| 1 | 基于脉冲激励的地铁运营引起邻近建筑物内振动预测方法显示文摘根据振动系统传递特性,提出一种新的环境振动预测方法——实测脉冲传递函数预测方法。通过脉冲试验测得振源与邻近建筑物内测点的振动加速度,计算得到振动系统的振动响应传递函数;将实测的地铁运营振源的振动加速度代入传递函数公式,实现对建筑物内测点的振动加速度时程、频谱、1/3倍频程和z振级的预测。应用该方法预测隧道中心楼内测点振动加速度结果表明:隧道结构与隧道中心楼内测点振动加速度传递函数峰值频段为30~50Hz,隧道中心楼内振动加速度峰值频段为40~60Hz;土层和隧道中心楼基础结构对60Hz以上频段的振动具有很强的衰减作用,楼房基础结构有效地隔断了70Hz以上的高频振动。该方法可用于预测地铁运营引起的建筑物内振动。 | Wang, Wenbin Liu, Weining Sun, Ning Li, Kefei Liu, Li | 2012 | 中国铁道科学2012,,4: | 12 |
| 2 | Liberation characteristics of coal middlings comminuted by jaw crusher and ball mill显示文摘The associated minerals make coal middlings possess a relatively high ash content.Subsequent liberation through size reduction can cause recovery increase.However,effect of comminution facilities on mineral liberation of middlings was ignored.This paper studied the liberation characteristics of middlings crushed with different kinds of fragmentation forces.Middlings of 3 mm+0.5 mm sampled from a dense medium cyclone were comminuted by a jaw crusher and a ball mill to 0.5 mm with similar size distribution respectively.The generating mechanism of fnes was also analyzed.Full densimetric analyses indicate that mineral liberation of the product crushed by the jaw crusher is better than that by the ball mill at each fraction.For sizes of 0.125 mm+0.074 mm and 0.074 mm,yields of the product with ash content 11%comminuted by jaw crusher are nearly 20%higher than that by the ball mill.Sectional micrographs observed by the scanning electron microscopy(SEM)also show the same law for these two fractions and some intergrowth particles still exist in the fraction of 0.5 mm+0.25 mm. | Xie Weining He Yaqun Zhu Xiangnan Ge Linhan Huang Yajun Wang Haifeng | 2013 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2013,23,5: | 12 |
| 3 | THz time-domain spectroscopy of amino acids显示文摘The optical characteristics of four kinds of amino acids (tyrosine, arginine, histidine and glutamine) filled with nitrogen at room temperature were studied by THz time-domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS). Well-resolved absorption and refractive spectrums between 0.1 and 2.8 THz were obtained based on the physical model for extract-ing the optical parameters of materials in THz range. | 5 | Triboelectric properties of ilmenite and quartz minerals and investigation of triboelectric separation of ilmenite ore显示文摘Triboelectric separation, as an entirely dry technology, is a prospective method to process fine minerals.The aim of this paper is to investigate the performance of triboelectric separation of ilmenite and quartz minerals in a lab unit and to get ready for the separation of ilmenite ore. A tribocharge measurement system was used to test the triboelectric properties of ilmenite and quartz particles with tribochargers respectively made of PVC, PPR, PMMA, Teflon, copper, stainless steel and quartz glass. The results show that the ilmenite particles charged positively while quartz charged negatively when tribocharged with PVC tribocharger. The mixture of 12% ilmenite and 88% quartz was prepared for the triboelectric separation. The recovery of ilmenite increases with the increase of airflow rate, decreases with the increasing feed rate, and grows up firstly and then decreases with the increasing voltage. A maximum ilmenite recovery of 51.71% with ilmenite content 32.72% was obtained at 40 m^3/h airflow rate, 6 g/s feed rate and 20 kV voltage. | 6 | Application of an antibody chip for screening differentially expressed proteins during peach ripening and identification of a metabolon in the SAM cycle to generate a peach ethylene biosynthesis model显示文摘Peach(Prunus persica)is a typical climacteric fruit that produces ethylene rapidly during ripening,and its fruit softens quickly.Stony hard peach cultivars,however,do not produce large amounts of ethylene,and the fruit remains firm until fully ripe,thus differing from melting flesh peach cultivars.To identify the key proteins involved in peach fruit ripening,an antibody-based proteomic analysis was conducted.A mega-monoclonal antibody(mAb)library was generated and arrayed on a chip(mAbArray)at a high density,covering~4950 different proteins of peach.Through the screening of peach fruit proteins with the mAbArray chip,differentially expressed proteins recognized by 1587 mAbs were identified,and 33 corresponding antigens were ultimately identified by immunoprecipitation and mass spectrometry.These proteins included not only important enzymes involved in ethylene biosynthesis,such as ACO1,SAHH,SAMS,and MetE,but also novel factors such as NUDT2.Furthermore,protein–protein interaction analysis identified a metabolon containing SAHH and MetE.By combining the antibody-based proteomic data with the transcriptomic and metabolic data,a mathematical model of ethylene biosynthesis in peach was constructed.Simulation results showed that MetE is an important regulator during peach ripening,partially through interaction with SAHH. | Wenfang Zeng Liang Niu Zhaohui Wang Xiaobei Wang Yan Wang Lei Pan Zhenhua Lu Guochao Cui Weining Weng Mingqiao Wang Xun Meng Zhiqiang Wang | 2020 | Horticulture Research2020,7,1: | 2 |
| 7 | Purification and Photodynamic Bioactivity of Phycoerythrin and Phycocyanin from Porphyra yezoensis Ueda显示文摘Phycoerythrin and phycocyanin were purified from Porphyra yezoensis Ueda with their bioactivity determined in this study. Continuous precipitation with ammonium sulfate at different concentrations(10%, 20%, 40% and 50%) increased the purity(A564:A280) of phycoerythrin to 1.49, 3.92 fold of the raw extract(0.38) and the purity(A615:A280) of phycocyanin to 0.70, 3.33 fold of the raw extract(0.21). Two more times of chromatography with hydroxylapatites finally made the purity of phycoerythrin and phycocyanin reach 5.50, 14.47 fold of the raw extract, and 5.10, 24.29 fold of the raw extract, respectviely. The yield of high purity phycoerythrin and phycocyanin were 0.21% and 0.09% of dried P. yezoensis blade, respectively. The photodynamic cytotoxic experiment showed that both phycoerythrin and phycocyanin inhibited the growth of liver tumor cells significantly. It was found that 250 mg L-1 purified phycoerythrin and phycocyanin inhibited the growth of hepatocellular carcinoma cells 24 h after laser-irradiation by 80% and 59%, respectively, and 100 mg L-1 purified phycoerythrin and phycocyanin induced the apoptosis of 31.54% and 32.54% of the cells, respectively, 8 h after photodynamic therapy.
