| 1 | The TanSat mission: preliminary global observations显示文摘The Chinese global carbon dioxide monitoring satellite (Tan Sat) was launched successfully in December2016 and has completed its on-orbit tests and calibration. Tan Sat aims to measure the atmospheric column-averaged dry air mole fractions of carbon dioxide (XCO_2) with a precision of 4 ppm at the regional scale, and in addition, to derive global and regional CO2fluxes. Progress towards these objectives is reviewed and the first scientific results from Tan Sat measurements are presented. Tan Sat on-orbit tests indicate that the Atmospheric Carbon dioxide Grating Spectrometer is in normal working status and is beginning to produce L1B products. The preliminary Tan Sat XCO_2products have been retrieved by an algorithm and compared to NASA Orbiting Carbon Observatory-2 (OCO-2) measurements during an overlapping observation period. | 7 | Surface molecular doping of all-inorganic perovskite using zethrenes molecules显示文摘We present an optical and photoelectron spectroscopic study to elucidate the interfacial electronic properties of organic-inorganic semiconductor heterojunctions formed in a kinetically blocked heptazethrene triisopropylsilyl ethynylene (HZ-TIPS) and its homologue,octazethrene (OZ-TIPS) on an all-inorganic perovskite cesium lead bromide (CsPbBr3) surface.The photoluminescence behavior of the underlying perovskites upon differing molecular doping conditions was examined.It turns out that the charge transfer dynamics of thermally-evaporated OZ-TIPS molecule exhibited a faster average lifetime than that of the HZ-TIPS case suggesting the importance of the biradical state in the former molecule.An interfacial dipole was formed at the interface due to the competing interaction between the dispersion force of the bulky TIPS-substituent group and the attractive van der Waals interaction at the first few layers.Photoemission spectroscopy of the physisorbed HZ-TIPS shows chemical shifts,which indicates electron transfer from HZ-TIPS molecules to the CsPbBr3 perovskite single crystal.In contrast,the adsorbed OZ-TIPS molecular layer on CsPbBr3 demonstrates the opposite trend indicating a hole transfer process.The average molecular orientation as determined by near edge X-ray absorption fine structure (NEXAFS) suggests that the HZ-TIPS molecular plane is generally lifted with respect to the perovskite surface.We suggest that the nature of the closed-shell electronic ground state of HZ-TIPS could contribute to the formation of interfacial dipole at the molecule/perovskite interface. | Arramel Hu Pan Aozhen Xie Songyan Hou Xinmao Yin Chi Sin Tang Nguyen T.Hoa Muhammad D.Birowosuto Hong Wang Cuong Dang Andrivo Rusydi Andrew T.S.Wee Jishan Wu | 2019 | Nano Research2019,12,1: | 1 |
| 8 | Robust spline-line energy management guidance algorithm with multiple constraints and uncertainties for solid rocket ascending显示文摘For the solid rocket with depletion shutdown system,effective energy management is significant to meet terminal constraints by exhausting excess energy.Several traditional energy management algorithms cannot satisfy the altitude constraint and path constraints are not sufficiently considered.The velocity adjustment capability of these algorithms is limited and the uncertainties are not considered.Based on the on-line programming of velocity capability curve,Spline-Line Energy Management(SLEM)guidance algorithm is proposed.It introduces lateral maneuvers to further consume the available velocity on the basis of longitudinal energy management.After expressing the constraints as several algebraic equations,the closed-loop guidance problem is converted to solving a system of nonlinear equations about the curve parameters in real time.The advantage is that the altitude constraint can be satisfied theoretically.The overload and control variable change rate and amplitude constraints are also considered during the flight by constructing the feasible boundary of velocity capability curve.To improve the robustness,it is further extended by estimating the actual uncertainties.The effectiveness and advantages of SLEM are demonstrated by simulations and comparisons with other energy management algorithms.Simulation results show that the proposed approach can satisfy multiple constraints with high precision under the condition of uncertainties. | Songyan WANG Fei LIU Tao CHAO Ming YANG | 2022 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2022,35,2: | 1 |

