1Great Diversity in Stability of Perovskite-Type Oxides Studied by Electrochemical Hydrogen Charging显示文摘Single crystals of 0.91Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3-0.09PbTiO3,SrTiO3 and BaTiO3,and ceramic pellets of CaCu3Ti4O12 and BiFeO3 have been studied and compared through electrochemical hydrogen charging,in which the oxides were coated with silver electrodes to electrolyze water as the cathode.Great diversity has been observed in the stability of the oxides:0.91Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3-0.09PbTiO3 was quickly decomposed;hydrogen could enter the lattice of the other four oxides,but their properties were influenced at extremely different speeds.Such a great diversity in stability against hydrogen among perovskite-type oxides highlights the importance of reliability study over functional oxides materials.PEI Yuchong CHEN Wanping 2011Wuhan University Journal of Natural Sciences2011,16,3:4
2Metabolic and molecular analysis of nonuniform anthocyanin pigmentation in tomato fruit under high light显示文摘Pigment intensity and patterns are important factors that determine the nutritional and market values of tomato fruits.The acropetal manner of light-dependent anthocyanin accumulation with the highest levels at the stem end of the fruit makes Pro35S:BrTT8 tomato plants an ideal system for investigating the effects of light intensity on anthocyanin biosynthesis.Extensive transcript analyses indicate that anthocyanin pigmentation in Pro35S:BrTT8 plants under high light might be coordinately regulated by the exogenous protein BrTT8 and endogenous proteins SlAN2 and SlMYBL2.Furthermore,yeast two-hybrid assays showed that BrTT8 could interact efficiently with SlAN2,SlMYBL2,and SlAN11.Moreover,the physical interaction between BrTT8 and SlAN2 was validated by FRET.Simultaneous overexpression of SlAN2 and BrTT8 activated significant anthocyanin biosynthesis in infiltrated tobacco leaves.In addition,the ability of SlMYBL2 to suppress anthocyanin accumulation was also demonstrated in infiltrated tobacco leaves.Altogether,these results prove that tissue-specific assemblage of the heterogeneous MYB-bHLH-WD40 complex consisting of SlAN2,BrTT8 and SlAN11 triggers nonuniform anthocyanin accumulation in tomato fruit under high light.Additionally,it is proposed that a negative-feedback loop fulfilled by SlMYBL2 also participates in the regulation of anthocyanin production.Yanjie Zhang Yan Li Wanping Li Zongli Hu Xiaohui Yu Yun Tu Min Zhang Jinyong Huang Guoping Chen 2019Horticulture Research2019,6,1:4
3Gas sensing capabilities of TiO_(2) porous nanoceramics prepared through premature sintering显示文摘Pure and noble metal(Pt,Pd,and Au)doped TiO_(2)nanoceramics have been prepared from TiO_(2)nanoparticles through traditional pressing and sintering.For those samples sintered at 550℃,a typical premature sintering occurred,which led to the formation of a highly porous microstructure with a Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET)specific surface area of 23 m^(2)/g.At room temperature,only Pt-doped samples showed obvious response to hydrogen,with sensitivities as high as~500 for 1000 ppm H_(2)in N_(2);at 300℃,all samples showed obvious responses to CO,while the responses of noble metal doped samples were much higher than that of the undoped ones.The mechanism for the observed sensing capabilities has been discussed,in which the catalytic effect of Pt for hydrogen is believed responsible for the room-temperature hydrogen sensing capabilities,and the absence of glass frit as commonly used in commercial thick-film metal oxide gas sensors is related to the high sensitivities.It is proposed that much attention should be paid to metal oxide porous nanoceramics in developing gas sensors with high sensitivities and low working temperatures.Yao XIONG Zilong TANG Yu WANG Yongming HU Haoshuang GU Yuanzhi LI Helen Lai Wah CHAN Wanping CHEN 2015Journal of Advanced Ceramics2015,4,2:3

10TeaPGDB:Tea Plant Genome Database显示文摘As the most widely consumed beverage in the world,tea has various nutritional,economic,and global cultural values.With the development of the third-generation sequencing technology,several genome sequences of tea plants have been published.These genomic data have pivotal information that is of benefit to tea plant breeders and biologists in advancing tea plant improvement and the final quality of tea products.We hereby present the integrative online database,Tea Plant Genome Database(TeaPGDB;http://gffzz33ea8dac98494cc2h6xqquqfcq5xb69wx.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/tea),which incorporates the published genome sequences of tea plants.The current release of TeaPGDB hosts published tea plant genome data with various online tools,including JBrowse,gene search,SSR search,BLAST.TeaPGDB also contains a download server,which provides access for the download of genome-related data and rich annotation files.TeaPGDB is committed to collecting,integrating,and annotating published tea plant genome data,providing data support for research on tea plant heredity,evolution,breeding for resistance,plant improvement,and facilitating the characterization of important traits or flavor related genes in the community.Compared with other tea plant databases,this database not only contains more complete genome data and gene annotation information,but also has a user-friendly interface for researchers in the field.Xiaogang Lei Ya Wang Yuhan Zhou Yongzhong Chen Hongyuan Chen Zhongwei Zou Lin Zhou Yuanchun Ma Fei Chen Wanping Fang 2021Beverage Plant Research2021,1,1:1
