| 1 | The bulk transfer coefficients and surface fluxes on the western Tibetan Plateau显示文摘On the gradient observational data of the atmospheric surface layer from September 1997 to December 1998 collected by two sets of Automatic Weather Station (AWS) installed in Gaize and Shiquanhe on the western Tibetan Plateau, mean surface roughness lengths at the two stations above are determined to be 2.7 and 2.9 cm, respectively. The bulk transfer coefficients each day are computed by the profile-flux method, means of the bulk transfer coefficient for momentum (i.e. drag coefficient) in 1998 are 4.83×10-3 and 4.75×103 at the two stations. The surface fluxes of momentum, sensible heat and latent heat each day are further estimated by the bulk formulas, annual mean of these fluxes is 3.4×10-2 and 1.8×102N/m2, 73.1 and 67.2 W/m2, 15.4 and 2.9 W/m2, respectively. | 2 | Distributed Cooperative Control of Battery Energy Storage Systems in DC Microgrids显示文摘The control of battery energy storage systems(BESSs)plays an important role in the management of microgrids.In this paper,the problem of balancing the state-ofcharge(SoC)of the networked battery units in a BESS while meeting the total charging/discharging power requirement is formulated and solved as a distributed control problem.Conditions on the communication topology among the battery units are established under which a control law is designed for each battery unit to solve the control problem based on distributed average reference power estimators and distributed average unit state estimators.Two types of estimators are proposed.One achieves asymptotic estimation and the other achieves finite time estimation.We show that,under the proposed control laws,SoC balancing of all battery units is achieved and the total charging/discharging power of the BESS tracks the desired power.A simulation example is shown to verify the theoretical results. | Tingyang Meng Zongli Lin Yacov A.Shamash | 2021 | IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2021,8,3: | 5 |

| 5 | Association of fluid-attenuated inversion recovery vascular hyperintensity with ischaemic events in internal carotid artery or middle cerebral artery occlusion显示文摘Background and purpose Individuals with intracranial artery occlusion have high rates of ischaemic events and recurrence.It has been challenging to identify patients who had high-risk stroke using a simple,valid and non-invasive screening approach.This study aimed to investigate whether fluid-attenuated inversion recovery(FLAIR)vascular hyperintensity(FVH),a specific imaging sign on the FLAIR sequence,could be a predictor of ischaemic events in a population with internal carotid artery(ICA)or middle cerebral artery(MCA)occlusion.Methods We retrospectively analysed 147 patients(mean 60.43±12.83 years)with 149 lesions,including 37 asymptomatic and 112 symptomatic cases of ICA or MCA occlusion.Symptomatic occlusion was considered if ischaemic events were present in the relevant territory within 90 days.FVH Alberta Stroke Program Early Computed Tomography Score(FVH-ASPECTS:0-7,with 0 indicating absence of FVH and 7 suggesting prominent FVH)and collateral circulation grade were assessed for each participant.Multivariable logistic regression analysis was performed to detect independent markers associated with symptomatic status.Results A lower FVH-ASPECTS was associated with a more favourable collateral circulation grade(rho=−0.464,p<0.0001).The FVH-ASPECTS was significantly lower in the asymptomatic occlusion group than in the symptomatic occlusion group(p<0.0001).FVH-ASPECTS(Odd ratio,2.973;95%confidence interval,1.849 to 4.781;p<0.0001)was independently associated with symptomatic status after adjustment for age,sex,lesion location and collateral circulation grade in the multivariate logistic regression.The area under the curve was 0.861 for the use of FVH-ASPECTS to identify symptomatic occlusion.Conclusions The ability to discriminate symptomatic from asymptomatic occlusion suggests that FVH may be a predictor of stroke.As a simple imaging sign,FVH may serve as a surrogate for haemodynamic impairments and can be used to identify high-risk stroke cases early in ICA or MCA occlusion. | Jinhao Lyu Jianxing Hu Xinrui Wang Xiangbing Bian Mengting Wei Liuxian Wang Qi Duan Yina Lan Dekang Zhang Xueyang Wang Tingyang Zhang Chenglin Tian Xin Lou | 2023 | Stroke & Vascular Neurology2023,8,1: | 1 |