| 13 | Linear-quadratic and norm-bounded differential game combined guidance strategy against active defense aircraft in three-player engagement显示文摘A new type of guidance strategy, combining linear quadratic and norm-bounded game theory, is proposed for the scenario of an attacker against active defense aircraft in three-player engagement. The problem involves three players, an attacker, a defender and a target. The differential game theory and the solution of Hamiltonian equation are utilized to obtain the combined guidance strategy for each player with arbitrary-order dynamics. The game process is divided into4 phases, C1-C4, according to the switching time. The linear quadratic differential game guidance scheme is employed to reduce the fuel cost in the game parts of C1 and C3. The norm-bounded game guidance strategy is adopted to satisfy the constraint of control input in the game stages C2 and C4. Furthermore, zero-effort miss distance is introduced to meet the constraints of game space and defender’s killing radius in the guidance strategy, which guarantees that the attacker is able to avoid the interception of the defender and hit the target with lower fuel cost and maximum acceleration. And it is proved that the proposed guidance strategy satisfies the Nash equilibrium condition. | 15 | Integrated guidance and control design method based on finite-time state observer显示文摘A composited integrated guidance and control(IGC) algorithm is presented to tackle the problem of the IGC design in the dive phase for the bank-to-turn(BTT) vehicle with the inaccuracy information of the line-of-sight(LOS) rate. For the sake of theoretical derivation, an IGC model in the pitch plane is established. The high-order finite-time state observer(FTSO), with the LOS angle as the single input, is employed to reconstruct the states of the system online. Besides, a composited IGC algorithm is presented via the fusion of back-stepping and dynamic inverse. Compared with the traditional IGC algorithm, the proposed composited IGC method can attenuate effectively the design conservation of the flight control system, while the LOS rate is mixed with noise. | 16 | Tuning the electron transport behavior at Li/LATP interface for enhanced cyclability of solid-state Li batteries显示文摘An interlayer is usually employed to tackle the interfacial instability issue between solid electrolytes(SEs)and Li metal caused by the side reaction.However,the failure mechanism of the ionic conductor interlayers,especially the influence from electron penetration,remains largely unknown.Herein,using Li1.3Al0.3Ti1.7(PO4)3(LATP)as the model SE and LiF as the interlayer,we use metal semiconductor contact barrier theory to reveal the failure origin of Li/LiF@LATP interface based on the calculation results of density functional theory(DFT),in which electrons can easily tunnel through the LiF grain boundary with F vacancies due to its narrow barrier width against electron injection,followed by the reduction of LATP.Remarkably,an Al-LiF bilayer between Li/LATP is found to dramatically promote the interfacial stability,due to the highly increased barrier width and homogenized electric field at the interface.Consequently,the Li symmetric cells with Al-LiF bilayer can exhibit excellent cyclability of more than 2,000 h superior to that interlayered by LiF monolayer(~860 h).Moreover,the Li/Al-LiF@LATP/LiFePO4 solid-state batteries deliver a capacity retention of 83.2%after 350 cycles at 0.5 C.Our findings emphasize the importance of tuning the electron transport behavior by optimizing the potential barrier for the interface design in high-performance solid-state batteries. | Linshan Luo Feng Zheng Haowen Gao Chaofei Lan Zhefei Sun Wei Huang Xiang Han Ziqi Zhang Pengfei Su Peng Wang Shengshi Guo Guangyang Lin Jianfang Xu Jianyuan Wang Jun Li Cheng Li Qiaobao Zhang Shunqing Wu Ming-Sheng Wang Songyan Chen | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,1: | 0 |

| 18 | High gain,broadband p-WSe_(2)/n-Ge van der Waals heterojunction phototransistor with a Schottky barrier collector显示文摘Mixed-dimensional van der Waals(vdW)heterostructures based on two-dimensional transition metal dichalcogenides and threedimensional semiconductors have led to a new era in next-generation optoelectronics due to the high-quality interfaces and energy band complementation,especially in broadband photodetectors which can be used for all-weather navigation,object identification,etc.However,the reported photodetectors conventionally operated in photodiode mode with low responsivity and a narrow response spectrum.In this study,we report a p-WSe_(2)/n-Ge vdW heterojunction phototransistor with a Schottky barrier collector on n-Ge for broadband photodetection.Large hole/electron injection ratio from p-WSe_(2)/n-Ge heterojunction under forward bias due to their large bandgap offset renders the high photocurrent gain,while the Ge Schottky barrier limits the dark current.The responsivities of the phototransistor at 1.0 V emitter-collector bias are 55,95,and 120 A·W−1 at 405,1,310,and 1,550 nm,respectively,which is superior to that of the corresponding p-WSe_(2)/n-Ge photodiodes.The phototransistor shows a high photocurrent gain of 80,a specific detectivity of 1011 Jones,as well as a fast response time of 290μs at 1,550 nm.The results suggest that the novel phototransistor being implemented with complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor processing is an ideal strategy for high-performance broadband photodetection. | Shuo Li Qiang Wu Haokun Ding Songsong Wu Xinwei Cai Rui Wang Jun Xiong Guangyang Lin Wei Huang Songyan Chen Cheng Li | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,4: | 0 |

| 20 | Electrical properties of Si/Si bonded wafers based on an amorphous Ge interlayer显示文摘An amorphous Ge(a-Ge) intermediate layer is introduced into the Si bonded interface to lower the annealing temperature and achieve good electrical characteristics. The interface and electrical characteristics of nSi/n-Si and p-Si/n-Si junctions manufactured by low-temperature wafer bonding based on a thin amorphous Ge are investigated. It is found that the bubble density tremendously decreases when the a-Ge film is not immersed in DI water. This is due to the decrease of the –OH groups. In addition, when the samples are annealed at 400 °C for20 h, the bubbles totally disappear. This can be explained by the appearance of the polycrystalline Ge(absorption of H_2) at the bonded interface. The junction resistance of the n-Si/n-Si bonded wafers decreases with the increase of the annealing temperature. This is consistent with the recrystallization of the a-Ge when high-temperature annealing is conducted.
