| 2 | Activins and activin antagonists in hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘In many parts of the world hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC)is among the leading causes of cancer-related mortality but the underlying molecular pathology is still insufficiently understood.There is increasing evidence that activins,which are members of the transforming growth factorβ(TGFβ)superfamily of growth and differentiation factors,could play important roles in liver carcinogenesis.Activins are disulphide-linked homo- or heterodimers formed from four differentβsubunits termedβA,βB,βC,andβE,respectively.Activin A, the dimer of twoβA subunits,is critically involved in the regulation of cell growth,apoptosis,and tissue architecture in the liver,while the hepatic function of other activins is largely unexplored so far.Negative regulators of activin signals include antagonists in the extracellular space like the binding proteins follistatin and FLRG,and at the cell membrane antagonistic coreceptors like Cripto or BAMBI.Additionally,in the intracellular space inhibitory Smads can modulate and control activin activity.Accumulating data suggest that deregulation of activin signals contributes to pathologic conditions such as chronic inflammation,fibrosis and development of cancer.The current article reviews the alterations in components of the activin signaling pathway that have been observed in HCC and discusses their potential significance for liver tumorigenesis. | Alev Deli Emanuel Kreidl Stefan Santifaller Barbara Trotter Katja Seir Walter Berger Rolf Schulte-Hermann Chantal Rodgarkia-Dara Michael Grusch | 2008 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2008，14，11： | 8 |
| 3 | 云南铁杉开花结实特性及其与环境因子的关系显示文摘以进入生殖阶段的8个天然云南铁杉(Tsuga dumosa)种群为对象,对开花、结实植株(24个样株)的生长量进行测定,并采用标准枝法对不同树冠层次与方位的开花及结实数量进行调查,研究了开花结实规律和对其有主要影响的环境因子。结果表明:云南铁杉雌、雄球花比为1:2,雌球花转化为果实的数量仅占28%,胸径为7 cm(树龄约25年)的植株最早进入开花结实阶段,胸径为25–30 cm的植株开花结实量最高,胸径为89 cm(树龄约200年)的植株开花结实最晚;树冠不同层次与方位上开花结实数量有着明显的差异;相关性分析得出植株胸径与开花结实量极显著相关(p<0.01)、与冠幅显著相关,生境中林分郁闭度与开花结实量、株高、胸径之间均呈负相关关系,其中与结实量的相关性达显著水平;主成分分析得出植株开花及结实主要受到温度因子、水分因子、光照因子协同作用的影响。云南铁杉雌雄球花的比例偏雄性、结实周期长、结实方式不经济、灾害性天气的影响是造成该种群逐渐走向濒危的主要原因。因此,采用人工促进天然更新、建立母树林和种子园以提高种子的质量,对云南铁杉种群的恢复和保护具有重要意义。 | 李立 杨佳妮 崔凯 R.Talbot TROTTER 李正红 李根前 廖声熙 | 2013 | 植物生态学报2013，37，9： | 6 |
| 4 | 多发性硬化患者T淋巴细胞对不同浓度神经髓鞘及其成分的增殖反应性关系探讨显示文摘为比较不同浓度神经髓鞘组织、神经髓鞘蛋白及其合成多肽作为抗原对多发性硬化 (MS )和正常人的淋巴细胞诱发增殖反应的量效关系。用HLA DR15亚型MS和正常对照外周血单个核细胞 ,体外培养并检测对不同浓度的人神经髓鞘、脱脂神经髓鞘、蛋白脂蛋白 (PLP )、碱性髓鞘蛋白 (MBP )、PLP178 191和MBP87 10 6多肽 6种抗原的T淋巴细胞增殖反应性。结果发现神经髓鞘或脱脂神经髓鞘作为抗原刺激T淋巴细胞增殖反应的最佳浓度为 5 0~ 15 0 μg/ml,PLP或MBP最佳浓度为 2 5~ 10 0 μg/ml,多肽最佳浓度为 2 0~ 5 0 μg/ml。神经髓鞘抗原刺激T淋巴细胞增殖反应大于单一蛋白分子 ,后者又大于多肽。MS的T细胞对神经髓鞘类抗原有特异性异常增殖反应。 | 董万利 包仕尧 程庆璋 方琪 赵红茹 Trotter JL | 2003 | 上海免疫学杂志2003，23，3： | 4 |

| 8 | Oligodendrocytes in Mouse Corpus Callosum are Coupled Via Gap Junction Channels Formed by Connexin47 and Connexin32显示文摘已有的超微结构研究显示,白质中的少突胶质细胞和星形胶质细胞之间存在缝隙连接,但少突胶质细胞之间不存在缝隙连接,虽然体外培养的少突胶质细胞可形成功能性缝隙连接。本文研究新生小鼠胼胝体急性脑片中的少突胶质细胞的功能性连接。以全细胞膜片钳技术用生物胞素(一种可渗透的缝隙连接示踪剂)标记少突胶质细胞。平均61个细胞为链霉亲和素-Cy3标记的生物胞素阳性。约77%的连结细胞表达少突胶质细胞标志蛋白CNPase阳性染色,9%表达星形胶质细胞标志蛋白GFAP阳性,14%为CNPase和GFAP阴性。后者的大部分表达Olig2和一些NG2(少突胶质细胞前体细胞的标志物)。少突胶质细胞表达Cx47、Cx32和Cx29,星形胶质细胞表达Cx43和Cx30。在Cx47敲除小鼠中,连结细胞的数量减少80%。单独删除Cx32或Cx29并不能显著减少连结细胞的数量,但Cx32/Cx47双缺陷小鼠中没有观察到相互连结的细胞。Cx47敲除完全消除了少突胶质细胞与星形胶质细胞间的耦联。在Cx43敲除动物中,少突胶质细胞-星形胶质细胞间连接仍然存在,但与少突胶质细胞前体细胞间的耦联没有被观察到。在Cx43/Cx30双敲除小鼠中,少突胶质细胞-星形胶质细胞连接几乎不存在。解开连结的少突胶质细胞显示为较高的膜输入电阻。本文认为,白质中的少突胶质细胞依靠Cx47和Cx32的表达形成功能性的合胞体,而星形胶质蛋白缝隙连接蛋白的表达能提升此网络的大小。 | Marta Maglione Oliver Tress Brigitte Haas Khalad Karram Jacqueline Trotter Klaus Willecke Helmut Kettenmann | 2010 | 神经损伤与功能重建2010，5，3： | 2 |
