Preliminary engineering application of microseismic monitoring technique to rockburst prediction in tunneling of Jinping Ⅱ project显示文摘Monitoring and prediction of rockburst remain to be worldwide challenges in geotechnical engineering. In hydropower, transportation and other engineering fields in China, more deep, long and large tunnels have been under construction in recent years and underground caverns are more evidently featured by 'long, large, deep and in group',which bring in many problems associated with rock mechanics problems at great depth, especially rockburst.Rockbursts lead to damages to not only underground structures and equipments but also personnel safety. It has been a major technical bottleneck in future deep underground engineering in China. In this paper, compared with earthquake prediction, the feasibility in principle of monitoring and prediction of rockbursts is discussed, considering the source zones, development cycle and scale. The authors think the feasibility of rockburst prediction can be understood in three aspects:(1) the heterogeneity of rock is the main reason for the existence of rockburst precursors;(2) deformation localization is the intrinsic cause of rockburst;and(3) the interaction between target rock mass and its surrounding rock mass is the external cause of rockburst. As an engineering practice, the application of microseismic monitoring techniques during tunnel construction of Jinping II Hydropower Station was reported. It is found that precursory microcracking exists prior to most rockbursts, which could be captured by the microseismic monitoring system. The stress concentration is evident near structural discontinuities(such as faults or joints),which shall be the focus of rockburst monitoring. It is concluded that,by integrating the microseismic monitoring and the rock failure process simulation, the feasibility of rockburst prediction is expected to be enhanced. | Chun'an Tang Jimin Wang Jingjian Zhang | 2010 | Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2010,2,3: | 32
Neural stem cell transplantation with Nogo-66 receptor gene silencing to treat severe traumatic brain injury显示文摘Inhibition of neurite growth, which is mediated by the Nogo-66 receptor (NgR), affects nerve regeneration following neural stem cell (NSC) transplantation. The present study utilized RNA interference to silence NgR gene expression in NSCs, which were subsequently transplanted into rats with traumatic brain injury. Following transplantation of NSCs transfected with small interfering RNA, typical neural cell-like morphology was detected in injured brain tissues, and was accompanied by absence of brain tissue cavity, increased growth-associated protein 43 mRNA and protein expression, and improved neurological function compared with NSC transplantation alone. Results demonstrated that NSC transplantation with silenced NgR gene promoted functional recovery following brain injury. | Dong Wang Jianjun Zhang Jingjian Ma Yuan Mu Yinghui Zhuang | 2011 | Neural Regeneration Research2011,6,10: | 9

Study of a New Type of SIW End Slot Antenna at X-Band显示文摘A new type of Substrate integrated waveguide end slot antenna(SIWESA) radiating from the waveguide end of a Substrate integrated waveguide(SIW) at Xband is investigated with simulation and experiment in this paper. A novel SIW transmission line and a SIWTL end matching network are developed to transfer the energy from the coaxial line to the SIW end radiating slot. This whole antenna is fabricated on a microwave substrate with standard PCB process. The simulated results of a single SIWESA are in good agreement with the experiment ones.Furthermore, a 4-element array are fabricated and measured. The good tested results and the low-cost PCB process fabrication technology demonstrate that SIWESA is a new candidate for the phased arrays. | WU Weiwei ZHAO Hongyu HUANG Jingjian FENG Qi WANG Chao | 2014 | Chinese Journal of Electronics2014,23,4: | 1
Photooxidation stability of phytosterols with different relative spatial positions in different particles显示文摘The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of relative spatial position of stigmasterol on its photooxidation stability in different particles.Phytosterol oxidation products(POPs)from phytosterol oxidation were successfully isolated and studied using solid phase extraction(SPE)technology in conjunction with GC-MS.The photooxidation stability of stigmasterol in four particles was as follows:zein stabilized particles(ZPs)≈zein-pectin stabilized particles(ZPPs)>soy protein isolate(SPI)-pectin stabilized particles(SPPs)>SPI stabilized particles(SPs).7β-Hydroxy and 5β,6β-epoxy was the main POPs in the first and second oxidation stages, respectively, which reached 8,945±43μg/g and 6,010±289μg/g after 240 min UV light exposure treatment in SPs.When stigmasterol was hydrophobically adsorbed on the surface of SPs,the network gel generated by pectin outside SPPs prevented photooxidation of stigmasterol. When stigmasterol was encapsulated in the interior of ZPs,the blocking effect of pectin in ZPPs became insignificant. The study provided a feasible development direction for the storage and quality control of phytosterols as dietary supplements. | Jingjian Liu Dan Wang Ping Shao Simin Feng | 2023 | Food Innovation and Advances2023,2,3: | 0
Antifungal Activity of a Synthetic Oil Compound against Fusarium oxysporum, the Causal Agent of Tagetes显示文摘This paper evaluated the antifungal activity and mechanism of the main active component of the root extract of Tagetes(Tagetes fungicide),and an emulsion was developed to improve water solubility of Tagetes fungicide, thus improving its application. The results of in vitro antifungal effect assay and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)showed that the Tagetes fungicide had a wide spectrum of fungicidal ability and the antifungal mechanism of fungicide might be associated with a change in hyphae morphology. The total protein expression of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.Niveum changed after being cultured with fungicide, showing the decreased expression of high molecular protein while increasing expression of low molecular protein. When the hydrophilic-lipophilic balance value was 10,the emulsion was stable. The intracellular organelles of plant leaves infected by F.oxysporum f.sp.Niveum showed some changes after cultured with the fungicide emulsion. | SHI Lili SHEN Bin SUN Xianliang FENG Hao JIANG Xiaohong WANG Jinsheng DONG Jingjian | 2021 | Wuhan University Journal of Natural Sciences2021,26,1: | 0
