6Identification of Q-Markers from Hedan Tablet by employing “spiderweb”mode and taking compounds'hepatotoxicity into account显示文摘Objective Due to the complicated compounds and the synergistic effect of multi-compounds,the quality control and assessment of Chinese materia medica(CMM)encounters a great challenge about how to identify the key compounds,which are directly correlated with its efficacy and safety.On the guidance of study on quality marker(Q-Marker),identification of Q-Markers was performed from Hedan Tablet(HDT)by the aid of the“spider-web”mode and hepatotoxicity evaluation derived from our previous researches and literatures.Methods By the established ultra performance liquid chromatography with photodiode array detector(UPLC-PDA)method,online UPLC-DPPH·and offline antioxidant assay,21 candidate compounds of HDT were systematically investigated and comprehensively evaluated by the“spider-web”mode for them properties of Q-Marker based on“content-stability-activity”.In addition,the Q-Markers related with hepatotoxicity based on our previous researches and literatures were identified.Results Salvianolic acid B(SaB),quercetin-3-O-glucuronide(Qug),isoquercitrin(IQ)and hyperoside(Hyp)were adopted as the preferable Q-Markers of HDT according to the shaded area(A)of tested compounds in“spider-web”mode.Psoralen(Ps),isopsoralen(IP),psoralenoside(PO)and isopsoralenoside(IPO)were also strongly recommended as Q-Markers closely related with safety by considering hepatotoxicity of the accumulated Ps and IP and conversion between glycoside(PO and IPO)and aglycone(Ps and IP).Conclusion This study provided scientific evidence for quality control and assessment of HDT,and also provided a meaningful reference for application of Q-Markers in CMM.Danni Wang Jiamin Ding Xiafei Feng Xin Chai Jing Yang Chunlei Liu Yingzi Zeng Wanhui Zhou Yuefei Wang 2022Chinese Herbal Medicines2022,14,4:1
73D shape-stable temperature-regulated macro-encapsulated phase change material:KAl(SO_(4))_(2)·12H_(2)O-C_(2)H_(2)O_(4)·2H_(2)O-CO(NH_(2))_(2) eutectic/polyurethane foam as core and carbon modified silicone resin as shell显示文摘Micro-encapsulated phase change materials(PCMs)have been confirmed a high-efficiency way to store latent heat,but their poor mechanical properties,expensive and complicated synthesis block their industrial application.Herein,borrowing from this structure and magnifying it,we prepared a novel 3D shape-stable temperature-regulated macro-encapsulated PCMs.The KAl(SO_(4))_(2)·12H_(2)O-C_(2)H_(2)O_(4)·2H_(2)O-CO(NH_(2))_(2)(APSD-OAD-Urea)was configured as PCM to composite with light-weight porous polyurethane foam(PUF)framework,and the enthalpy reduction of PCM@PUF(core)was only 1.70%.Subsequent,carbon modified silicone resin(CMS,shell)was introduced to macro-encapsulate PCM@PUF.The results showed that with the optimized mass ratio of 75%APSD-25%OAD and extra addition of 10% Urea,the obtained PCM had a relatively high enthalpy(194.6 J/g),appropriate phase transition temperature(42.17℃)and suppressed supercooling(0.504℃).CMS thin-layer with 2.0 mm thickness increased resistance to deformation,impressions,scratches,and possessed a brilliant sealing effect on PCM@PUF to achieve leak-free and operation steady of PCM.PCM@PUF@CMS with low thermal conductivity from inside out displayed an outstanding thermal insulation performance.Moreover,the fluctuation of the thermodynamic property after 150 thermal cycles is relatively small.All these above enable the application of PCM@PUF@CMS in the thermal energy storage system and provide a novel strategy for the preparation of macro-encapsulated PCMs.Weicheng Chen Xianghui Liang Wanhui Han Shuangfeng Wang Xuenong Gao Zhengguo Zhang Yutang Fang 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,5:1

9Behavior of Zr-Rich Phase in a Cast NiAl-33.5Cr-0.5Zr Alloy during Heat Treatment显示文摘There are many Zr particles in as-cast NiAl-33.5Cr-0.5Zr (at. pct) alloy, which usually exist at the edge of eutectic of β-NiAl and α-Cr. After air and furnace cooling solution treatments, for 14000C, 2 h and 1450℃, 1 h, pure Zr phase remains in the furnace cooling (F.C.) state alloys and Ni2AlZr phase forms in the air cooling (AC.) state alloys. During solution treatment at 14500C, bulk and 'fish bone'shape Zr-rich phases form respectively in F.C. and AC. state alloys. A ’river’?shape Ni2AlZr phase forms after 14500C for lh F.C. and 8500C for 12 h, F.C.. The alloy has less pure Zr and Ni2AlZr phase after 14000C with both air and furnace cooling followed by 8500C and 9500C for 12 h, F.C. aging treatments, respectively. 11In situ formed cross-linked polymer networks as dual-functional layers for high-stable lithium metal batteries显示文摘Lithium-metal anodes(LMAs)have been recognized as the ultimate anodes for next-generation batteries with high energy density,but stringent assembly-environment conditions derived from the poor moisture stability dramatically hinder the transformation of LMAs from laboratory to industry.Herein,an in situ formed cross-linked polymer layer on LMAs is designed and constructed by a facile thiol-acrylate click chemistry reaction between poly(ethylene glycol)diacrylate(PEGDA)and the crosslinker containing multi thiol groups under UV irradiation.Owing to the hydrophobic nature of the layer,the treated LMAs demonstrate remarkable humid stability for more than 3 h in ambient air(70%relative humidity).The coating humid-resistant protective layer also possesses a dual-functional characterization as solid polymer electrolytes by introducing lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide in the system in advance.The intimate contact between the polymer layer and LMAs reduces interfacial resistance in the assembled Li/LiFePO_(4)or Li/LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)full cell effectively,and endows the cell with an outstanding cycle performance.Lei Shi Wanhui Wang Chunjuan Wang Yang Zhou Yuezhan Feng Tiekun Jia Fang Wang Zhiyu Min Ji Hu Zhigang Xue 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,4:0
12Structural Variation between the Western and Eastern Kuqa Fold-and-thrust Belt,China:Insights from Seismic Interpretation and Analog Modeling显示文摘The Kuqa fold-and-thrust belt exhibits apparent structural variation in the western and eastern zone.Two salt layer act as effective decollements and influence the varied deformation.In this study,detailed seismic interpretations and analog modeling are presented to construct the suprasalt and subsalt structures in the transfer zone of the middle Kuqa and investigate the influence of the two salt layers.The results reveal that the relationship of the two salt layers changes from separated to connected,and then overlapped toward the foreland in the transfer zone.Different structural models are formed in the suprasalt and subsalt units due to the interaction of the two salt layers.The imbricate thrust faults form two broom-like fault systems in the subsalt units.The suprasalt units develop detached folds terminating toward the east in the region near the orogenic belt.Whereas,two offset anticlines with different trends develop at the frontal edge of the lower salt layer and the trailing edge of the upper salt layer,respectively.According to exploration results in this region,the relationship between suprasalt and subsalt structures has an influence on hydrocarbon accumulation.We believe that the connected deformation contains high-risk plays while the decoupled deformation contains well-preserved plays.WANG Wei XIE Huiwen YIN Hongwei JIA Dong XU Zhenping LUO Haoyu HE Wanhui YUAN Rui DUAN Yunjiang 2023Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2023,97,4:0
