 | Chinese Journal of Electrical Engineering2019,5,3: | 5 |
| 2 | Neuronal NR4A1 deficiency drives complement-coordinated synaptic stripping by microglia in a mouse model of lupus显示文摘Neuropsychiatric lupus(NPSLE)is a frequent manifestation of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)that occurs in 40-90%of SLE patients;however, the underlying mechanisms remain elusive, causing a severe lack of therapeutic targets for this condition. Here,we show that complement-coordinated elimination of synapses participated in NPSLE in MRL/lpr mice,a lupus-prone murine model. We demonstrated that lupus mice developed increased anxiety-like behaviors and persistent phagocytic microglial reactivation before overt peripheral lupus pathology. | Xiaojuan Han Tianshu Xu Congzhu Ding Dandan Wang Genhong Yao Hongwei Chen Qijun Fang Gang Hu Lingyun Sun | 2022 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,3: | 1 |

| 5 | Optimization of Animal-Glue Binders for Casting Applications显示文摘In typical metal foundry applications, sand casting is still the most used technology. The related binder plays a very important role as its performances can directly influence the quality of castings.Among many binders, glues of animal origin have attracted much attention in recent years due to their reduced environmental impact.How-ever,they display some drawbacks such as the tendency to coagulate easily at room temperature and a relatively low strength. In this study,a novel gas-hardening casting binder was prepared using an animal glue and anhy-drous potassium carbonate as a hydrolyzing agent to avoid undesired agglomeration. Moreover, sodium pyropho-sphate and furfuryl alcohol were exploited as modifiers to obtain a binder with a high compressive strength. The best modification conditions, determined by means of an orthogonal design matrix approach, were 4 g of Na2CO3,sodium pyrophosphate, furfuryl alcohol and animal glue with a ratio of 4:12:100,at 85°C and with a duration of 115 min, respectively. The viscosity of the mixture obtained under these optimized conditions was 1250 mPa⋅s.The compressive strength of the binder, hardened by CO_(2) gas,was 4.00 MPa.Its gas evolution at 850°C was 15 ml⋅g-1,and its residual strength after 10 min calculation at 800°C was 0.01 MPa,which is high enough to meet the requirement of core-making in foundry. Moreover, after hydrolysis and further modification, animal glue and modifiers displayed a grafting reaction and an esterification reaction, respectively, which made the adhesive network denser and improved its thermal stability. | Tianshu Wang Guoqing Sun Shaojun Zhang Mingyu Wang Jixin Wang Yunwu Han | 2023 | Fluid Dynamics & Materials Processing2023,19,11: | 0 |
| 6 | Association of branched-chain amino acid intake trajectory in adulthood with the risk of type 2 diabetes and its related risk factors显示文摘To the Editor:Type 2 diabetes(T2D)showed increasing prevalence worldwide and put a huge burden on healthcare systems.[1]Branched-chain amino acids(BCAAs,including Leucine,Isoleucine, and Valine),a prominent group of essential amino acids, are important nutrition signals that have important effects on protein synthesis, glucose homeostasis, and nutrient-sensitive signaling pathways.Plasma BCAA can predict the development of T2D,whereas the studies of dietary BCAA on T2D risk showed conflicting results.[2]Most of the researches about dietary BCAAs used a single or limited number of measurements, ignoring the dynamic changes of dietary BCAA levels throughout life and their relevance to the development of diabetes.A life-course approach using multiple dietary BCAA measurements over time may shed new light on dietary BCAA trajectories and their relation to T2D risk. Therefore,in the current study,we first use latent class mixed model(LCMM)to characterize BCAA intake trajectories over 18 years in longitudinal data from China and investigate the association of BCAA intake trajectories with the risk of T2D and its biomarkers after adjusting for potential confounding factors. | Weiqi Wang Tianshu Han Wanying Hou Xiyun Ren Wei Duan Zhipeng Liu Changhao Sun | 2022 | Chinese Medical Journal2022,,1: | 0 |
