| 1 | Experimental and Theoretical Study on the Flexural Behavior of Recycled Concrete Beams Reinforced with GFRP Bars显示文摘This paper experimentally investigated the flexural behavior of reinforced recycled aggregate concrete(RAC)beams reinforced with glass fiber-reinforced polymer(GFRP)bars.A total of twelve beams were built and tested up to failure under four-point bending.The main parameters were reinforcement ratio(0.38%,0.60%,and 1.17%),recycled aggregate replacement ratio(R=0,50%,and 100%)and longitudinal reinforcement types(GFRP and steel).The flexural capacity,failure modes,flexibility deformation,reinforcement strains and crack distribution of the tested beams were investigated and compared with the calculation models of American code ACI 440.1-R-15,Canadian code CSA S806-12 and ISIS-M03-07.The tested results indicated that the reinforcement ratio has great influence on the ultimate load,crack width and deflection of GFRP-RAC beams,the recycled aggregate replacement ratio has little influence on it.However,it was found that the reinforcement ratio has no obvious influence on the cracking load which was only related to the recycled aggregate replacement ratio.The average cracking load decreased by 5%and 15%as the recycled aggregate replacement ratio increased from 0 to 50%and 100%.For the steel-RAC beams,the ultimate load was found to be about 1/2 of the ultimate load of GFRP-RAC beam under the same condition and the trend of strain,deflection and crack width were different from GFRP-RAC beams.This is due to the different material properties of GFRP bars and steel rebar.On the other hand,the calculation results showed that ACI 440.1-R-15 and CSA S806-12 underestimated the ultimate load of GFRP-RAC beams.Moreover,the deflection prediction of GFRP-RAC beams by CSA S806-12 is relatively accurate compared with ACI 440.1-R-15 and ISIS-M03-07.As for the prediction of crack width,the results of ACI 440.1-R-15 prediction were in good agreement with the experimental results at the ultimate load,with the average value of 1.09±0.28. | Xinzhan Chen Xiangqing Kong Ying Fu Wanting Sun Renguo Guan | 2021 | Journal of Renewable Materials2021,9,6: | 0 |
| 2 | Development and validation of prognostic implications of chromosome abnormalities algorithm for newly diagnosed multiple myeloma显示文摘Fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH)evaluation is essential for initial risk stratification in multiple myeloma(MM).The presence of specific cytogenetic abnormalities(CA)confers a heterogeneity impact on prognosis.However,the cutoff values among different centers are not uniform.Therefore,we conduct this study to better predict the prognosis of newly diagnosed MM patients based on FISH results.The Kaps method was used to calculate the chromosomal abnormal cutoff values.A total of 533 participants were included in the study.The best cutoff value of overall survival were as follows:17p20.1%,13q85%,1q21+39%,t(11;14)55.5%,t(14;16)87%,and t(4;14)53.5%.The survival analysis showed that 17pand 1q21+were the independent factors affecting both OS and progress free survival(PFS)among CA.The analysis based on the cutoff value obtained by Kaps suggested that 13q,t(14;16),17p,and 1q21+were independent factors affecting OS among CA;t(14;16),17p,and 1q21+were independent factors affecting PFS among CA.The prognostic model was constructed by the Kaps method with the Harrell concordance index(c-index)at 0.719(95%CI,0.683–0.756;corrected 0.707),which was higher than that calculated by the European Myeloma Network criteria(0.714;95%CI,0.678–0.751;corrected 0.696).In conclusion,chromosomal abnormalities in different proportions and combinations can affect the prognosis ofMMpatients.Therefore,effective criteria should be formulated to evaluate the prognosis ofMMpatients better. | Tiancheng Luo Wanting Qiang Jing Lu Haiyan He Jin Liu Lu Li Hua Jiang Weijun Fu Juan Du | 2021 | Blood Science2021,3,3: | 0 |
| 3 | Higher efficacy of oral etoposide for mobilization of peripheral blood stem cells in patients with multiple myeloma显示文摘This study compares the efficacy,toxicity,hematopoietic recovery,and cost of stem-cell mobilization using intermediate-dose cyclophosphamide(IDCy)plus granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(G-CSF)compared with etoposide(VP-16)plus pegylated granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(PEG-rhG-CSF)in multiple myeloma(MM)patients.Two hundred forty-four consecutive patients undergoing mobilization with IDCy(3-3.5g/m^(2))plus G-CSF(n=155)were compared with patients receiving VP-16 plus PEG-rhG-CSF(n=89),including oral etoposide(n=65)and intravenous etoposide(n=24).Compared with IDCy,VP-16 use was associated with significantly higher median peak