1Efficacy and safety of a novel anti-HER2 therapeutic antibody RC48 in patients with HER2-overexpressing,locally advanced or metastatic gastric or gastroesophageal junction cancer:a single-arm phase II study显示文摘Background:Current treatment options for human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)-overexpressing gastric cancer at third-line have shown limited clinical benefit.Further,there is no specific treatment for HER2 immunohistochemistry(IHC)2+and fluorescence in-situ hybridization-negative patients.Here,we report the efficacy and safety of a novel anti-HER2 antibody RC48 for patients with HER2-overexpressing,advanced gastric or gastroesophageal junction cancer.Methods:Patients with HER2-overexpressing(IHC 2+or 3+),locally advanced or metastatic gastric or gastroesophageal junction cancer who were under at least second-line therapy were eligible and received RC482.5 mg/kg alone every 2 weeks.The primary endpoint was the objective response rate(ORR)assessed by an independent review committee.Secondary endpoints included progressionfree survival(PFS),overall survival(OS),duration of response,time to progression,disease control rate,and safety.Results:Of 179 patients screened,125 were eligible and received RC48 treatment.The ORR was 24.8%(95%confidence interval[CI]:17.5%-33.3%).The median PFS and OS were 4.1 months(95%CI:3.7-4.9 months)and 7.9 months(95%CI:6.7-9.9 months),respectively.The most frequently reported adverse events were decreased white blood cell count(53.6%),asthenia(53.6%),hair loss(53.6%),decreased neutrophil count(52.0%),anemia(49.6%),and increased aspartate aminotransferase level(43.2%).Serious adverse events(SAEs)occurred in 45(36.0%)patients,and RC48-related SAEs were mainly decreased neutrophil count(3.2%).Seven patients had adverse events that led to death were not RC48-related.Conclusions:RC48 showed promising activity with manageable safety,suggesting potential application in patients with HER2-overexpressing,advanced gastric or gastroesophageal junction cancer who have previously received at least two lines of chemotherapy.Zhi Peng Tianshu Liu Jia Wei Airong Wang Yifu He Liuzhong Yang Xizhi Zhang Nanfeng Fan Suxia Luo Zhen Li Kangsheng Gu Jianwei Lu Jianming Xu Qingxia Fan Ruihua Xu Liangming Zhang Enxiao Li Yuping Sun Guohua Yu Chunmei Bai Yong Liu Jiangzheng Zeng Jieer Ying Xinjun Liang Nong Xu Chao Gao Yongqian Shu Dong Ma Guanghai Dai Shengmian Li Ting Deng Yuehong Cui Jianmin Fang Yi Ba Lin Shen 2021Cancer Communications2021,41,11:29
2Decision Tree Based Online Stability Assessment Scheme for Power Systems with Renewable Generations显示文摘The stochastic fluctuation of renewable energy resources has significant impact on the stability of the power system with renewable generations and results in change in stability.Therefore,it is necessary to track the changing stability of the power system with renewable generations,a task that can be performed online.This paper details the use of decision trees to predict multi-mode damping of power system integrating renewable generations with the help of wide-area measurements system(WAMS).Power systems with renewable source generation are complex with vast amounts of data being collected from WAMS.Decision trees(DTs)are employed as a means to handle vast quantities of wide-area information,which involves the mode damping information indicating the stability.A 16-generator,68-bus system with photovoltaic power generation and wind power generation is used as the test system.Remote signals obtained from phasor measurement units(PMUs)are employed as the input variables of DTs for predicting purposes.The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed predicting scheme is able to suggest the optimal course of action to remedy any near instability or unstable electromechanical oscillations even without prior knowledge of the varying output of the renewable source power.Tong Wang Tianshu Bi Haifeng Wang Jizhen Liu 2015CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2015,1,2:21

4Phasor measurement units, WAMS, and their applications in protection and control of power systems显示文摘The paper provides a short history of the phasor measurement unit(PMU) concept. The origin of PMU is traced to the work on developing computer based distance relay using symmetrical component theory. PMUs evolved from a portion of this relay architecture. The need for synchronization using global positioning system(GPS) is discussed, and the wide area measurement system(WAMS) utilizing PMU signals is described. 