1Cloning and analysis of a cDNA encoding acetohydroxy acid isomeroreductase from G2 pea显示文摘Using cDNA representational difference analysis (cDNA RDA) method, we have successfully isolated a gene fragment whose expression was specifically induced by external GAa application. Screening a G2 pea cDNA library using this fragment as a probe, we obtained a 2036 bp full-length cDNA. It contains a 1746 bp open reading frame and encodes a protein of 581 amino acids with a theoretical molecular weight of 64 ku. It shares high-level sequenceidentity with AAIR genes from other plant species. 2Magnetorheological finishing of an irregular-shaped small-bore complex component using a small ball-end permanent-magnet polishing head显示文摘A novel magnetorheological finishing(MRF)process using a small ball-end permanent-magnet polishing head is proposed,and a four-axes linkage dedicated MRF machine tool is fabricated to achieve the nanofinishing of an irregularψ-shaped small-bore complex component with concave surfaces of a curvature radius less than3 mm.The processing method of the complex component is introduced.Magnetostatic simulation during the entire finishing path is carried out to analyze the material removal characteristics.A typicalψ-shaped small-bore complex component is polished on the developed device,and a fine surface quality is obtained with surface roughness Raof 0.0107μm and surface accuracy of the finished spherical surfaces of 0.3320μm(PV).These findings indicate that the proposed MRF process can perform the nanofinishing of a kind of small-bore complex component with small-curvature-radius concave surfaces.Henan Liu Jian Cheng Tingzhang Wang Mingjun Chen 2019Nanotechnology and Precision Engineering2019,2,3:2

7Extraction of Herba Lycopi Polysaccharide and Study of Its Antioxidant Activity by Cellulase Method显示文摘[Objectives] To optimize the extraction process of Herba Lycopi polysaccharide by cellulase,and study its antioxidant activity.[Methods]The single factor test and orthogonal test were conducted to study the effect of p H,enzyme dosage,enzymolysis temperature and extraction time on the extraction of Herba Lycopi polysaccharide. And the test was done about its scavenging effect on DPPH radicals and superoxide anions,and the antioxidant activity was evaluated. [Results] The optimum extraction process by cellulase method was as follows: p H value of 7; enzyme dosage of 4 ml; enzymolysis temperature of 40 ℃; extraction time of 2. 5 h. The average extraction rate of Herba Lycopi polysaccharide was 10. 70%,and RSD was 0. 17%. The antioxidant activity test showed that Herba Lycopi polysaccharide had a significant scavenging effect on radicals. 8Cytotoxic effects of docetaxel as a candidate drug of drug-eluting stent on human umbilical vein endothelial cells and the signaling pathway of cell migration inhibition,adhesion delay and shape change显示文摘Docetaxel(DTX),a paclitaxel analogue,can efficiently inhibit proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells and has broadly been used as an antiangiogenesis drug.However,as a candidate drug of drug-eluting stent,the effects of DTX on human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs)are still not well understood.Herein,we investigated the effects of DTX on proliferation,apoptosis,adhesion,migration and morphology of HUVECs in vitro.We found that DTX had the cytostatic and cytotoxic effects at low and high concentrations,respectively.DTX could inhibit the proliferation and migration of HUVECs,induce HUVECs apoptosis,delay HUVECs adhesion and decrease spreading area and aspect ratio of individual cells.The signaling pathway that DTX led to the migration inhibition,adhesion delay and shape change of HUVECs is the VE-cadherin mediated integrin b1/FAK/ROCK signaling pathway.The study will provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of DTX.Tingzhang Hu Chun Yang Meiling Fu Jiali Yang Rolin Du Xiaolin Ran Tieying Yin Guixue Wang 2017Regenerative Biomaterials2017,4,3:1
9Simulation and analysis of asteroid force closure anchoring performance based on discrete element method显示文摘Asteroid exploration is significant for studying the origin of the solar system,establishing planetary defenses,and alleviating the resource crisis of the Earth.Asteroid anchoring is the basis of in-situ exploration and resource development and utilization.Therefore,the performance of asteroid force-closure anchoring is investigated using the discrete element method.The micro parameters of the simulated materials are calibrated with angle of repose and uniaxial compression experiments,based on which the regional modeling method is adopted to establish the anchoring discrete element model.Asteroid anchoring experiments are conducted on a self-developed microgravity simulation platform to verify the accuracy of the simulation model.The asteroid anchoring simulations are performed to investigate the influence of external force on the anchoring performance.The analysis of anchoring force varying with time and the interaction between the anchor and regolith particles reveals the influence mechanism of external force direction on the anchoring performance.The external force direction affects the critical anchoring force by influencing the failure of the force-closure structure.The comprehensive analysis of simulation results clarifies the variation of the critical anchoring force with the external forces.Finally,a stable anchoring region is established,beneficial for asteroid anchoring device design.Tingzhang WANG Qiquan QUAN Hongshuai GAO Mengxue LI Dewei TANG Zongquan DENG 2023Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2023,36,8:0

