1全麻维持方式与术后寒战的关系显示文摘目的 研究不同的全麻维持方式对术后寒战的影响。方法 随机采用全吸入、静吸复合及全静脉维持麻醉 ,观察三组病人寒战发生率、术后出现寒战的时间及级别、鼓膜温度的变化。结果 三组寒战发生率比较无显著性差异 ;吸入组出现寒战的时间比静脉组显著缩短 ,寒战最高级别三组无显著性差异。三组病人术后鼓膜温度都显著低于诱导后 10分钟的温度 ,吸入组降低最多 ,静脉组降低最少。结论 预防术后寒战 ,全静脉维持麻醉显著优于全吸入维持麻醉。康孝荣 王恩真 李晓强 Wang Enzhen 2001北京医学2001,23,1:6
2TRANSCUTANEOUS ACUPOINT ELECTRIC STIMULATION IN COMBINATION WITH ENFLURANE ANESTHESIA FOR CRANIOCEREBRAL OPERATIONS显示文摘The reinforcing effect of transcutaneous acupoint electric stimulation(TAES)on enflurane anesthesia during craniotomy was studied.One hundred and ten neurosurgical patientswere randomly divided into three groups.Anesthesia was maintained with enflurane in Group A(n=40).In Group B,enflurane anesthesia was supplemented by TAES with Han’s acupoint nerve stimu-lator(HANS)at Hegu(LI 4),Yuyao(EX-HN 4)and Fengchi(GB 20)points on the operated side(n=40).In Group C,enflurane anesthesia was supplemented by TAES and scalp infiltration with 0.5%procaine solution(n=30).The results showed that the minimum alveolar concentration(MAC)of enflurane in Group B and C decreased by 37.8-47.0%and 42.1-66.1%respectively than thatin Group A.The hemodynamics was more stable during operation,and the patients recovered after operation in group B and C.It was concluded that TAES with HANS significantly the anesthetic effect and decreased the side effects of enflurane during operation,and that the triplecombination of TAES,enflurane and scalp infiltration with procaine appeared to be a better anestheticmethod for craniotomy.Wang Baoguo Wang Enzhen Chen Xinzhong Sun Fengli Yang Enhua, Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Beijing 100050, China 1993World Journal of Acupuncture-Moxibustion1993,3,3:1
3Breaking-then-curing strategy for efficient cystic echinococcosis therapy显示文摘Cystic echinococcosis(CE)is one of the most harmful and life-threatening helminths.As the essential therapeutics,chemotherapy is always difficult to achieve desired anti-echinococcal effect due to the problems that the echinococcus granulosus cyst laminated layer makes the drug difficult to infiltrate and the poor solubility of drugs.In this study,we established a“breaking-then-curing”anti-echinococcal treatment strategy for efficient CE therapy.The photodynamic therapy(PDT)was used as a breaker to produce toxic reactive oxygen species(ROS)and damage the laminated layer of protoscolices(PSCs),leading to enhanced infiltration of albendazole sulfoxide nanoparticles(ABZSO NPs).Then,ABZSO NP was worked as curer for efficient anti-echinococcal treatment.As a result,the breaking-then-curing treatment strategy could generate more intracellular ROS in PSCs induced by plenty of ABZSO NPs,greatly increasing the mortality rate of PSCs in a shorter time than using ABZSO NPs alone,leading to the attenuation of laminated layer and finally disintegrating PSCs.We believe the“breaking-then-curing”strategy will suggest great potential in the treatment of CE and provide a new sight for anti-echinococcal treatment.Tianjiao Zhou Yuan Xu Yuehong Gong Mingtao Yu Enzhen Xu Wusimanjiang Aimaiti Ruijia Ma Lei Xing Hao Wen Jianhua Wang Hulin Jiang 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,6:0
