2Error Compensation of Thin Plate-shape Part with Prebending Method in Face Milling显示文摘Low weight and good toughness thin plate parts are widely used in modern industry, but its flexibility seriously impacts the machinability. Plenty of studies focus on the influence of machine tool and cutting tool on the machining errors. However, few researches focus on compensating machining errors through the fixture. In order to improve the machining accuracy of thin plate-shape part in face milling, this paper presents a novel method for compensating the surface errors by prebending the workpiece during the milling process. First, a machining error prediction model using finite element method is formulated, which simplifies the contacts between the workpiece and fixture with spring constraints. Milling forces calculated by the micro-unit cutting force model are loaded on the error prediction model to predict the machining error. The error prediction results are substituted into the given formulas to obtain the prebending clamping forces and clamping positions. Consequently, the workpiece is prebent in terms of the calculated clamping forces and positions during the face milling operation to reduce the machining error. Finally, simulation and experimental tests are carried out to validate the correctness and efficiency of the proposed error compensation method. The experimental measured flatness results show that the flatness improves by approximately 30 percent through this error compensation method. 3Transformation of erythromycin during secondary effluent soil aquifer recharging:Removal contribution and degradation path显示文摘Erythromycin(ERY),a widely used antibiotic,has recently been detected in municipal secondary effluents and poses serious threats to human health during wastewater reusing.In this study,the removal,fate,and degradation pathway of ERY in secondary effluent during soil aquifer treatment was evaluated via laboratory-scale SAT tests.Up to a 92.9%reduction of ERY in synthetic secondary effluent was observed in 1.0 m depth column system,which decreased to 64.7%when recharged with wastewater treatment plant secondary effluent.XRD-fractionation results demonstrated that the transphilic acid and hydrophobic acid fractions in secondary effluent compete for the adsorption sites of the packed soil and lead to a declined ERY removal.Moreover,aerobic biodegradation was the predominant role for ERY removal,contributing more than 60%reduction of ERY when recharged with synthetic secondary effluent.Destruction of 14-member macrocyclic lactone ring and breakdown of two cyclic sugars(L-cladinose and D-desosamine) were main removal pathways for ERY degradation,and produced six new intermediates.Liangliang Wei Kena Qin Ningbo Zhao Daniel R.Noguera Wei Qiu Qingliang Zhao Xiangjuan Kong Weixian Zhang Felix Tetteh Kabutey 2017Journal of Environmental Sciences2017,29,1:4
4CO2 emission driving forces and corresponding mitigation strategies under low-carbon economy mode:evidence from China's Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region显示文摘On account of the background of China's 'new normal' characterized by slower economic growth, this paper analyses the low-carbon economy status quo in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and empirically investigates the relationship between carbon dioxide(CO_2) emissions and its various factors for China's Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region using panel data econometric technique. We find evidence of existence of Environmental Kuznets Curve. Results also show that economic scale, industrial structure, and urbanization rate are crucial factors to promote CO_2emissions. However, technological progress, especially the domestic independent research and development, plays a key role in C0_2 emissions abatement. Next, we further analyze the correlation between each subregion and various factors according to Grey Relation Analysis. 6Towards asynchronous federated learning for heterogeneous edge-powered internet of things显示文摘The advancement of the Internet of Things(IoT)brings new opportunities for collecting real-time data and deploying machine learning models.Nonetheless,an individual IoT device may not have adequate computing resources to train and deploy an entire learning model.At the same time,transmitting continuous real-time data to a central server with high computing resource incurs enormous communication costs and raises issues in data security and privacy.Federated learning,a distributed machine learning framework,is a promising solution to train machine learning models with resource-limited devices and edge servers.Yet,the majority of existing works assume an impractically synchronous parameter update manner with homogeneous IoT nodes under stable communication connections.In this paper,we develop an asynchronous federated learning scheme to improve training efficiency for heterogeneous IoT devices under unstable communication network.Particularly,we formulate an asynchronous federated learning model and develop a lightweight node selection algorithm to carry out learning tasks effectively.The proposed algorithm iteratively selects heterogeneous IoT nodes to participate in the global learning aggregation while considering their local computing resource and communication condition.Extensive experimental results demonstrate that our proposed asynchronous federated learning scheme outperforms the state-of-the-art schemes in various settings on independent and identically distributed(i.i.d.)and non-i.i.d.data distribution.Zheyi Chen Weixian Liao Kun Hua Chao Lu Wei Yu 2021Digital Communications and Networks2021,7,3:2
7Towards multi-party targeted model poisoning attacks against federated learning systems显示文摘The federated learning framework builds a deep learning model collaboratively by a group of connected devices via only sharing local parameter updates to the central parameter server.Nonetheless,the lack of transparency in the local data resource makes it prone to adversarial federated attacks,which have shown increasing ability to reduce learning performance.Existing research efforts either focus on the single-party attack with impractical perfect knowledge setting and limited stealthy ability or the random attack that has no control on attack effects.In this paper,we investigate a new multi-party adversarial attack with the imperfect knowledge of the target system.Controlled by an adversary,a number of compromised devices collaboratively launch targeted model poisoning attacks,intending to misclassify the targeted samples while maintaining stealthy under different de-tection strategies.Specifically,the compromised devices jointly minimize the loss function of model training in different scenarios.To overcome the update scaling problem,we develop a new boosting strategy by introducing two stealthy metrics.Via experimental results,we show that under both perfect knowledge and limited knowl-edge settings,the multi-party attack is capable of successfully evading detection strategies while guaranteeing the convergence.We also demonstrate that the learned model achieves the high accuracy on the targeted samples,which confirms the significant impact of the multi-party attack on federated learning systems.Zheyi Chen Pu Tian Weixian Liao Wei Yu 2021High-Confidence Computing2021,1,1:1
