1Diode-pumped wavelength-switchable visible Pr^(3+):YLF laser and vortex laser around 670 nm显示文摘Here we developed a novel wavelength-switchable visible continuous-wave(CW)Pr^(3+):YLF laser around 670 nm.In single-wavelength laser operations,the maximum output powers of 2.60 W,1.26 W,and 0.21 W,the maximum slope efficiencies of 34.7%,27.3%,and 12.3%were achieved with good beam qualities(M^(2)<1.6)at 670.4 nm,674.2 nm,and 678.9 nm,respectively.Record-high output power(2.6 W)and record-high slope efficiency(34.7%)were achieved for the Pr^(3+):YLF laser operation at 670.4 nm.This is also the first demonstration of longer-wavelength peaks beyond 670 nm in the^(3)P_(1)→^(3)F_(3)transition of Pr^(3+):YLF.In multi-wavelength laser operations,the dual-wavelength lasings,including 670.1/674.8 nm,670.1/679.1 nm,and 675.0/679.4 nm,were obtained by fine adjustment of one/two etalons within the cavity.Furthermore,the triple-wavelength lasings,e.g.672.2/674.2/678.6 nm and 670.4/674.8/679.4 nm,were successfully demonstrated.Moreover,both the first-order vortex lasers(LG_(0)^(+1)and LG_(0)^(-1)modes)at 670.4 nm were obtained by off-axis pumping.Xiuji Lin Qichen Feng Yao Zhu Shuaihao Ji Bo Xiao Huiying Xu Wensong Li Zhiping Cai 2021Opto-Electronic Advances2021,4,4:4
2Wind turbine blade health monitoring with piezoceramic-based wireless sensor network显示文摘In this paper,a piezoceramic-based wireless sensor network(WSN)was developed for health monitoring of wind turbine blades with active sensing approach.The WSN system has an access point that coordinates the network and connects to a PC to control the wireless nodes.One wireless node functions as an actuator to excite an embedded piezoceramic patch with desired guided waves.The remaining wireless nodes function as sensors to detect and transmit the wave responses at distributed locations.The damage status inside the blade was evaluated through the analysis of the sensor signals.Based on wavelet packet analysis results,a damage index and a damage matrix were developed to evaluate the damage status at different locations.To verify the effectiveness of the proposed approach,a static loading test and a wind tunnel test were performed in the Laboratory of Joint Wind Tunnel and Wave Flume at Harbin Institute of Technology(HIT),China.Experimental results show that damage in wind turbine blades can be detected and evaluated by the proposed approach.Gangbing Song Hui Li Bosko Gajic Wensong Zhou Peng Chen Haichang Gu 2013International Journal of Smart and Nano Materials2013,4,3:3

4Dehydrogenation of methylcyclohexane over Pt supported on Mg–Al mixed oxides catalyst:The effect of promoter Ir显示文摘To enhance the hydrogen release during hydrogen storage,several Pt-Ir supported on Mg-Al mixed oxide catalysts were prepared and then applied into the dehydrogenation of methylcyclohexane(MCH)in this study.The effects of iridium content,reduction temperature on the activity and stability of the catalysts were studied in detail.In the presence of Ir,metal particle size was decrea sed and electron transfer between Ir and Pt was observed.High reduction temperature increased the metallic Ir content but enlarged the particle size of active site s.During the dehydrogenation reaction on Pt-Ir bimetallic catalyst,MCH was efficiently converted into toluene and PtIr-5/Mg-Al-275 exhibited the highe st activity.After prolonging the residence time and raising the reaction temperature to 350℃the conversion and hydrogen evolution rate were increased to 99.9%and 578.7 mmol·(g Pt)^-1·min^-1,respectively.Moreover,no carbon deposition was observed in the spent catalyst,presenting a high anti-coking ability and good potential for industrial application.Lei Miao Jing Yan Weiyan Wang Yanping Huang Wensong Li Yunquan Yang 2020Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2020,28,9:1