peripheral blood CD34+cell count(8.20[range:1.84-84]×10^(6)/kg vs 4.58[range:0.1-27.9]×10^(6)/kg,P=.000),and ideal CD34+cell yield of more than 6×10^(6)/kg(56.8%vs 35.1%,P=.001),notably with a higher efficacy in oral VP-16 use compared with IDCy use(CD 34+cell counts:median peak peripheral blood 5.87 vs 4.58?106/kg and≥6×10^(6)/kg[48.4%vs 35.1%]).The median number of apheresis courses was reduced from two in the IDCy group to one in the VP-16 group(P=.000).IDCy use was associated with significantly more frequent episodes of neutropenia(70.2%vs 35.2%;P=.000),intravenous antibiotic use(13.2%vs 11.4%;P=.672),and hospitalization(P=.000).The recoveries of neutrophils and platelets after autologous stem-cell transplantation were significantly faster in the VP-16 group compared with the IDCy group(P=.000).Our data indicate robust stem-cell mobilization in MM patients with VP-16 delivered either orally or intravenously.When compared with intravenous VP-16,oral VP-16 mobilization was associated with significantly more convenient,lower average total costs,and especially decreased the risk of hospital visits and exposure. | Wanting Qiang Hua Jiang Pei Guo Jing Lu Jin Liu Lu Li Haiyan He Xiaoxia Hu Weijun Fu Juan Du | 2022 | Blood Science2022,4,2: | 0 |

| 5 | A Stable Q Compensated Reverse Time Migration Method Based on Excitation Amplitude Imaging Condition显示文摘The stability and efficiency,especially the stability,are generally concerned issues in Q compensated reverse time migration(Q-RTM).The instability occurs because of the exponentially boosted high frequency ambient noise during the forward or backward seismic wavefield propagation.The regularization and low-pass filtering methods are two effective strategies to control the instability of the wave propagation in Q-RTM.However,the regularization parameters are determined experimentally,and the wavefield cannot be recovered accurately.The low-pass filtering method cannot balance the selection of cutoff frequency for varying Q values,and may damage the effective signals,especially when the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)of the seismic data is low,the Q-RTM will be a highly unstable process.In order to achieve the purpose of stability,the selection of cutoff frequency will be small enough,which can cause great damage to the effective high frequency signals.In this paper,we present a sta-ble Q-RTM algorithm based on the excitation amplitude imaging condition,which can compensate both the amplitude attenuation and phase dispersion.Unlike the existing Q-RTM algorithms enlarging the amplitude,the exponentially attenuated seismic wavefield will be used during both the forward and backward wavefield propagation of Q-RTM.Therefore,the new Q-RTM algorithm is relative stable,even for the low SNR seismic data.In order to show the accuracy and stability of our stable Q-RTM algorithm clearly,an example based on Graben model will be illustrated.Then,a realistic BP gas chimney model further demonstrates that the proposed method enjoys good stability and anti-noise performance compared with the traditional Q-RTM with amplitude amplification.Compare the Q-RTM images of these two models to the reference images obtained by the acoustic RTM with acoustic seismic data,the new Q-RTM results match the reference images quite well.The proposed method is also tested using a field seismic data,the result shows the effectiveness of our proposed method. | Qingqing Li Li-Yun Fu Weijia Sun Wei Wei Wanting Hou | 2020 | Communications in Computational Physics2020,28,6: | 0 |
| 6 | A chemiluminescence reagent free method for the determination of captopril in medicine and urine samples by using trivalent silver显示文摘A novel flow-injection chemiluminescence(FI-CL) method free of CL reagent was developed for the determination of captopril based on its enhancing effect on the CL derived from diperiodatoargentate(Ⅲ)-sulfuric acid system. Compared with the conventional CL system, the CL system based on trivalent silver was characterized of good selectivity for the absence of CL reagent. The CL mechanism was discussed through CL spectra and UV–vis absorption spectra. The conditions of the FI-CL system were investigated and optimized.Under the optimal conditions, the relative CL intensity was linear with the captopril concentration in the range of 0.3–15.0 μg/m L. The detection limit for captopril was 0.05 μg/m L, and the relative standard deviation(n=11) was 2.0% for 5.0 μg/m L captopril. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of captopril in tablet and human urine with the recoveries of 83.1%–112.5%, and the relative standard deviations of 0.5%–4.4%. The results obtained by the proposed method agreed well with those obtained from HPLC method.