8Time-varying baseline error correction method for ground-based micro-deformation monitoring radar显示文摘In recent years, ground-based micro-deformation monitoring radar has attracted much attention due to its excellent monitoring capability. By controlling the repeated campaigns of the radar antenna on a fixed track, ground-based micro-deformation monitoring radar can accomplish repeat-pass interferometry without a space baseline and thus obtain highprecision deformation data of a large scene at one time. However, it is difficult to guarantee absolute stable installation position in every campaign. If the installation position is unstable, the stability of the radar track will be affected randomly, resulting in time-varying baseline error. In this study, a correction method for this error is developed by analyzing the error distribution law while the spatial baseline is unknown. In practice, the error data are first identified by frequency components, then the data of each one-dimensional array(in azimuth direction or range direction) are grouped based on numerical distribution period, and finally the error is corrected by the nonlinear model established with each group.This method is verified with measured data from a slope in southern China, and the results show that the method can effectively correct the time-varying baseline error caused by rail instability and effectively improve the monitoring data accuracy of groundbased micro-deformation radar in short term and long term.LEI Tianjie WANG Jiabao HUANG Pingping TAN Weixian QI Yaolong XU Wei ZHAO Chun 2022Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2022,33,4:0
9Study on the Action Mechanism of Isodon suzhouensis Stems in the Treatment of Prostate Cancer Based on UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS Combined with Network Pharmacology and Molecular Docking显示文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to explore the action mechanism of chemical components from stems of Isodon suzhouensis on prostate cancer based on UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS technique,network pharmacology,and molecular docking validation.[Methods]UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS was applied to search active components in stems of I.suzhouensis,and SwissTargetPrediction and PharmaMapper databases were used to predict their potential targets.The GeneCards database was adopted to screen the targets of prostate cancer,and the targets of the active components and the targets of prostate cancer were intersected to obtain common targets.A protein-protein interaction network was constructed,and also,an'active component-target-disease-pathway'network was constructed using Metascape for gene ontology function and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway enrichment analysis.Moreover,AutoDock was adopted to perform molecular docking verification on key active components and core targets.[Results]Sixty three active components were screened from stems of I.suzhouensis,and they had 233 common targets with prostate cancer,mainly involving biological processes such as protein phosphorylation,response to hormones,active regulation of cell movement,cell response to lipids,and response to oxidative stress,as well as pathways in cancer,prostate cancer,micro ribonucleic acids in cancer,p53 signaling pathway,NF-κB signaling pathway and other signaling pathways,exerting anti-tumor effects.Molecular docking showed that the top 5 key active components had good binding ability with the top 5 core targets.[Conclusions]Active components from stems of I.suzhouensis can exert therapeutic effects on prostate cancer through multiple targets and pathways.Peigui LIU Weiqing ZHANG Xianji LIU Meihui DUAN Weixian YANG Meiqi WEI 2023Agricultural Biotechnology2023,12,5:0

11Study on the Action Mechanism of Euphorbia peplus in the Treatment of Alzheimer s Disease Based on UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS Combined with Network Pharmacology and Molecular Docking显示文摘[Objectives]Based on UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS,network pharmacology and molecular docking techniques,the mechanism of Euphorbia peplus in the treatment of Alzheimer s disease(AD)was studied.[Methods]The UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS technique was used to rapidly analyze the chemical components of E.peplus.Active components and potential targets of E.peplus were retrieved from TCMSP and Swiss Target Prediction database,and AD targets were screened using GeneCards database.The targets of E.peplus in the treatment of AD were obtained.The PPI network was constructed using String platform,and the network topology of Cytoscape software was used to compute and screen key targets,and the GO and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis was carried out in Metascape database to construct the'component-target-pathway-disease'network.Molecular docking was used to predict the binding properties of active ingredients and targets.[Results]The results of UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS showed that 83 compounds were identified from E.peplus,including 19 terpenoids,10 phenolic acids and phenols,16 flavonoids,2 phenylpropanoids,4 coumarins,1 alkaloid,1 anthraquinone and 30 other compounds.The results of network pharmacological analysis showed that 82 active ingredients were screened,and 279 common targets were identified for the treatment of AD,among which the key targets were ALB(albumin),GAPDH(glyceraldehyde triphosphate dehydrogenase),TNF(tumor necrosis factor),AKT1(serine/threonine protein kinase 1),and IL6(interleukin-6).KEGG enrichment analysis showed that key signaling pathways include cancer pathways,lipid and atherosclerosis,Alzheimer s disease,insulin resistance,serotonergic synapses,calcium signaling pathway,cAMP signaling pathway and other signaling pathways.Molecular docking results showed that 14-deoxyandrographolide,dehydroandrographolide,licochalcone B,apigenin and naringenin may be the key components of E.peplus in the treatment of AD.[Conclusions]The results suggest that E.peplus can be used to treat Alzheimer s disease through multi-component,multi-target and multi-pathway.Liping ZHANG Weiqing ZHANG Weixian YANG Meihui DUAN Meiqi WEI 2023Agricultural Biotechnology2023,12,4:0