5Haze observations by simultaneous lidar and WPS in Beijing before and during APEC, 2014显示文摘We present combined Mie lidar, ozone lidar and wide-range particle spectrometer observations which were carried out in Beijing, north China during two periods—one haze period before the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation(APEC) meeting and one moderate pollution period during the meeting in 2014. High extinction coefficient, moderate ozone concentration and variable particle number concentration were obtained throughout the first haze observation period. The mean extinction coefficients in the two pollution periods were 0.52 and 0.23 km?1, respectively, at 532 nm. The ozone concentration during the first haze phase was more various with a higher average value of 49 ppb compared with that in the second pollution observations(32 ppb). Compared with the same metrological condition occurring at the end of October, the sharply decreased aerosol extinction coefficient and ozone concentration show the effectiveness of the emission-cutting measures implemented during APEC in November. The comparison of aerosols and ozone in different heights indicate different pollution sources and the complicated ozone process of generation and disappearance. The correlation between the scattering coefficient and particle number concentrations of various diameter depended on the ambient humidity. Especially the particle number concentration(500 nm–1 ?m) contributed most to PM2.5 concentration. 6Application of next-generation sequencing technology to precision medicine in cancer: joint consensus of the Tumor Biomarker Committee of the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology显示文摘Next-generation sequencing(NGS) technology is capable of sequencing millions or billions of DNA molecules simultaneously.Therefore, it represents a promising tool for the analysis of molecular targets for the initial diagnosis of disease, monitoring of disease progression, and identifying the mechanism of drug resistance. On behalf of the Tumor Biomarker Committee of the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology(CSCO) and the China Actionable Genome Consortium(CAGC), the present expert group hereby proposes advisory guidelines on clinical applications of NGS technology for the analysis of cancer driver genes for precision cancer therapy. This group comprises an assembly of laboratory cancer geneticists, clinical oncologists, bioinformaticians,pathologists, and other professionals. After multiple rounds of discussions and revisions, the expert group has reached a preliminary consensus on the need of NGS in clinical diagnosis, its regulation, and compliance standards in clinical sample collection. 7Effect of hydrophilic silica nanoparticles on hydrate formation: Insight from the experimental study显示文摘Invasion of drilling fluid into natural gas hydrate deposits during drilling might damage the reservoir,induce hydrate dissociation and then cause wellbore instability and distortion of the data from well logging. Adding nanoparticles into drilling fluid is an effective method in reducing the invasion of drilling fluid and enhancing borehole stability. However, the addition of nanoparticles might also introduce hydrate formation risk in borehole because they can act as the 'seeds' for hydrate nucleation. This paper presents an experimental study of the effect of hydrophilic silica nanoparticle on gas hydrate formation in a dynamic methane/liquid-water system. In the experiment, the ultrapure water with and without1.0 wt%–6.0 wt% concentrations of silica nanoparticles, grain sizes of 20 and 50 nm, were pressurized by methane gas under varied conditions of temperature and pressure. The induction time, the gas consumption, and the average rate of gas consumption in the system were measured and compared to those in ultrapure water. The results show that a concentration of 4.0 wt% hydrophilic SiO_2 particles with a grain size of 50 nm has a relatively strong inhibition effect on hydrate formation when the initial experimental condition is 5.0 °C and 5.0 MPa. Compared to ultrapure water, the hydrophilic nano-SiO_2 fluid increases the induction time for hydrate formation by 194% and decreases the amount and average rate of hydrate formation by 10% and 17%, respectively. This inhibition effect may be attributed to the hydrophilicity,amount and aggregation of silica nanoparticle according to the results of water activity and zeta potential measurements. 8On the mechanism and control for the ultra-low frequency oscillation in NY Power Grid with large-scale hydropower显示文摘The power grid with large proportion of hydropower may engage the ultra-low frequency oscillation (ULFO),which threatening the operation of system.To the NY Power Grid system,whose dimension is over thousands,this paper reveals the cause of ULFO with the phase portrait method,i.e.,lies in the saturation of the different limits of the governor system of the generators,in other words,the occurrence of limit cycle is due to the non-smooth bifurcation.And furthermore,it proposes two methods to suppress ULFO with the philosophy of destroying the condition of non-smooth bifurcation.In detail,first,the phenomenon of ULFO in NY Power Grid,the damping characteristics and the limits in the governor system of the hydropower units are presented.Second,based on the non-smooth bifurcation theory,the mathematical basis of the oscillation in the non-smooth system caused by the saturation