| 17 | Quantitative Parameters Analysis for Prenatally Echocardiographic Diagnosis of Atrioventricular Septal Defects显示文摘Background:Atrioventricular septal defects(AVSDs)are screened and diagnosed usually rely on the imaging characteristics of fetal echocardiography(FE).However,diagnosis on images is heavily depended on sonographers’experience and the quantitative data are rarely studied.Objective:This study aimed to realize the prenatal diagnosis of AVSDs by analyzing the quantitative data on FE.Methods:One hundred and thirteen cardiac quantitative data was analyzed in 370 normal and 49 AVSDs fetuses retrospectively.The top six with the highest diagnostic accuracy rate were acquired according to the area under the curve(AUC),and the diagnostic value of six variables was analyzed.Results:Six parameters obtained on the four-chamber view(4CHV),including the atrial to ventricular length ratio in end-diastole(AVLR-ED),AVLR-ED combined with the atrial to ventricular length ratio in end-systole(AVLR-ES),quantile score(Q score)of AVLR-ED,Q score of AVLR-ES,Q score of ventricle length in end-diastole(VL-ED),and AVLR-ES,were the top six with the highest diagnostic value,and the AUC was 0.99(95%CI 0.99–1.00),0.99(95%CI 0.99–1.00),0.99(95%CI 0.98–1.00),0.95(95%CI 0.91–0.99),0.93(95%CI 0.87–0.99),and 0.91(95%CI 0.83–1.00),respectively.And within the 20%false positive rate,the diagnostic sensitivity was greater than 100%,100%,100%,90%,90%,and 88%,respectively.Conclusions:Six variables could be used for prenatal diagnosis of AVSDs.Among them,AVLR-ED and Q score of AVLR-ED,obtained on the 4CHV,were more convenient to acquire and had higher diagnostic accuracy. | Xiaoxue Zhou Tingyang Yang Ye Zhang Yanping Ruan Jiancheng Han Xiaowei Liu Ying Zhao Xiaoyan Gu Tingting Liu Hairui Wang Yihua He | 2023 | Congenital Heart Disease2023,18,3: | 0 |
| 18 | Knowledge,Attitude and Practice(K-A-P)of Cancer Nutrition in Chinese Medical Staff显示文摘Objective The present study was designed to investigate knowledge,attitude,and practice(K-A-P)toward cancer nutrition among medical staff in China,and to provide a basis for nutritional oncology training in clinical oncology practice in China in order to improve clinical treatment outcomes.Method This was a multicenter,cross-sectional study involving 3036 clinicians selected from 138 hospitals in 13 provinces across China.KAP scores were collected via questionnaires.Results The overall mean K score was 41.26±23.68,with a pass rate of 35.31%and honoring rate of 12.48%,respectively.The overall mean A score was 82.23±12.63,with pass rate of 96.57%and honoring rate of 69.37%,respectively.The overall mean P score was 73.03±15.06,with a pass rate of 85.64%and honoring rate of 39.86%,respectively.The correlation coefficient between K and A scores was 0.136(P<0.05).The correlation coefficient between K and P scores was 0.179(P<0.05).These results suggested positive correlations between K and A,and K and P scores.While the pass rate for K score in male staff was higher than that in female(P<0.05),there was no significant difference for A and P scores between the two groups(P >0.05).The K-A-P scores,and their associated pass rates and honoring rates among doctors were higher than that among nurses and medical technicians(P<0.05).Senior medical technicians had higher K and P scores than their junior counterparts(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in A scores among medical technicians with different ranks(P >0.05).Mean K-A-P scores and their associated pass rates and honoring rates in clinicians with higher degrees were superior,compared with those with lower degrees(P<0.05).Surgeons had higher K-A-P scores,pass rates,and honoring rates than others(P<0.05).Those who worked in teaching hospitals showed higher K-A-P scores,pass rates,and honoring rates than their counterparts in other work settings.There were no significant differences in K and P scores,and associated pass rates and good rates between medical staff from general hospitals and those from specialized oncology hospitals(P >0.05).However,higher P scores and associated pass rates were observed in staff from general hospitals than that from other settings(P<0.05).Over half(58.41%)of the medical staff spent less than 10%of their work time on nutritional education.About half(52.71%)of the medical staff expressed desires to work on nutritional research projects.Nutritional knowledge of medical staff primarily came from work experience(66.22%),reference textbooks and journals(65.40%),and formal education(61.25%).Conclusion While medical staff in China demonstrated positive attitude and good practice in nutritional therapy,they need more training to improve nutritional knowledge. | Xiao Wei Zhang Wei Li Gong Yan Chen Guang Fa Zhao Jian Si Chen Su Xia Luo TingYang Jin Huang Yan Jin Chen Su Yun Li Lan Zhou Wen Hu Chang Hai Zhao Shao Zhong Wei Han Ping Shi Chinese Society for Oncological Nutrition and Supportive Care(CSONSC) | 2017 | Journal of Nutritional Oncology2017,2,2: | 0 |
