1Role and mechanism of radiological protection cream in treating radiation dermatitis in rats显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To explore the role and mechanism of a radiation protection cream(Rp) in the treatment of radiation dermatitis, and to accumulate necessary technical information for a new drug report on Rp.METHODS: High-performance liquid chromatography was used to establish the method of measuring the main effective ingredients of sovereign and adjuvant herbs of Rp drugs, and to formulate the draft quality standards of Rp. A total of 48Sprague-Dawley male rats were randomly divided into the Model,Trolamine cream(Tc), Rp and Blank groups according to a random number table method.The skin of each rat's buttocks was irradiated using an electron linear accelerator to establish an acute radiation dermatitis model. The histological changes were observed under light microscopy and electron microscopy during wound healing and the effect of Rp on rat fibroblast Ku70/80 gene expression was detected at the transcriptional level.RESULTS: Pathological examination revealed that Rp protected the cellular and subcellular structures of skin after irradiation, promoting the proliferation and restoration of collagen fibers. Ku70/80 mRNA expression levels in the Rp and Tc groups were higher than that in the model group(P<0.05).Moreover,The majority of grade radiation dermatitis relative to the Model, Rp and Tc groups for reducing grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ dermatitis efficiency were 85.7%and 69.2%(P<0.05), respectively.The efficacy of Rp group in treating radiation dermatitis was better than the Trolamine cream group by16.5%(P<0.05).CONCLUSION: Compared with Tc, Rp had certain advantages in the efficacy and performance to price ratio.Thus, Rp is considered an effective alternative formulation for the prevention and treatment of radiation dermatitis.Guohong Zu Yan Dou Qingfen Tian Houwei Wang Weichong Zhao Fusheng Li 2014Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2014,34,3:2
2Kinetic Study of Homogeneous Rhodium-Catalyzed Ethanol Carbonylation Using Bis(diphenylphosphino)methane Ligands显示文摘Homogeneous rhodium-catalyzed carbonylation of ethanol is a potential route for the preparation of propionic acid,although its commercialization has been hindered by a low reaction rate.In this work,various bis(diphenylphosphine)ligands were evaluated in the rhodium-catalyzed reaction system in an effort to improve the reaction rate.By comparing the space-time yield and selectivity of the catalytic system in a Hastelloy autoclave reactor,the effects of the choice of ligand,ligand:rhodium ratio,carbon monoxide pressure,temperature,rhodium concentration,ethyl iodide content,and lithium iodide content were investigated.In the presence of the ligand bis(diphenylphosphino)methane disulfide(dppmS_(2)),the activity of the catalyst was improved significantly.The results revealed that the optimal conditions included a dppmS_(2):Rh molar ratio of 0.5:1,a rhodium concentration of 1000μg/g,an ethyl iodide content of 10%,and a lithium iodide content of 10%.The most suitable reaction temperature and carbon monoxide pressure were 463 K and 3.0 MPa,respectively,which resulted in a maximum space-time yield of 4.30 mol/(h·L).A kinetic model was established in the temperature range of 442-463 K,and the model data were regressed and validated,revealing an activation energy of 28.01 kJ/mol.Residual analysis and statistical tests demonstrated the reliability of the kinetic experiments.Long Haoyu Xu Lin Song Jianhua Wang Xiaoping Wang Weichong Liu Dianhua 2022China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2022,24,2:0
3Genome-wide association study of seedling nitrogen-use efficiency-associated traits in common wheat(Triticum aestivum L.)显示文摘Nitrogen(N)fertilizer application is essential for crop-plant growth and development.Identifying genetic loci associated with N-use efficiency(NUE)could increase wheat yields and reduce environmental pollution caused by overfertilization.We subjected a panel of 389 wheat accessions to N and chlorate(a nitrate analog)treatments to identify quantitative trait loci(QTL)controlling NUE-associated traits at the wheat seedling stage.Genotyping the panel with a 660K single-nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)array,we identified 397 SNPs associated with N-sensitivity index and chlorate inhibition rate.These SNPs were merged into 49 QTL,of which eight were multi-environment stable QTL and 27 were located near previously reported QTL.A set of 135 candidate genes near the 49 QTL included TaBOX(F-box family protein)and TaERF(ethylene-responsive transcription factor).A Tabox mutant was more sensitive to low-N stress than the wild-type plant.We developed two functional markers for Hap 1,the favorable allele of TaBOX.Huawei Shi Weichong Wang Lifeng Gao Jirong Wu Chengmei Hu Huishu Yan Yugang Shi Ning Li Youzhi Ma Yongbin Zhou Zhaoshi Xu Jun Chen Wensi Tang Kai Chen Daizhen Sun Yuxiang Wu Ming Chen 2024The Crop Journal2024,12,1:0