of limits is introduced.And then,the non-oscillation and oscillation dynamic of the system corresponding to without/with limits in the governor system are analyzed.Furthermore,it discusses the influence of the saturation of single limit on the characteristics of ULFO with the phase portraits.Moreover,the phase portraits of the ULFO under different faults is analyzed,and it shows that the limiting saturation occurs with a large enough disturbance.Thus,the ULFO is resulting from the negative damping of generation and the saturation of multiple limits under a large enough disturbance.In addition,according to the above mechanism,two strategies to suppress the ULFO,i.e.,the governor parameters tuning and the fault strength relief are designed.The simulation shows the effectiveness of proposed strategies.Ancheng XUE Jiawei WANG Chao ZHENG Joe H.CHOW Tianshu BI 2019Control Theory and Technology2019,17,3:11
9Understanding unusually high levels of peroxyacetyl nitrate(PAN) in winter in Urban Jinan,China显示文摘Peroxyacetyl nitrate(PAN), as a major secondary pollutant, has gained increasing worldwide attentions, but relevant studies in China are still quite limited. During winter of 2015 to summer of 2016, the ambient levels of PAN were measured continuously by an automatic gas chromatograph equipped with an electron capture detector(GC–ECD) analyzer at an urban site in Jinan(China), with related parameters including concentrations of O3, NO, NO_2, PM_(2.5), HONO,the photolysis rate constant of NO_2 and meteorological factors observed concurrently. The mean and maximum values of PAN concentration were(1.89 ± 1.42) and 9.61 ppbv respectively in winter, and(2.54 ± 1.44) and 13.47 ppbv respectively in summer. Unusually high levels of PAN were observed during severe haze episodes in winter, and the formation mechanisms of them were emphatically discussed. Study showed that high levels of PAN in winter were mainly caused by local accumulation and strong photochemical reactions during haze episodes, while mass transport played only a minor role. Accelerated photochemical reactions(compared to winter days without haze) during haze episodes were deduced by the higher concentrations but shorter lifetimes of PAN, which was further supported by the sufficient solar radiation in the photolysis band along with the high concentrations of precursors(NO_2, VOCs) and HONO during haze episodes. 11Bad Data Detection Algorithm for PMU Based on Spectral Clustering显示文摘Phasor measurement units(PMUs) can provide real-time measurement data to construct the ubiquitous electric of the Internet of Things. However, due to complex factors on site, PMU data can be easily compromised by interference or synchronization jitter. It will lead to various levels of PMU data quality issues, which can directly affect the PMU-based application and even threaten the safety of power systems. In order to improve the PMU data quality, a data-driven PMU bad data detection algorithm based on spectral clustering using single PMU data is proposed in this paper. The proposed algorithm does not require the system topology and parameters. Firstly, a data identification method based on a decision tree is proposed to distinguish event data and bad data by using the slope feature of each data. Then, a bad data detection method based on spectral clustering is developed. By analyzing the weighted relationships among all the data, this method can detect the bad data with a small deviation. Simulations and results of field recording data test illustrate that this data-driven method can achieve bad data identification and detection effectively. 12Hydroisomerization performance of platinum supported on ZSM-22/ZSM-23 intergrowth zeolite catalyst显示文摘Hydroisomerization catalysts Pt/ZSM-22,Pt/ZSM-23,and Pt/ZSM-22/ZSM-23 were prepared by supporting Pt on ZSM-22,ZSM-23,and intergrowth zeolite ZSM-22/ZSM-23,respectively.The typical physicochemical properties of these catalysts were characterized by X-Ray Diffraction(XRD),N2 absorption-desorption,Pyridine-Fourier Transform Infrared(Py-FTIR),Transmission Electron Microscopy(TEM),X-Ray Fluorescence(XRF),Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM) and NH3-Temperature Programmed Desorption(NH3-TPD),and the performance of these catalysts in n-dodecane hydroisomerization was evaluated in a continuous down-flow fixed bed with a stainless steel tubular reactor.The characterization results indicated that the intergrowth zeolite ZSM-22/ZSM-23 possessed the dual structure of ZSM-22 and ZSM-23,and the catalyst Pt/ZSM-22/ZSM-23 had similar pores and weak acidity to Pt/ZSM-22 and Pt/ZSM-23 catalysts.Moreover,Pt/ZSM-22/ZSM-23 catalyst showed a high selectivity in hydroisomerization of long chain n-alkanes to mono-branched isomers.The evaluation results for n-dodecane hydroisomerization indicated that the activity of Pt/ZSM-22/ZSM-23 was the lowest,while the hydroisomerization selectivity was the highest among the three catalysts.The maximum yield of i-dodecane product was 68.3% over Pt/ZSM-22/ZSM-23 at 320 oC.Chi Kebin Zhao Zhen Tian Zhijian Hu Sheng Yan Lijun Li Tianshu Wang Bingchun Meng Xiangbin Gao Shanbin Tan Mingwei Liu Yanfeng 2013Petroleum Science2013,10,2:8
