| 1 | Serum IL-10 from systemic lupus erythematosus patients suppresses the differentiation and function of monocyte-derived dendritic cells显示文摘The role played by cytokines,other than interferon(IFN)-α,in the differentiation and function of dendritic cells(DCs) in systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE),remains unclear.Serum interleukin-10(IL-10) levels are generally elevated in SLE patients,which might modulate the differentiation of DCs.In this study,DCs were induced from monocytes either by transendothelial trafficking or by culture with granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor(GM-CSF) + IL-4 + tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α.Both systems were used to investigate the effects of elevated serum IL-10 level on DC differentiation in SLE patients.The results showed that monocyte-derived DCs induced by either SLE serum or exogenous IL-10 reduced the expression of human leukocyte antigen(HLA)-DR and CD80,decreased IL-12p40 level,and increased IL-10 level,and exhibited an impaired capacity to stimulate allogenic T-cell proliferation.These results indicate that serum IL-10 may be involved in the pathogenesis of SLE by modulating the differentiation and function of DCs. | Zhida Sun Rong Zhang Huijuan Wang Pengtao Jiang Jiangquan Zhang Mingshun Zhang Lei Gu Xiaofan Yang Miaojia Zhang Xiaohui Ji | 2012 | The Journal of Biomedical Research2012,26,6: | 3 |
| 2 | High rate and cycling stable Li metal anodes enabled with aluminum-zinc oxides modified copper foam显示文摘Metallic Li is a promising anode material for high energy density batteries but it suffers from poor stability and formation of unsafe dendrites. Previous studies demonstrated that 3 D metal foams are able to improve the stability of Li metal but the properties of these foams are inherently limited. Here we report a facile surface modification approach via magnetron sputtering of mixed oxides that effectively modulate the properties of Cu foams for supporting Li metal with remarkable stability. We discovered that hybrid Li anodes with Li metal thermally infused to aluminum-zinc oxides(AZO) coated Cu foams have significantly improved stability and reactivity compared with pristine Li foils and Li infused to unmodified Cu foams. Full cells assembled with a Li Fe PO4 cathode and a hybrid anode maintained low and stable charge-transfer resistance(<50) during 500 cycles in carbonate electrolytes, and exhibited superior rate capability(~100 m Ah g-1 at 20 C) along with better electrochemical reversibility and surface stability. The AZO modified Cu foams had superior mechanical strength and afforded the hybrid anodes with minimized volume change without the formation of dendrites during battery cycling. | 4 | Effects of Dietary Protein and Lipid Levels on Growth Performance, Muscle Composition, Immunity Index and Biochemical Index of the Greenfin Horse-Faced Filefish (Thamnaconus septentrionalis) Juvenile显示文摘The effects of different dietary protein and lipid levels on juvenile greenfin horse-faced filefish(Thamnaconus septentrionalis)was experimentally evaluated in a 56-day study.Fish(initial weight 6.47±0.56 g)were fed with nine different diet combinations containing three varying levels of protein(37%,43%,49%)and lipids(4%,7%,10%)in triplicates,where the protein-to-energy(P/E)ratios of the diets varied in the range of 19.17-26.99mgkJ−1.Results showed that fish fed diets containing 49%protein and 10%lipid exhibited significantly lower feed intake than those fed other diets.The weight gain of fish fed diets with 43%protein was significantly higher than that of fish fed 37%or 49%protein diets.While no significant change in weight gain was observed when lipid content was increased from 4%to 7%,weight gain decreased significantly when lipid increased from 7%to 10%.The protein efficiency ratio and feed efficiency were highest when the fish were fed the diet with 49%protein and 7%lipids.Muscle crude lipid content was positively correlated with dietary protein level regardless of lipid level.The diet of 43%protein or 7%lipids significantly reduced the activity of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase in liver.The contents of aspartate aminotransferase,superoxide dismutase and malondialdehyde were significantly increased from 4%to 10%lipids in plasma.The plasma total cholesterol and triglyceride contents were positively correlated with dietary lipid level at the same protein level.Our comprehensive analysis concluded that a diet with 43%protein and 7%lipid,with a P/E ratio of 23.07mgkJ−1,significantly promote the growth performance,feed utilization and health of juvenile greenfin horse-faced filefish. | XU Zhengxin ZHANG Pengfei CHANG Qing CHEN Siqing BIAN Li WANG Zhida | 2021 | Journal of Ocean University of China2021,20,5: | 1 |

