| 2 | Error Compensation of Thin Plate-shape Part with Prebending Method in Face Milling显示文摘Low weight and good toughness thin plate parts are widely used in modern industry, but its flexibility seriously impacts the machinability. Plenty of studies focus on the influence of machine tool and cutting tool on the machining errors. However, few researches focus on compensating machining errors through the fixture. In order to improve the machining accuracy of thin plate-shape part in face milling, this paper presents a novel method for compensating the surface errors by prebending the workpiece during the milling process. First, a machining error prediction model using finite element method is formulated, which simplifies the contacts between the workpiece and fixture with spring constraints. Milling forces calculated by the micro-unit cutting force model are loaded on the error prediction model to predict the machining error. The error prediction results are substituted into the given formulas to obtain the prebending clamping forces and clamping positions. Consequently, the workpiece is prebent in terms of the calculated clamping forces and positions during the face milling operation to reduce the machining error. Finally, simulation and experimental tests are carried out to validate the correctness and efficiency of the proposed error compensation method. The experimental measured flatness results show that the flatness improves by approximately 30 percent through this error compensation method. | 5 | Nonselective etching of GaN/AlGaN heterostructures by Cl2/Ar/BCl3 inductively coupled plasmas显示文摘A systematic study of the nonselective and smooth etching of GaN/AIGaN het-erostructures was performed using C12/Ar/BCI3 inductively coupled plasmas (ICR).Nonselective etching can be realized by adjusting the BCI3 ratio in the Cl2/Ar/BCI3 mixture (20%—60%), increasing the ICR power and dc bias, and decreasing the chamber pressure. Surface morphology of the etched heterostructures strongly depends on the gas chemistry and the chamber pressure. Specifically, with the addition of 20% BCI3 to Cl2/Ar (4:1) gas mixture, nonselective etching of GaN/Al0.28Ga0.72N heterostructures at high etch rate is maintained and the surface root-mean-square (rms) roughness is reduced from 10.622 to 0.495 nm, which is smoother than the as-grown sample. | 8 | A Trial Study of Propranolol and Zhigancao Decoction on the Central Depressant and Anti-osteoporosic Action in Ovariectomized Rats显示文摘Objective: This study was originally designed to observe the effects of propranolol (a β-blocker) and Zhigancao Decoction (炙甘草汤 ZGCD) on bone mass in ovariectomized rats. Methods: Thirty-eight female Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into four groups initially, a sham-operated group (Sham, n=7), a model ovariectomized (OVX) group (Model, n=7), a propranolol group (Pro, n=12) and a ZGCD group (ZGCD, n=12). After 15 weeks of treatment, the expected effects were not found. In order to verify the situations of the experiment, we modified the study by administering calcitonin to a subgroup of the tested Pro and ZGCD rats. Results: The Pro and ZGCD treatments showed decreased heart rate and plasma norepinephrine level, but neither an increased bone mass nor any bone metabolism differences from the model rats were found. However, the OVX-induced bone loss was prevented by the sequent treatment of calcitonin. | 9 | Application of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in minimally invasive ablation of benign thyroid nodules显示文摘Objective:This study aimed to investigate the application value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)before and after minimally invasive ablation procedures for benign thyroid nodule(s)(BTN).Methods:This prospective study included patients with BTNs scheduled to undergo ultrasound-guided minimally invasive ablation treatment.CEUS was performed before and after ablation(at 1 day,and 1,6,and 12 months after ablation).Changes in microvascular perfusion and the volume of BTNs were noted and assessed.Results:Sixty-two patients(62 BTNs),who underwent ablation procedures between June 2016 and August 2020,were included.All lesions were confirmed by biopsy,and histopathological results were obtained before ablation treatment.On preoperative CEUS,the lesions exhibited hyperenhancement(53.23%)or iso-enhancement(46.77%)during the arterial phase,and all lesions exhibited iso-enhancement in the venous and late phases.One day after ablation,none of the BTNs exhibited obvious enhancement on CEUS.One(1.61%)lesion was retreated due to a nodule-like enhancement area detected by CEUS at the 6-month follow-up.The mean nodular volume reduction rate(VRR)at 1,6,and 12 months follow-up demonstrated no significant difference between the two ablation groups(microwave ablation versus radiofrequency ablation).Twelve months after ablation,the mean(±SD)VRR of all BTNs was 60.3±10.3%.Conclusion:CEUS helped guide treatment decisions for BTNs before ablation treatment.Moreover,it could also be used to accurately and noninvasively evaluate treatment efficacy. | Jiaying Cao Peili Fan Feihang Wang Shuainan Shi Lingxiao Liu Zhiping Yan Yi Dong Wenping Wang | 2022 | Journal of Interventional Medicine2022,5,1: | 3 |

The ICP results indicated that the high temperature calcination process resulted in a large loss of lithium species because of volatilization, but there was still a small amount of residual lithium species in the α-Al_2O_3 platelets. The SEM micrographs showed that lithium nitrate led to decrease in the thickness of α-Al_2O_3 platelets and irregular morphology of aggregates. Pore structures results exhibited that addition of lithium nitrate led to decrease in the pore size and increase in the specific surface area of aggregates of α-Al_2O_3 platelets. The XRD and IR patterns suggested that the residual lithium and aluminum oxide formed LiAl_5O_8. [Methods] The effects on tobacco mosaic virus disease under the interaction between different agents and different application periods were investigated. The incidence of tobacco mosaic virus disease was investigated, and its control effect was analyzed. [Results] Different agents and different application periods had different control effects on tobacco mosaic virus disease. The incidence of tobacco mosaic virus disease: At 30 and 45 d after transplanting, the incidences of A2B1 treatment were the lowest, at 0.85%, 1.71%, respectively;and at 60 d after transplanting, the incidence of A3B1 treatment was the lowest, only 10.68%. The control effect: At 30 and 45 d after transplanting, A2B1 treatment had better control effects, reaching 79.39% and 73.06%, respectively.
