| 1 | 不同种源越南杉木幼龄期叶绿素荧光特征比较显示文摘【目的】依据叶绿素荧光动力学对引种的9个越南种源地杉木开展幼龄期优良种源选择。【方法】时间取样为8月中旬8:00-10:00AM,每个种源取样10株,每株杉木取1a生叶和2a生叶,暗反应20min后对各种源叶片叶绿素荧光参数进行分析。【结果】不同种源杉木叶绿素荧光参数表现不一,差异显著,且各种源1a生叶荧光表现普遍优于2a生叶;综合评价各叶绿素荧光参数后可将9个种源划分成3种不同的幼龄期荧光特性类型,其中CL4、CL6、CL5和CL7种源光合作用能力较强。【结论】各杉木种源中,叶绿素荧光特征差异明显,嫩叶比老叶的光合作用能力较强。因此杉木嫩叶绿素荧光可能是杉木种源选择的快速途径。 | Nguyen Ba Trieu 陈宇 林小琴 丁国昌 Pham Van Huong 林思祖 | 2016 | 四川农业大学学报2016,34,1: | 13 |
| 2 | 不同林分下胖大海幼树幼苗更新分布格局显示文摘以越南东南部胖大海天然更新林为研究对象,运用6个聚集度指标分析不同林分优势度和郁闭度等级下胖大海幼树幼苗更新3个阶段的空间分布格局特征,并运用Iwao回归方程和Taylor幂法则模型进行检验,比较胖大海的出现相对频率(Ey)在不同林分优势度和郁闭度等级下的差异性。结果表明:胖大海幼树幼苗的空间分布型呈聚集分布型;不同林分优势度和郁闭度等级对胖大海幼树幼苗更新的影响在第2、第3阶段的Ey存在显著性差异,而在第1阶段差异性不显著;胖大海在优势度低级的Ey,在第1阶段分别是优势度中级和高级的1.05和1.17倍,在第2阶段为优势度高级的30%,在第3阶段分别为优势度中级和高级的99%和31%;胖大海在郁闭度1级的Ey,在第1阶段分别是郁闭度2、3和4级的85%、1.32倍和75%,在第2阶段分别是郁闭度2、3和4级的1.80、1.97倍和69%,在第3阶段依次为郁闭度2、3和4级的1.29、1.10倍和43%。胖大海幼树幼苗基本适应高郁闭度林分,对光照强度要求较低。 | PHAM Van huong 陈昌雄 洪伟 巢林 NGUYEN Ba trieu 张巧巧 | 2015 | 森林与环境学报2015,35,4: | 7 |
| 3 | Prediction of the precessing vortex core in the Francis-99 draft tube under off-design conditions by using Liutex/Rortex method显示文摘The turbulent flow in the draft tube of a Francis turbine is very complicated while working under off-design conditions. Although the off-design conditions were widely studied, the vortex core line in the draft tube of a Francis turbine with splitter blades is not well understood, especially the vortex rope property. This letter presents a prediction of the behavior of the vortex rope in the draft tube of the Francis-99 turbine obtained by the computational fluid dynamics (CFD), where the Liutex/Rortex method, as the most recent vortex definition, is applied to analyze the periodical precession of the vortex rope in the draft tube cone. The advantage of this Liutex/Rortex method is shown by its enhanced ability to represent the vortex rope structurewith the vortex-core lines. Furthermore, since it seems to be very hard to define a sharp boundary surface for the whole vortex structure, it is advantageousfocusing only on the vortex core line,by which different vortex structures can be clearly differentiated. | 4 | Optimization of top polymer gratings to improve GaN LEDs light transmission显示文摘We present a grating model of two-dimensional(2D)rigorous coupled wave analysis(RCWA)to study top diffraction gratings on light-emitting diodes(LEDs).We compare the integrated-transmission of the non-grating,rectangular-grating,and triangular-grating cases for the same grating period of 6μm,and show that the triangular grating has the best performance.For the triangular grating with 6-μm period, the LED achieves the highest light transmission at 6-μm grating bottom width and 2.9-μm grating depth. | 6 | Machine learning models compared to existing criteria for noninvasive prediction of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography-confirmed choledocholithiasis显示文摘Background and aims:Noninvasive predictors of choledocholithiasis have generally exhibited marginal performance characteristics.We aimed to identify noninvasive independent predictors of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)-confirmed choledocholithiasis and accordingly developed predictive machine learning models(MLMs).Methods:Clinical data of consecutive patients undergoing first-ever ERCP for suspected chol-edocholithiasis from 2015 to 2019 were abstracted from a prospectively-maintained database.Multiple logistic regression was used to identify predictors of ERCP-confirmed choledocholithiasis.MLMs were then trained to predict ERCP-confirmed choledocholithiasis using pre-ERCP ultrasound(US)imaging only as well as using all available noninvasive imaging(US,computed tomography,and/or magnetic reso-nance cholangiopancreatography).The diagnostic performance of American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy(ASGE)“high-likelihood”criteria was compared to MLMs.Results:We identified 270 patients(mean age 46 years,62.2%female,73.7%Hispanic/Latino,59%with noninvasive imaging positive for choledocholithiasis)with native papilla who underwent ERCP for suspected choledocholithiasis,of whom 230(85.2%)were found to have ERCP-confirmed chol-edocholithiasis.Logistic regression identified choledocholithiasis on noninvasive imaging(odds ratio(OR)¼3.045,P¼0.004)and common bile duct(CBD)diameter on noninvasive imaging(OR¼1.157,P¼0.011)as predictors of ERCP-confirmed choledocholithiasis.Among the various MLMs trained,the random forest-based MLM performed best;sensitivity was 61.4%and 77.3%and specificity was 100%and 75.0%,using US-only and using all available imaging,respectively.ASGE high-likelihood criteria demonstrated sensitivity of 90.9%and specificity of 25.0%;using cut-points achieving this specificity,MLMs achieved sensitivity up to 97.7%.Conclusions:MLMs using age,sex,race/ethnicity,presence of diabetes,fever,body mass index(BMI),total bilirubin,maximum CBD diameter,and choledocholithiasis on pre-ERCP noninvasive imaging predict ERCP-confirmed choledocholithiasis with good sensitivity and specificity and outperform the ASGE criteria for patients with suspected choledocholithiasis. | Camellia Dalai John M Azizian Harry Trieu Anand Rajan Formosa C Chen Tien Dong Simon W Beaven James H.Tabibian | 2021 | Liver Research2021,5,4: | 3 |