Geometrical optimization of the three basic structural units of the molecule is performed with Amsterdam Density Functional Program. The results are in agreement with the experiment. Localized MO抯 obtained by Boys-Foster method give a clear picture of the chemical bonding in this molecule. | 18 | Insights into multidimensional transport flux from vertical observation and numerical simulation in two cities in North China显示文摘This study represents the first quantitative evaluation of pollution transport budget within the boundary layer of typical cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei (BTH) region from the perspective of horizontal and vertical exchanges and further discusses the impact of the atmospheric boundary layer (ABL)-free troposphere (FT) exchange on concentration of fine particulate matter (PM_(2.5)) within the ABL during heavy pollution.From the perspective of the transport flux balance relationship,differences in pollution transport characteristics between the two cities is mainly reflected in the ABL-FT exchange effect.The FT mainly flowed into the ABL in BJ,while in SJZ,the outflow from the ABL to the FT was more intense.Combined with an analysis of vertical wind profile distribution,BJ was found to be more susceptible to the influence of northwest cold high prevailing in winter,while sinking of strong cold air allowed the FT flowing into the ABL influence the vertical exchange over BJ.In addition,we selected a typical pollution event for targeted analysis to understand mechanistic details of the influence of ABL-FT exchange on the pollution event.These results showed that ABL-FT interaction played an important role in PM_(2.5)concentration within the ABL during heavy pollution.Especially in the early stage of heavy pollution,FT transport contributed as much as 82.74% of PM_(2.5)within the ABL.These findings are significant for improving our understanding of pollution transport characteristics within the boundary layer and the effect of ABL-FT exchange on air quality. | Zhida Zhang Xiaoqi Wang Shuiyuan Cheng Guiqian Tang Yibin Fu | 2023 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,3: | 0 |

| 20 | A review of the technology and applications of methods for evaluating the transport of air pollutants显示文摘A variety of methods based on air quality models,including tracer methods,the bruteforce method(BFM),decoupled direct method(DDM),high-order decoupled direct method(HDDM),response surface models(RSMs)and so on forth,have been widely used to study the transport of air pollutants.These methods have good applicability for the transport of air pollutants with simple formation mechanisms.However,differences in research conclusions on secondary pollutants with obvious nonlinear characteristics have been reported.For example,the tracer method is suitable for the study of simpli?ed scenarios,while HDDM and RSMs are more suitable for the study for nonlinear pollutants.Multiple observation techniques,including conventional air pollutant observation,lidar observation,air sounding balloons,vehicle-mounted and ship-borne technology,aerial surveys,and remote sensing observations,have been utilized to investigate air pollutant transport characteristics with time resolution as high as 1 sec.In addition,based on a multi-regional input-output model combined with emission inventories,the transfer of air pollutant emissions can be evaluated and applied to study the air pollutant transport characteristics.Observational technologies have advantages in temporal resolution and accuracy,while modeling technologies are more?exible in spatial resolution and research plan setting.In order to accurately quantify the transport characteristics of pollutants,it is necessary to develop a research method for interactive veri?cation of observation and simulation.Quantitative evaluation of the transport of air pollutants from different angles can provide a scienti?c basis for regional joint prevention and control. | Xiaoqi Wang Shuiyuan Cheng Ying Zhou Hanyu Zhang Panbo Guan Zhida Zhang Weichao Bai Wujun Dai | 2023 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,1: | 0 |