13Strong ozone production at a rural site in the North China Plain: Mixed effects of urban plumes and biogenic emissions显示文摘Regional ozone(O_3) pollution has drawn increasing attention in China over the recent decade, but the contributions from urban pollution and biogenic emissions have not been clearly elucidated. To better understand the formation of the regional O_3 problem in the North China Plain(NCP), intensive field measurements of O_3 and related parameters were conducted at a rural site downwind of Ji'nan, the capital city of Shandong province, in the summer of 2013. Markedly severe O_3 pollution was recorded, with the O_3 mixing ratios exceeding the Chinese national ambient air quality standard on 28 days(a frequency of 78%) and with a maximum hourly value of 198 ppbv. Extensive regional transport of wellprocessed urban plumes to the site was identified. An observation-constrained chemical box model was deployed to evaluate in situ photochemical O_3 production on two episodes.The results show that the in situ formation accounted for approximately 46% of the observed O_3 accumulation, while the remainder(~54%) was contributed by regional transport of the O_3-laden urban plumes. The in situ ozone production was in a mixed controlled regime that reducing either NOx or VOCs would lead to a reduction of ozone formation. Biogenic VOCs played an important role in the local ozone formation. 14The precise regulation of different COR genes by individual CBF transcription factors in Arabidopsis thaliana显示文摘The transcription factors CBF1/2/3 are reported to play a dominant role in the cold responsive network of Arabidopsis by directly regulating the expression levels of cold responsive(COR) genes.In this study,we obtained CRISPR/Cas9-mediated loss-of-function mutants of cbf1$3.Over 3,000 COR genes identified by RNA-seq analysis showed a slight but significant change in their expression levels in the mutants compared to the wildtype plants after being treated at 4 °C for 12 h.The C-repeat(CRT) motif(50-CCGAC-30) was enriched in promoters of genes that were up-regulated by CBF2 and CBF3 but not in promoters of genes up-regulated by CBF1.These data suggest that CBF2 and CBF3 play a more important role in directing the cold response by regulating different sets of downstream COR genes.More than 2/3 of COR genes were co-regulated by two or three CBFs and were involved mainly in cellular signal transduction and metabolic processes;less than 1/3 of the genes were regulated by one CBF,and those genes up-regulated were enriched in cold-related abiotic stress responses.Our results indicate that CBFs play an important role in the trade-off between cold tolerance and plant growth through the precise regulation of COR genes in the complicated transcriptional network.Yihao Shi Jiaying Huang Tianshu Sun Xuefei Wang Chenqi Zhu Yuxi Ai Hongya Gu 2017Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2017,59,2:7
15Sensors deployment optimization in multi-dimensional space based on improved particle swarm optimization algorithm显示文摘Sensors deployment optimization has become one of the most attractive fields in recent years. However, most of the previous work focused on the deployment problem in 2 D space.Compared to the traditional form, sensors deployment in multidimensional space has greater research significance and practical potential to satisfy the detecting needs in complex environment.Aiming at solving this issue, a multi-dimensional space sensor network model is established, and the radar system is selected as an example. Considering the possible working mode of the radar system(e.g., searching and tracking), two distinctive deployment models are proposed based on maximum coverage area and maximum target detection probability in the attack direction respectively. The latter one is usually ignored in the previous literature.For uncovering the optimal deployment of the sensor network, the particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm is improved using the proposed weights determination scheme, in which the linear decreasing, the pooling strategy and the cloud theory are combined for weights updating. 