| 1 | Ⅰ期癌症患者切除淋巴结内隐匿性微小转移癌灶的检查及其临床病理意义显示文摘目的 检查癌症患者切除淋巴结内有无微小癌转移 ,具有临床、病理重要性。方法 350例 期癌症患者包括非小细胞肺癌 94例 ,乳腺癌 112例 ,食管癌 115例及外阴癌 2 9例病理报告无癌转移的淋巴结 3715枚。应用单克隆抗细胞角蛋白 ( AE1/ AE3)、抗上皮细胞膜 ( EMA) ,及多克隆抗角蛋白抗体进行免疫组化染色重新检查。结果 所有病例的 32 .3% ( 113/ 350 )、被检淋巴结的 5.5%( 2 0 3/ 3715)有淋巴结内隐匿性肿瘤转移。肺癌患者及被检淋巴结的阳性率均比其他肿瘤高。肺鳞癌58%、腺癌 53.8%的淋巴结为阳性 ,分别比食管鳞癌 2 2 .5%、外阴鳞癌 10 .3%及乳腺癌 2 7.7%高 ( P<0 .0 5)。部分乳腺癌患者术后随访显示 :淋巴结阳性患者比阴性者预后更差 ( P<0 .0 5)。结论 说明免疫组化技术可大大提高淋巴结微小癌转移的检出率 ,其阳性率的不同可能与患者的临床经过甚至癌患者的死亡率相关联。 | 陈朝伦 卢晓梅 黄绒 黎音 古丽娜尔 沈宝茵 A J Cochran D R Wen W F Coulson | 1997 | 中华肿瘤杂志1997,19,1: | 16 |
| 2 | Cultivation-Independent Analysis of the Development of the Lactobacillus spp.Community in the Intestinal Tract of Newborn Piglets显示文摘Molecular diversity and development of the Lactobacillus community in the intestinal tract, as influenced by age and intestinal compartment, were studied in one litter of 12 conventionally raised piglets. Piglets were euthanized at each week (3 animals per time). Digesta and tissue samples from stomach, duodenum, jejunum, ileum, caecum, colon, and rectum were collected and analysed by using 16S ribosomal RNA-based methods. DGGE (denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis) profiles revealed that the Lactobacillus communities throughout the GI tract from duodenum to rectum showed good stability at same age. This indicates that fecal Lactobacillus communities can effectively represent the intestinal community. Two dominant bands were found in tissue samples of the small intestine, suggesting that the lactobacilli can adhere to the small intestinal wall. The Lactobacillus communities in different GI tract compartments developed over time. A successional change of Lactobacillus communities was observed from birth, through creep feeding to one week after weaning, showing a trend from simple to complex and back to simple. Furthermore, a clone library of Lactobacillus spp. 16S rRNA gene sequences were generated from jejunal and colonic chymes. Six dominant DGGE bands generated from jejunal chymes were matched with sequences that show 94-98% similarity to the bands derived from L. reuteri, L. delbrueckii, and L. crispatus. Seven dominant DGGE bands generated from colon chymes were matched with sequences that show 88-99% similarity to those derived from L. reuteri, L. delbrueckii, L. amylovorus/L. sobrius, and L. acidophilus. Amplicons related to L. reuteri were found in all DGGE fingerprints from jejunal digesta of age of weeks 1, 3, and 4. Amplicons related to L. amylovorus/L. sobrius were present in all DGGE fingerprints from colonic digesta of age of week 1, 3, and 4. Amplicons related to L. delbrueckii were found before weaning, L. crispatus after creep feeding before weaning and L. acidophilus after weaning. | 3 | Sol-gel derived HA/TiO_2 double coatings on Ti scaffolds for orthopaedic applications显示文摘Hydroxyapatite/titania (HA/TiO2) double layers were coated onto Ti scaffolds throughout for orthopaedic applications by sol-gel method. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TG) and X-ray diffractometry (XRD) were used for the characterisation of the phase transformations of the dried gels and coated surface structures. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) equipped with energy dispersive spectrometry (EDS) was used for the observation and evaluation of the morphology and phases of the surface layers and for the assessment of the in vitro tests. The in vitro assessments were performed by soaking the HA/TiO2 double coated samples into the simulated body fluid (SBF) for various periods. The TiO2 dipping-coating method at a speed of 12 cm/min, followed by a heat treatment at 600 ℃ for 20 min. The HA la lyaeyre wr wasa ssu cbosaetqeude bnytl ya dipping-coated on the outer surface at the same speed and then heat-treated at difference temperatures. The results indicat that the HA phase begins to crystallize after a heat treatment at 560 ℃. The crystallinity increases obviously at 760 ℃. SEM observations find no delamination or crack at the interfaces of HA/TiO2 and TiO2/Ti. The HA/TiO2 coated Ti scaffolds displays excellent bone-like apatite forming ability when it is soaked into SBF. | 5 | Projection of the Zhujiang(Pearl) River Delta's potential submerged area due to sea level rise during the 21st century based on CMIP5 simulations显示文摘Projections of potential submerged area due to sea level rise are helpful for improving understanding of the influence of ongoing global warming on coastal areas. The Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition method is used to adaptively decompose the sea level time series in order to extract the secular trend component. Then the linear relationship between the global mean sea level(GMSL) change and the Zhujiang(Pearl) River Delta(PRD)sea level change is calculated: an increase of 1.0 m in the GMSL corresponds to a 1.3 m(uncertainty interval from1.25 to 1.46 m) increase in the PRD. Based on this relationship and the GMSL rise projected by the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project Phase 5 under three greenhouse gas emission scenarios(representative concentration pathways, or RCPs, from low to high emission scenarios RCP2.6, RCP4.5, and RCP8.5), the PRD sea level is calculated and projected for the period 2006–2100. By around the year 2050, the PRD sea level will rise 0.29(0.21 to 0.40) m under RCP2.6, 0.31(0.22 to 0.42) m under RCP4.5, and 0.34(0.25 to 0.46) m under RCP8.5, respectively.By 2100, it will rise 0.59(0.36 to 0.88) m, 0.71(0.47 to 1.02) m, and 1.0(0.68 to 1.41) m, respectively. In addition,considering the extreme value of relative sea level due to land subsidence(i.e., 0.20 m) and that obtained from intermonthly variability(i.e., 0.33 m), the PRD sea level will rise 1.94 m by the year 2100 under the RCP8.5scenario with the upper uncertainty level(i.e., 1.41 m). | 6 | Exploiting novel molecular targets in gastrointestinal cancers显示文摘Novel molecular targets are being discovered as we learn more about the aberrant processes underlying various cancers. Efforts to translate this knowledge are starting to impact on the care of patients with gastrointestinal cancers. The epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) pathway and angiogenesis have been targeted successfully in colorectal cancer with cetuximab, panitunumab and bevacizumab. Similarly, EGFR-targeting with erlotinib yielded significant survival benefit in pancreatic cancer when combined with gemcitabine. The multi-targeting approach with sorafenib has made it the first agent to achieve significant survival benefit in hepatocellular carcinoma. Efforts to exploit the dysregulated Akt/mTOR pathway in GI cancer therapy are ongoing.
