2Comprehe nsive an alysis of SSRs and database construction using all complete gene-cod ing sequences in major horticultural and represe ntative plants显示文摘Simple sequence repeats(SSRs)are one of the most important genetic markers and widely exist in most species.Here,we identified 249,822 SSRs from 3,951,919 genes in 112 plants.Then,we conducted a comprehensive analysis of these SSRs and constructed a plant SSR database(PSSRD).Interestingly,more SSRs were found in lower plants than in higher plants,showing that lower plants needed to adapt to early extreme environments.Four specific enriched functional terms in the lower plant Chlam^tdomonas reinhardtii were detected when it was compared with seven other higher plants.In addition,Guanylate_cyc existed in more genes of lower plants than of higher plants.In our PSSRD,we constructed an interactive plotting function in the chart interface,and users can easily view the detailed information of SSRs.All SSR information,including sequences,primers,and annotations,can be downloaded from our database.Moreover,we developed Web SSR Finder and Batch SSR Finder tools,which can be easily used for identifying SSRs.Our database was developed using PHP,HTML,J avaScript,and MySQL,which are freely available at http://gffzz2f37412cb23c469dh966wnvvcvobo6fvo.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/.We conducted an analysis of the Myb gene families and flowering genes as two applications of the PSSRD.Further analysis indicated that whole-genome duplication and whole-genome triplication played a major role in the expansion of the Myb gene families.These SSR markers in our database will greatly facilitate comparative genomics and functional genomics studies in the future.Xiaoming Song Qihang Yang Yun Bai Ke Gong Tong Wu Tong Yu Qiaoying Pei Weike Duan Zhinan Huang Zhiyuan Wang Zhuo Liu Xi Kang Wei Zhao Xiao Ma 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:2

6Ultracompact silicon on-chip polarization controller显示文摘On-chip polarization controllers are extremely important for various optical systems.In this paper,a compact and robust silicon-based on-chip polarization controller is proposed and demonstrated by integrating a special polarization converter and phase shifters.The special polarization converter consists of a 1×1 Mach–Zehnder interferometer with two polarization-dependent mode converters at the input/output ends.When light with an arbitrary state of polarization(SOP)is launched into the chip,the TE_(0)and TM_(0)modes are simultaneously excited.The polarization extinction ratio(PER)and the phase difference for the TE_(0)∕TM_(0)modes are tuned by controlling the first phase shifter,the polarization converter,and the second phase shifter.As a result,one can reconstruct the light SOP at the output port.The fabricated polarization controller,as compact as~150μm×700μm,exhibits an excess loss of less than 1 dB and a record PER range of>54 dB for arbitrary input light beams in the wavelength range of 1530–1620 nm.WEIKE ZHAO YINGYING PENG MINGYU ZHU RUORAN LIU XIAOLONG HU YAOCHENG SHI DAOXIN DAI 2024Photonics Research2024,12,2:0
7Clinical Study of Acupotomy Trinity Lysis on Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy with Liver and Kidney Deficiency Syndrome显示文摘Objective:To compare the therapeutic effects of acupotomy trinity lysis and traditional acupotomy on cervical spondylotic myelopathy.Methods:A total of 205 patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into the experimental group(105 cases)and the control group(100 cases).The experimental group was relaxed with acupotomy in three positions:Heaven(tian),Human(ren)and Earth(di).Traditional acupotomy was used to relax Ashi acupoints of the affected vertebra in the control group.One treatment was conducted in one week,and the duration of one course of treatment was three weeks.The VAS,JOA score and NDI index were observed after treatment.Results:Before and after treatment,the total treatment efficiency of the treatment group was 95.23%,and that of the control group was 80.00%,there was significant difference between the two groups,P<0.05;Before operation,there was no significant difference in JOA score,NDI index score,and VAS score between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05);there was no significant difference after 1 week(P>0.05),but there were significant differences between the two groups 2 weeks and 3 weeks after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupotomy trinity lysis is a safe,effective and economical treatment for cervical spondylotic myelopathy.Jianyong Gao Yi Zhao Tinglan Sun Weike Liu Zhenguo Wang 2021Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2021,5,1:0
