1金属V-带推块型CVT的研究(I)——传递转矩和带轮推力间关系显示文摘本文在金属V-带推块型CVT上,测出了主、从动带轮的传递转矩和推力以及两带轮间的轴向力。绘出了不同速比下主、从动带轮间相对于转矩比的推力比线图并作相互比较。发现推力比与速比几乎和带轮转速及正常转矩下的最大可传递的转矩无关,该推力比是速比的函数,它和转矩比及推块与带轮间的摩擦系数有关。还导出了带轮推力经验平衡方程式,该式以显函数形式表示。它可以简化并可适用于电控CVT。Doshisha Univ. 20金属推块V-带型CVT的研究——Ⅲ部分:金属推块上的作用力显示文摘已经用试验实测了稳定工况下推块的压缩力和环的拉力。在以前的工作中已经概要地说明了这种带型的特殊的传动机理。本文采用最近开发设计的推块测量在稳定工况下其他同时作用于推块上的力 ,这些力是推块和环之间的摩擦力 ,推块和带轮间的法向力 ,推块和带轮之间径向和切向摩擦力。根据新的试验数据来详细叙述金属推块 V-带型 CVT的传动机理。本文着重提出以下结论。( 1 )在所有工况 ,推块和环结合的结合点在带轮上具有一个较大的节径 ,它与速比和传递转矩无关 ,在较小带轮上所有推块转速快于环 ,这决定着环的拉力。( 2 )由于推块挤入从动带轮槽内 ,故产生推块压缩力的一次增加现象。( 3)因作用于推块侧面的法向力变大 ,故推块在大带轮的出口处径向摩擦力变成极大。Honda R&D Co.
