1Assimilating the along-track sea level anomaly into the regional ocean modeling system using the ensemble optimal interpolation显示文摘The ensemble optimal interpolation(EnOI) is applied to the regional ocean modeling system(ROMS) with the ability to assimilate the along-track sea level anomaly(TSLA). This system is tested with an eddy-resolving system of the South China Sea(SCS). Background errors are derived from a running seasonal ensemble to account for the seasonal variability within the SCS. A fifth-order localization function with a 250 km localization radius is chosen to reduce the negative effects of sampling errors. The data assimilation system is tested from January 2004 to December 2006. The results show that the root mean square deviation(RMSD) of the sea level anomaly decreased from 10.57 to 6.70 cm, which represents a 36.6% reduction of error. The data assimilation reduces error for temperature within the upper 800 m and for salinity within the upper 200 m, although error degrades slightly at deeper depths. Surface currents are in better agreement with trajectories of surface drifters after data assimilation. The variance of sea level improves significantly in terms of both the amplitude and position of the strong and weak variance regions after assimilating TSLA. Results with AGE error(AGE) perform better than no AGE error(NoAGE) when considering the improvements of the temperature and the salinity. Furthermore, reasons for the extremely strong variability in the northern SCS in high resolution models are investigated. The results demonstrate that the strong variability of sea level in the high resolution model is caused by an extremely strong Kuroshio intrusion. 2Oxygen‑Defect Enhanced Anion Adsorption Energy Toward Super‑Rate and Durable Cathode for Ni–Zn Batteries显示文摘The alkaline zinc-based batteries with high energy density are becoming a research hotspot.However,the poor cycle stability and low-rate performance limit their wide application.Herein,ultra-thin CoNiO2 nanosheet with rich oxygen defects anchored on the vertically arranged Ni nanotube arrays(Od-CNO@Ni NTs)is used as a positive material for rechargeable alkaline Ni–Zn batteries.As the highly uniform Ni nanotube arrays provide a fast electron/ion transport path and abundant active sites,the Od-CNO@Ni NTs electrode delivers excellent capacity(432.7 mAh g^(−1))and rate capability(218.3 mAh g^(−1) at 60 A g^(−1)).Moreover,our Od-CNO@Ni NTs//Zn battery is capable of an ultra-long lifespan(93.0%of initial capacity after 5000 cycles),extremely high energy density of 547.5 Wh kg^(−1) and power density of 92.9 kW kg^(−1)(based on the mass of cathode active substance).Meanwhile,the theoretical calculations reveal that the oxygen defects can enhance the interaction between electrode surface and electrolyte ions,contributing to higher capacity.This work opens a reasonable idea for the development of ultra-durable,ultra-fast,and high-energy Ni–Zn battery.Jia Yao Houzhao Wan Chi Chen Jie Ji Nengze Wang Zhaohan Zheng Jinxia Duan Xunying Wang Guokun Ma Li Tao Hanbin Wang Jun Zhang Hao Wang 2021Nano-Micro Letters2021,13,11:2

5CT血流动力学用于乳腺癌诊断的ROC曲线分析(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of this study was evaluate the diagnostic value of computed tomography(CT) perfusion in breast cancer by the method of receiver operator characteristic curve(ROC) analysis.Methods:Eighty-one cases with breast masses found by health examination or mammography were scanned by multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT) perfusion and hemodynamic parameters of blood flow(BF), mean transit time(MTT) and blood volume(BV) were calculated by deconvolution arithmetic.According to the pathologic results, two groups, benign and malignant were classified and statistical analysis were performed between them.The ROC characteristics of BF, MTT, BV were compared for each and the diagnostic value of the hemodynamic parameters were confirmed.Results:In the malignant group, BF was(0.735 ± 0.440) mL/min/mL, MTT was(22.771 ± 7.647) s and BV was 0.234 ± 0.082.In the benign group, BF was(0.466 ± 0.527) mL/min/mL, MTT was(26.712 ± 12.934) s and BV was 0.179 ± 0.117.There was a significant difference for BF and BV between the benign and malignant groups.When the hemodynamic parameters were used to discriminate the breast lesions, the area under the ROC curve(AUCROC) of BF was 0.832 ± 0.086, the maximum, while AUCROC of BV was 0.695 ± 0.092.There was no significant statistical difference between BF and BV.AUCROC of MTT was 0.473 ± 0.102, which was minimal.Since the threshold of BF was 0.381 mL/min/mL, the sensitivity was 82.3%, the specificity was 73.2%, the positive likelihood ratio(LR) was 3.071 and the negative LR was 0.242.The threshold of BV was 0.190 with sensitivity 73.3%, specificity 56.5%, positive likelihood ratio 1.685 and negative LR 0.473.Conclusion:BF and BV among CT hemodynamic parameters have certain diagnostic value in breast cancer, but BF or BV can not yet be single index to confirm or deny the diagnosis.Xiaodong Yuan Guokun Ao Changbin Quan Jing Zhang Peijun Wang Yuan Tian 2010The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2010,9,3:1
6LncRNA-m18as1 competitively binds with miR-18a-5p to regulate follicle-stimulating hormone secretion through the Smad2/3 pathway in rat primary pituitary cells显示文摘Long noncoding RNAs(lncRNAs)are expressed in different species and different tissues,and perform different functions,but little is known about their involvement in the synthesis or secretion of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH).In general,we have revealed lnc RNA-micro RNA(mi RNA)-messenger RNA(m RNA)interactions that may play important roles in rat primary pituitary cells.In this study,a new lncRNA was identified for the first time.First,we analyzed the gene expression of lncRNA-m18as1 in different tissues and different stages by reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR)and observed the localization of lncRNA-m18as1 with fluorescence in situ hybridization,which indicated that this lncRNA was distributed mainly in the cytoplasm.Next,we used RT-qPCR and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)to analyze the regulation of FSH synthesis and secretion after overexpression or knockdown of lncRNA-m18as1 and found that lncRNA-m18as1 was positively correlated with FSH synthesis and secretion.In addition,mothers against decapentaplegic homolog 2(Smad2)was highly expressed in our sequencing results.We also screened miR-18a-5p from our sequencing results as a miRNA that may bind to lncRNA-m18as1 and Smad2.We used RNA immunoprecipitation-qPCR(RIP-qPCR)and/or dual luciferase assays to confirm that lncRNA-m18as1 interacted with miR-18a-5p and miR-18a-5p interacted with Smad2.Fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH)showed that lncRNA-m18as1 and miR-18a-5p were localized mainly in the cytoplasm.Finally,we determined the relationship among lncRNA-m18as1,miR-18a-5p,and the Smad2/3 pathway.Overall,we found that lncRNA-m18as1 acts as a molecular sponge of miR-18a-5p to regulate the synthesis and secretion of FSH through the Smad2/3 pathway.Weidi ZHANG Wenzhi REN Dongxu HAN Guokun ZHAO Haoqi WANG Haixiang GUO Yi ZHENG Zhonghao JI Wei GAO Bao YUAN 2022Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2022,23,6:0
7Single-cell transcriptome reveals core cell populations and androgen-RXFP2 axis involved in deer antler full regeneration显示文摘Deer antlers constitute a unique mammalian model for the study of both organ formation in postnatal life and annual full regeneration.Previous studies revealed that these events are achieved through the proliferation and differentiation of antlerogenic periosteum(AP)cells and pedicle periosteum(PP)cells,respectively.As the cells resident in the AP and the PP possess stem cell attributes,both antler generation and regeneration are stem cell-based processes.However,the cell composition of each tissue type and molecular events underlying antler development remain poorly characterized.Here,we took the approach of single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-Seq)and identified eight cell types(mainly THY1^(+)cells,progenitor cells,and osteochondroblasts)and three core subclusters of the