1Efficacy and safety of Yinchenwuling powder for hyperlipidemia: a systematic review and Meta-analysis显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To assess the clinical effectiveness and adverse effects of Yinchenwuling powder(YCWLP)in the treatment of hyperlipidemia using Meta-analysis.METHODS:Seven electronic databases were searched for randomized controlled trials designed to evaluate the clinical effectiveness of YCWLP for hyperlipidemia published in any language prior to February 2015.Two reviewers independently identified articles, extracted data, assessed quality, and cross-checked the results.Revman 5.3 was used to analyze the data.RESULTS:Only five randomized controlled trials with poor methodology were included in the analy-sis.The five trials compared YCWLP with conventional lipid-lowering drugs.Meta-analysis indicated that YCWLP was more effective at the levels of total cholesterol and triglycerides, while increasing the level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol without serious adverse effects. However,it was not more effective than lipid-lowering drugs in reducing low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and improving hemorheology.CONCLUSION:YCWLP appeared to improve lipid levels. However, given the high risk of bias among the trials,we could not conclude that YCWLP was beneficial to patients with hyperlipidemia.More rigorous trials are required to provide stronger evidence for the conclusion.Yao Haiqiang Zhang Zengliang Wang Ji Zuo Jiacheng Chen Yu Zhu Libing Li Xiaoke Yang Zheng Wang Zisong Sun Ranran Xu Xuanxuan Li Changming Wu Yanling Li Lingru Wang Qi 2016Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2016,36,2:11
2Evaluation of abundant hydrocarbon-generation depressions in the deepwater area of Qiongdongnan Basin,South China Sea显示文摘It has been confirmed that the key source rocks of Qiongdongnan Basin are associated with the Yacheng Formation, which was deposited in a transitional marine-continental environment. Because the distribution and evolution patterns of the source rocks in the major depressions are different, it is important to determine the most abundant hydrocarbon-generation depressions in terms of exploration effectiveness. Based on an analysis of organic matter characteristics of the source rocks, in combination with drilling data and seismic data, this paper establishes a model to evaluate the hydrocarbon-generation depressions in the deepwater area of Qiongdongnan Basin. First of all, by using the method of seismic-facies model analysis, the distribution of sedimentary facies was determined. Then, the sedimentary facies were correlated with the organic facies, and the distribution of organic facies was predicted. Meanwhile, the thickness of source rocks for all the depressions was calculated on the basis of a quantitative analysis of seismic velocity and lithology. The relationship between mudstone porosity and vitrinite reflectance(Ro) was used to predict the maturity of source rocks. Second, using the parameters such as thickness and maturity of source rocks, the quantity and intensity of gas generation for Yacheng and Lingshui Formations were calculated. Finally, in combination with the identified hydrocarbon resources, the quantity and intensity of gas generation were used as a guide to establish an evaluation standard for hydrocarbon-generation depressions, which was optimized for the main depressions in the Central Depression Belt. It is proposed that Lingshui, Ledong, Baodao and Changchang Depressions are the most abundant hydrocarbon depressions, whilst Songnan and Beijiao Depressions are rich hydrocarbon depressions. Such an evaluation procedure is beneficial to the next stage of exploration in the deep-water area of Qiongdongnan Basin.LIU Zhen SUN Zhipeng WANG Zisong ZHANG Wei LI Tingan HE Weijun LI Fengxia CAO Shang LIU Jingjing LIN Lu 2016Acta Oceanologica Sinica2016,35,2:1

4Multiplicity-induced optimal gains of an inverted pendulum system under a delayed proportional-derivative-acceleration feedback显示文摘This paper studies the stabilization to an inverted pendulum under a delayed proportional-derivative-acceleration(PDA)feedback,which can be used to understand human balance in quiet standing. The closed-loop system is described by a neutral delay differential equation(NDDE).The optimal feedback gains(OFGs)that make the exponential decaying rate maximized are determined when the characteristic equation of the closed-loop has a repeated real root with multiplicity 4.Such a property is called multiplicity-induced dominancy of time-delay systems, and has been discussed intensively by many authors for retarded delay differential equations(RDDEs).This paper shows that multiplicity-induced dominancy can be achieved in NDDEs.In addition, the OFGs are delay-dependent,and decrease sharply to small numbers correspondingly as the delay increases from zero and varies slowly with respect to moderate delays. Thus, the inverted pendulum can be well-stabilized with moderate delays and relatively small feedback gains. The result might be understandable that the elderly with obvious response delays can be well-stabilized with a delayed PDA feedback controller.Zisong MEI Zaihua WANG 2022Applied Mathematics and Mechanics(English Edition)2022,43,11:1