11A global optimization algorithm based on multi-loop neural network control显示文摘This paper proposes an optimization algorithm based on a multi-loop control system with a neural network controller,in which the objective function that is used is the control plant of each sub-control system.To obtain the global optimization solution from a control plant that has many local minimum points,a transformation function is presented.On the one hand,this approach changes a complex objective function into a simple function under the condition of an unchanged globally optimal solution,to find the global optimization solution more easily by using a multi-loop control system.On the other hand,a special neural network(in which the node function can be simply positioned locally)that is composed of multiple transformation functions is used as the controller,which reduces the possibility of falling into local minimum points.At the same time,a filled function is presented as a control law;it can jump out of a local minimum point and move to another local minimum point that has a smaller value of the objective function.Finally,18 simulation examples are provided to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.LU Baiquan NI Chenlong ZHENG Zhongwei LIU Tingzhang 2019Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2019,30,5:0
12Compare two methods of measuring DNA damage induced by photogenotoxicity of fluoroquinolones显示文摘AIM: To compare two methods of measuring DNA damage induced by photogenotoxicity of fluoroquinolones (FQ). METHODS: Lomefloxacin (LFLX), sparfloxacin (SPFX), ciprofloxacin (CPFX), and levofloxacin (LELX) were tested by comet assay and photodynamic DNA strand breaking activity under the different conditions of UVA irradiation. RESULTS: In comet assay, photogenotoxicity was evident at SPFX 1 mg/L, LFLX 5 mg/L, and CPFX 5 mg/L, and LELX 10 mg/L. In photodynamic DNA srand-breaking activity, SPFX and LFLX induced the conver- sion of the supercoiled form into the nicked relaxed form at 10-50 μmol/L, while CPFX at 25 μmol/L and LELX at 50 μmol/L. CONCLUSION: There were good correlations between the two methods to detect DNA damage induced by phototoxicity of fluoroquinolones. 13Dietary cysteine drives body fat loss via FMRFamide signaling in Drosophila and mouse显示文摘Obesity imposes a global health threat and calls for safe and effective therapeutic options.Here,we found that protein-rich diet significantly reduced body fat storage in fruit flies,which was largely attributed to dietary cysteine intake.Mechanistically,dietary cysteine increased the production of a neuropeptide FMRFamide(FMRFa).Enhanced FMRFa activity simultaneously promoted energy expenditure and suppressed food intake through its cognate receptor(FMRFaR),both contributing to the fat loss effect.In the fat body,FMRFa signaling promoted lipolysis by increasing PKA and lipase activity.In sweet-sensing gustatory neurons,FMRFa signaling suppressed appetitive perception and hence food intake.We also demonstrated that dietary cysteine worked in a similar way in mice via neuropeptide FF(NPFF)signaling,a mammalian RFamide peptide.In addition,dietary cysteine or FMRFa/NPFF administration provided protective effect against metabolic stress in flies and mice without behavioral abnormalities.Therefore,our study reveals a novel target for the development of safe and effective therapies against obesity and related metabolic diseases.Tingting Song Wusa Qin Zeliang Lai Haoyu Li Daihan Li Baojia Wang Wuquan Deng Tingzhang Wang Liming Wang Rui Huang 2023Cell Research2023,33,6:0

15Interference and grinding characteristics in ultra-precision grinding of thin-walled complex structural component using a ball-end grinding wheel显示文摘As for ultra-precision grinding of difficult-to-process thin-walled complex components with ball-end grinding wheels,interference is easy to occur.According to screw theory and grinding kinematics,a mathematical model is established to investigate the interference and grinding characteristics of the ball-end wheel.The relationship between grinding wheel inclination angle,C axis rotation angle,grinding position angle and grinding wheel wear are analyzed.As the grinding wheel inclination angle increases,the C axis rotatable range decreases and the grinding position angle increases.The grinding position angle and wheel radius wear show a negative correlation with the C axis rotation angle.Therefore,a trajectory planning criteria for increasing grinding speed as much as possible under the premise of avoiding interference is proposed to design the grinding trajectory.Then grinding point distribution on the ball-end wheel is calculated,and the grinding characteristics,grinding speed and maximum undeformed chip thickness,are investigated.Finally,a complex structural component can be ground without interference,and surface roughness and profile accuracy are improved to 40.2 nm and 0.399 lm,compared with 556 nm and 3.427 lm before ultra-precision grinding.The mathematical model can provide theoretical guidance for the analysis of interference and grinding characteristics in complex components grinding to improve its grinding quality.Tingzhang WANG Henan LIU Chunya WU Jian CHEN Mingjun CHEN 2021Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,4:0