16Pertuzumab in combination with trastuzumab and chemotherapy for Chinese patients with HER2-positive metastatic gastric or gastroesophageal junction cancer:a subpopulation analysis of the JACOB trial显示文摘Background:The JACOB trial(NCT01774786)was a double-blinded,placebo-controlled,randomized,multicenter,international,phase III trial evaluating the efficacy and safety of adding pertuzumab to trastuzumab and chemo-therapy in first-line treatment of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)-positive metastatic gastric cancer/gastroesophageal junction cancer(GEJC).The aim of this analysis was to investigate efficacy and safety outcomes in the Chinese subpopulation from the JACOB trial.Methods:This post hoc subpopulation analysis included all patients recruited in China's Mainland(n=163;20.9%)between June 2013 and January 2016.The patients were randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to receive pertuzumab plus trastuzumab and chemotherapy(pertuzumab group;n=82)or placebo plus trastuzumab and chemotherapy(con-trol group;n=81).Intravenous pertuzumab(840 mg)and trastuzumab(8 mg/kg loading and 6 mg/kg maintenance doses)were given every 3 weeks until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity.Chemotherapy was given as per standard regimens/doses of capecitabine or 5-fluorouracil plus cisplatin.The primary endpoint was overall survival(OS);secondary efficacy endpoints included progression-free survival(PFS),and overall objective response rate(ORR).Results:The median OS was 18.7 months in the pertuzumab group and 16.1 months in the control group(hazard ratio[HR]0.75;95%confidence interval[CI]0.49 to 1.14).The median PFS was 10.5 and 8.6 months in the pertuzumab and control groups,respectively(HR 0.85;95%CI 0.60 to 1.21),and the median ORRs were 68.9%and 55.7%,respectively.The treatment effect in this Chinese subpopulation showed consistency with that in the global ITT population with numerically lower HR for OS and PFS compared with the control group.The safety profiles of the pertuzumab and control groups in this Chinese subpopulation analysis were generally comparable.The most common grade 3-5adverse events were neutropenia,anemia,and leukopenia.However,due to the nature of being a post hoc subgroup analysis,the results presented here are descriptive only and need to be interpreted with caution.Conclusions:OS and PFS were numerically improved by adding pertuzumab to trastuzumab and chemotherapy as first-line treatment in Chinese HER2-positive gastric cancer/GEJC patients,and this regimen demonstrated an acceptable safety profile.Tianshu Liu Yanru Qin Jin Li Ruihua Xu Jianming Xu Shujun Yang Shukui Qin Yuxian Bai Changping Wu Yixiang Mao Haiyan Wu Yilin Ge Lin Shen 2019Cancer Communications2019,39,1:6

19Vertical Distribution Characteristics of PM2.5 Observed by a Mobile Vehicle Lidar in Tianjin, China in 2016显示文摘We present mobile vehicle lidar observations in Tianjin, China during the spring, summer, and winter of 2016. Mobile observations were carried out along the city border road of Tianjin to obtain the vertical distribution characteristics of PM_(2.5). Hygroscopic growth was not considered since relative humidity was less than 60% during the observation experiments. PM_(2.5) profile was obtained with the linear regression equation between the particle extinction coefficient and PM_(2.5) mass concentration. In spring, the vertical distribution of PM_(2.5) exhibited a hierarchical structure. In addition to a layer of particles that gathered near the ground, a portion of particles floated at 0.6–2.5-km height. In summer and winter, the fine particles basically gathered below 1 km near the ground. In spring and summer, the concentration of fine particles in the south was higher than that in the north because of the influence of south wind. In winter, the distribution of fine particles was opposite to that measured during spring and summer. High concentrations of PM_(2.5) were observed in the rural areas of North Tianjin with a maximum of 350 μg m–3 on 13 December2016. It is shown that industrial and ship emissions in spring and summer and coal combustion in winter were the major sources of fine particles that polluted Tianjin. 20Comparison of mixing layer height inversion algorithms using lidar and a pollution case study in Baoding, China显示文摘Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei area is suffering from atmospheric pollution from a long time. The understanding of the air pollution mechanism is of great importance for officials to design strategies for the environmental governance. Mixing layer height(MLH) is a key factor influencing the diffusion of air pollutants. It plays an important role on the evolution of heavy pollution events. Light detection and ranging(lidar), is an effective remote-sensing tool, which can retrieve high spatial and temporal evolution process within mixing layer(ML), especially the variation of MLH. There are many methods to retrieve MLH, but each method has its own applicable limitations. The Mie-lidar data in Beijing was firstly used to compare three different algorithms which are widely used under different pollution levels.We find that the multi-layer structure near surface may cause errors in the detection of mixing layer. The MLH retrieved based on image edge detection was better than another two methods especially under heavy polluted episode. Then we applied this method to investigate the evolution of the mixing layer height during a pollution episode in December2016. MLH at Gucheng county showed the positive correlation with the concentration of particulate matters during the start of this pollution episode.
