1Mathematical model study on the damage of the liquid phase to productivity in the gas reservoir with a bottom water zone显示文摘The production process in the gas reservoir with an aquifer is complex.With gas production,aquifer water could possibly flow into the production well and accumulate within the well bore,which leads to a lower production rate and may even block the producer.However,few studies in the literature investigate the damage caused by the liquid phase in this kind of reservoir or predict gas productivity using the relationship between reservoir pressure and water gas ratio(WGR).For this reason,it is important to know the effects of the formation of liquid phase behavior on production when an aquifer is present under a gas reservoir.From the results of published literature reviews,we found that studies focused on the production of a gas reservoir with bottom water.Nevertheless,for gas well damage from the liquid phase behavior,we found that there was no statistical data or mathematical model of the relationship between reservoir pressure and the gas oil ratio(GOR),which affects production.In this research,based on the theory of fluid flow in porous media,a new mathematical model of water and gas production and a new equation on gas well productivity is developed.To verify the model and equation,gas production data collected from the field are applied.By analyzing the typical gas reservoir with bottom water and the collected data,influences from the liquid phase behavior are shown.In this way,mathematical relationships between reservoir pressure and the WGR and between the GOR and production decline were obtained.The new gas productivity model is derived from the gas and water pseudo pressure functions,which can be applied to analyze well damage caused by the liquid phase.In order to verify the mathematical model,production data were collected from a typical gas reservoir with an aquifer located in the Changxing gas reservoir.The results indicate that a semi-logarithmic linear relationship is obtained between the WGR and productivity decrease.When the WGR increases from 0.5 to 15m3/104m3,damage caused by liquid phase decreases to 59%.The tendency of gas productivity in the Changxing gas reservoir was obtained so that it decreases as reservoir pressure decreases and increases as the WGR decreases.The gradient of the gas productivity deduction increases as the WGR increases.By the end of the data analysis,two linear equations indicating the relationship between gas productivity and reservoir pressure and the relationship between gas productivity and the water gas ratio are obtained:QAOF?A1lnWGRB1 and QAOF?A2lnPB2,respectively.Xiaoliang Huang Xiao Guo Xinqian Lu Xiang Zhou Zhilin Qi Wende Yan Jiqiang Li 2018Petroleum2018,4,2:4

3Q-switched fiber laser based on saturable absorption of ferroferric-oxide nanoparticles显示文摘We demonstrate that ferroferric-oxide(Fe_3O_4) nanoparticles exhibit nonlinear saturable absorption property at1.55 μm, and fabricate two filmy saturable absorbers by embedding the nanoparticles into a polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) film or polyimide(PI) film separately. In the Fe_3O_4-PVA(Fe_3O_4-PI) Q-switched fiber laser, the pulse repetition rate increases from 8.5 kHz(5.5 kHz) to 28 kHz(49 kHz) and the pulse duration decreases from 23.5 μs(47 μs) to 6 μs(3.5 μs) by varying the pump power from 25 m W(23 mW) to 150 m W(650 mW). Experiment results indicate that PI-based saturable absorbers can afford larger powers than PVA-based saturable absorbers, which can be attributed to the higher fusion point of the PI film. 5Plasmonic tip internally excited via an azimuthal vector beam for surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy显示文摘The synergy of a plasmonic tip and fiber-based structure light field excitation can provide a powerful tool for Raman examination. Here, we present a method of Raman spectrum enhancement with an Ag-nanoparticles(Ag-NPs)-coated fiber probe internally excited via an azimuthal vector beam(AVB), which is directly generated in a few-mode fiber by using an acoustically induced fiber grating. Theoretical analysis shows that gap mode can be effectively generated on the surface of the Ag-NPs-coated fiber probe excited via an AVB. 6Azimuthal vector beam exciting silver triangular nanoprisms for increasing the performance of surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy显示文摘Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)with high-sensitivity performance is a very necessary detection technology.Here,we present a method for increasing the performance of SERS based on silver triangular nanoprism arrays(ATNAs)vertically excited via a focused azimuthal vector beam(AVB).The ATNA substrates with different structural parameters are prepared based on the traditional self-assembled and modified film lift-off technique.Based on a theoretical model established adopting the structural parameters of the ATNA substrates,theoretical simulation results show that AVB excitation can achieve greater electric-field enhancement than linearly polarized beam(LPB)excitation.Experimental result indicates that SERS sensitivity obtained via AVB excitation is 10^-13M(1 M=1 mol/L)using rhodamine 6 G(R6 G)as the target analyte,which is 2 orders of magnitude lower than that of LPB excitation(10^-11M).Meanwhile,the uniformity and reproducibility of the ATNA substrates are examined using Raman mapping and batch-to-batch measurement,respectively,and the Raman enhancement factor is calculated to be^3.3×10^7.This method of vector light field excitation may be used to improve the SERS performance of the substrates in fields of ultra-sensitive Raman detection.LU ZHANG WENDING ZHANG FANFAN LU ZHIQIANG YANG TIANYANG XUE MIN LIU CHAO MENG PENG LI DONG MAO TING MEI JIANLIN ZHAO 2019Photonics Research2019,7,12:3
