1水平管内水环输送模拟稠油减阻特性显示文摘基于自主设计加工并搭建的水环输送稠油减阻模拟管路系统,采用500#白油模拟稠油,试验研究了稠油在水环作用下的水平管流阻力特性,分析了油相表观流速(0.3~1.0m/s)、水相表观流速(0.11~0.72m/s)及入口含水率(0.13~0.49)对水润滑管流流型特征及减阻效果的影响。结果表明:环状水膜可有效隔离并润滑油壁界面,油-水两相流流型总体上呈稳定的偏心环状流结构;水环输送可大幅降低管道输送过程中的压降,其压降值仅为相同油流量下纯油输送压降的1/55~1/27;当入口含水率为0.13~0.27时,水环输送的效能显著,输油效率均高于40;油相表观流速和入口含水率的增加会增大单位管长压降,降低水环输送的减阻效果和输油效能。敬加强 尹晓云 MASTOBAEV Boris N VALEEV Anvar R 孙杰 王思汗 刘华平 庄乐泉 范峥嵘 2021化工进展2021,40,2:9
2从勃姆石−高岭石型高硅铝土矿中盐酸浸出铁的机理与动力学显示文摘利用XRD、ICP-OES、TG/DSC、SEM、TEM和穆斯堡尔(Mössbauer)光谱研究来自俄罗斯阿尔汉格尔斯克地区Severoonezhsk铝矿中铝土矿的化学和矿物组成,发现该铝土矿的含铁矿物包括铝针铁矿(α-Fe_(1−x)Al_(x)OOH)、铝赤铁矿(α-(Fe_(1−x)Al_(x))_(2)O_(3))、正方铝针铁矿(β-Fe_(1−x)Al_(x)O(OH,Cl))和铬铁矿(FeCr_(2)O_(4))。在温度为100℃、HCl浓度为10%,固液比为1:10及浸出时间为60 min的条件下,盐酸浸出铝土矿的铁浸出率为82.5%,而铝的损失不到铝土矿中总铝含量的4.5%。铁浸出过程的动力学分析表明,温度为90~100℃时,扩散是浸出过程的速率限制环节。铝土矿浸出渣含有微量的α-Fe_(1−x)Al_(x)OOH和β-Fe_(1−x)Al_(x)O(OH,Cl),大部分铁呈FeCr_(2)O_(4)形态。除铁氧化物外,铝土矿盐酸浸出渣中铬和钙氧化物的含量也显著降低。含氯化铁的浸出液含有稀土元素(REE):6.8 mg/L Sc、4.1 mg/L Ce和2.3 mg/L Ga。Dmitry VALEEV Denis PANKRATOV Andrei SHOPPERT Artem SOKOLOV Alexandr KASIKOV Alexandra MIKHAILOVA Cristian SALAZAR-CONCHA Ilia RODIONOV 2021Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2021,31,10:4