THY1^(+)cells(SC2,SC3,and SC4).Endothelial and mural cells each are heterogeneous at transcriptional level.It was the proliferation of progenitor,mural,and endothelial cells in the activated antler-lineage-specific tissues that drove the rapid formation of the antler.We detected the differences in the initial differentiation process between antler generation and regeneration using pseudotime trajectory analysis.These may be due to the difference in the degree of stemness of the AP-THY1+and PP-THY1^(+)cells.We further found that androgen-RXFP2 axis may be involved in triggering initial antler full regeneration.Fully deciphering the cell composition for these antler tissue types will open up new avenues for elucidating the mechanism underlying antler full renewal in specific and regenerative medicine in general.Hengxing Ba Xin Wang Datao Wang Jing Ren Zhen Wang Hai-Xi Sun Pengfei Hu Guokun Zhang Shengnan Wang Chao Ma Yusu Wang Enpeng Wang Liang Chen Tianbin Liu Ying Gu Chunyi Li 2022Cell Regeneration2022,11,1:0
8Promoting Proton Migration Kinetics by Ni^(2+)Regulating Enables Improved Aqueous Zn-MnO_(2) Batteries显示文摘The energy storage behaviors of MnO_(2) for aqueous Zn-MnO_(2) batteries mainly depend on the Zn^(2+)/H^(+)intercalation but are limited by poor ion/electron migration dynamics and stability.Herein,a strategy is proposed that promoting proton migration kinetics ameliorates H^(+)storage activity by introducing Ni^(2+)intoγ-MnO_(2)(Ni-MnO_(2)).Ni^(2+)can lower the diffusion barrier of H^(+)and selectively induce the ion intercalation,thereby alleviating the electrostatic interaction with the lattice.Moreover,Ni^(2+)enables the adjacent[MnO6]octahedrons to have better electron conductivity.The Ni-MnO_(2) exhibits superior rate performance(nearly four times specific capacity compared with MnO_(2))and ultra-long-cycle stability(100%of capacity retention after 11000 cycles at 3.0 A g^(-1)).The calculation indicates that the Ni-MnO_(2) allows H^(+)migrate rapidly along the one-dimensional tunnel due to reduction of the activation energy caused by Ni^(2+)regulating,thus achieving excellent reaction kinetics.This work brings great potential for the development of high-performance aqueous Zn-MnO_(2) batteries.Jie Ji Jia Yao Yongchang Xu Houzhao Wan Bao Zhang Lin Lv Jingying Li Nengze Wang Zhaohan Zheng Jun Zhang Guokun Ma Li Tao Hanbin Wang Yi Wang Hao Wang 2023Energy & Environmental Materials2023,6,2:0
9Ultrasensitive,flexible perovskite nanowire photodetectors with long-term stability exceeding 5000 h显示文摘Photodetectors(PDs)based on perovskite nanowires are among the most promising next-generation photodetection technologies;however,their poor long-term stability is the biggest challenge limiting their commercial applica-tion.Herein,an ionic liquid,1-butyl-3 methylimidazolium tetrafuoroborate(BMIMBF_(4)),is incorporated as an additive into methylammonium lead tri-iodide(MAPbI_(3))nanowires;this not only effectively passivates defects to inhibit perovskite degradation but also leads to the formation of nanochannels,enabling fast charge transfer.As a result,the long-term stability and perfor-mance of MAPbI_(3)nanowires are considerably improved.The detectivity,linear detection range,and noise equivalent power of the MA PbI_(3)nanowire PD reach 2.06×10^(13)Jones,160dB,and 1.38×10^(-15)W Hz-^(1/2),respectively,compara-ble to the highest performance of perovskite nanowire PDs reported to date.Moreover,the unencapsulated PD can maintain 100%of its initial performance after being exposed to an open-air environment for more than 5000 h,esta-blishing it as the most stable perovskite nanowire PD reported to date.Nota-bly,the PD exhibits improved diffuse reflection imaging ability when compared with commercial silicon photodiode S2386.This study provides a new strategy for constructing sensitive,stable,and flexible perovskite PDs and will accelerate their commercial application in the future.Dingjun Wu Yongchang Xu Hai Zhou Xin Feng Jianqiang Zhang Xiyan Pan Zheng Gao Rui Wang Guokun Ma Li Tao Hanbin Wang Jinxia Duan Houzhao Wan Jun Zhang Liangping Shen Hao Wang Tianyou Zhai 2022InfoMat2022,4,9:0