7Silica nanocone array as a template for fabricating a plasmon induced hot electron photodetector显示文摘Plasmon induced hot electrons have attracted a great deal of interest as a novel route for photodetection and lightenergy harvesting. Herein, we report a hot electron photodetector in which a large array of nanocones deposited sequentially with aluminum, titanium dioxide, and gold films can be integrated functionally with nanophotonics and microelectronics. The device exhibits a strong photoelectric response at around 620 nm with a responsivity of 180 μA/W under short-circuit conditions with a significant increase under 1 V reverse bias to 360 μA/W. The increase in responsivity and a red shift in the peak value with increasing bias voltage indicate that the bias causes an increase in the hot electron tunneling effect. 8Weakened interlayer coupling in two-dimensional MoSe2 flakes with screw dislocations显示文摘The screw dislocations are intriguing defects that are often observed in natural and artificial materials. The dislocation spirals break the reflection and inversion symmetries of the lattices and modify the interlayer coupling in layer-structured materials, inducing additional complexity in layer stacking and thus novel properties in materials. Here, we report on the interlayer coupling of two-dimensional (2D) MoSe2 flakes with screw dislocations by atomic force microscopy (AFM), Raman spectra and photoluminescence (PL) spectra. By controlling the supersaturation conditions, 2D MoSe2 flakes with screw dislocations are grown on amorphous SiO2 substrates by chemical vapor deposition (CVD). AFM measurements reveal that the interlayer spacing in such 2D MoSe2 flakes with screw dislocation is slightly widened with respect to the normal AA- or AB-stacked ones due to the presence of the screw dislocations. Raman and PL spectra show that the interlayer coupling is weaker and thus the band gap is wider than that in the normal AA- or AB-stacked ones. 9Extraction of Herba Lycopi Polysaccharide and Study of Its Antioxidant Activity by Cellulase Method显示文摘[Objectives] To optimize the extraction process of Herba Lycopi polysaccharide by cellulase,and study its antioxidant activity.[Methods]The single factor test and orthogonal test were conducted to study the effect of p H,enzyme dosage,enzymolysis temperature and extraction time on the extraction of Herba Lycopi polysaccharide. And the test was done about its scavenging effect on DPPH radicals and superoxide anions,and the antioxidant activity was evaluated. [Results] The optimum extraction process by cellulase method was as follows: p H value of 7; enzyme dosage of 4 ml; enzymolysis temperature of 40 ℃; extraction time of 2. 5 h. The average extraction rate of Herba Lycopi polysaccharide was 10. 70%,and RSD was 0. 17%. The antioxidant activity test showed that Herba Lycopi polysaccharide had a significant scavenging effect on radicals. 11Drainage pattern recognition method considering local basin shape based on graph neural network显示文摘Drainage pattern recognition is crucial for geospatial understanding and hydrologic modelling.Currently,drainage pattern recognition methods employ geometric measures of overall and local features of river networks but lack measures of river basin unit shape features,so that potential correlations between river segments are usually ignored,resulting in poor drainage pattern recognition results.In order to overcome this problem,this paper proposes a supervised graph neural network method that considers the local basin unit shape of river networks.First,based on the overall hierarchy of the river networks,the confluence angle of river segments and the shape of river basin units,multiple drainage pattern classification features are extracted.Then,typical drainage pattern samples from the multi-scale NSDI and USGS databases are used to complete the training,validation and testing steps.Experimental results show that the drainage pattern indexes proposed can describe the characteristics of different drainage patterns.The method can effectively sample the adjacent river segments,flexibly transfer the associated pattern features among river segment neighbours,and aggregate the deeper characteristics of the river networks,thus improving the drainage pattern recognition accuracy relative to other methods and reliably distinguishing different drainage patterns.Wenning Wang Haowen Yan Xiaomin Lu Yi He Tao Liu Wende Li Pengbo Li Fang Xu 2023International Journal of Digital Earth2023,16,1:0