5Polystyrene microsphere-immobilized palladium(Ⅱ)porphyrin as mild,reusable,and highly efficient catalyst for Heck reaction显示文摘A novel Heck reaction catalyst consisting of a palladium(Ⅱ) complex of meso-tetra(phydroxyphenyl)porphyrin(MTP) and cross-linked chloromethylated polystyrene microspheres(PMs) was successfully prepared via covalent ether bonds between the chloride groups in the PMs and the hydroxyl groups in MTP.The catalyst was characterized using scanning electron microscopy,Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy,and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy(ICP-AES).This polystyrene-supported palladium-complex was an efficient heterogeneous catalyst for cross-coupling of aryl iodides with ethyl acrylate.The reaction of iodobenzene and ethyl acrylate under N_2 at 100 ℃ and a catalyst concentration of 0.1%gave a gas chromatography product yield of 99.8%,which is much higher than that achieved using a free palladium(Ⅱ) complex of MTP as the catalyst(41.3%).The catalyst was recycled up to six times without significant loss of catalytic activity.These results suggest that the immobilized palladium(Ⅱ)-MTP catalyst has potential applications in synthetic and industrial chemistry.Yinbin Huang Liangrong Yang Minghui Huang Jian Wang Lin Xu Wensong Li Huacong Zhou Xitong Sun Huifang Xing Huizhou Liu 2015Particuology2015,13,5:1
6Monteggia equivalent lesion in children:a narrative review显示文摘Background Monteggia equivalent lesion represents a group of injury or combined injury patterns that resemble the Monteggia lesion in its presentations and mechanisms.Unlike Monteggia lesions,the equivalent ones,which share vague definitions and mostly occur as sporadic single case reports in the literature,have not been thoroughly reviewed since Bado first proposed the term,especially in the pediatric population.The objective of this review was to elucidate the definition by elaborating on its clinical styles and thus analyzing the mechanism,diagnosis,and management through related literature.Data sources Based on the terms of‘Monteggia equivalent’,‘radial neck fracture’and‘pediatric’,all of the related literature was searched on the PubMed and Google Scholar search engine.Results The advance of the definitions for pediatric Monteggia equivalent lesion(PMEL)was reviewed.The functional roles of the ulnar and the related mechanism theories in this injury were analyzed.The status of the radiocapitellar joint in this injury was emphasized.According to the previous statements,a new classification model was proposed and proper diagnosis and treatment approaches were suggested.Conclusions PMEL should be defined as an ulnar fracture at any level combined with a proximal radial fracture.According to the status of the radiocapitellar joint,it could be divided into three groups.The occult ulnar bowing and delayed radial head dislocation should be a serious concern of orthopedists.Surgical need is usually warranted.Maintaining the ulnar length and securing the radiocapitellar joint are highly recommended.Lujie Xu Wensong Ye Haibing Li Jingfang Xu Weiwei Zhu Zhefeng Zhen Yi Yang 2021World Journal of Pediatric Surgery2021,4,3:0
7Inhibitory Effects of Propolis Water Extract on the Proliferation of Cervical Cancer Cells显示文摘[Objectives]To investigate the effects of propolis extract on HeLa cells to provide theoretical guidance for facilitating clinical treatment.[Methods]The effects of propolis on inflammation,and proliferation were analyzed based on the levels of DNA transcriptional regulation and mRNA and protein expression levels.[Results]Propolis water extract(PWE)could inhibit the cell proliferation and production of DNA damage in a dosedependent manner.Moreover,the propolis water extract could significantly downregulate the expression of iNOS-Luc,PTGS-2-Luc,and IL-8-Luc,and that it was related to the expression of the NF-κB family protein.After the induction of HeLa cells by propolis,the expression of the cell cycle inhibitor gene p21 was increased,while that of the cell proliferation gene Ki67 was decreased.[Conclusions]Propolis water extract could significantly inhibit the cell proliferation and production of DNA damage,suggesting propolis as a potential candidate for the development of adjunctive therapy against cervical cancer.Wenbin XU Yimeng GAO Nailong LIANG Ling ZHANG Shuang XING Wensong HAO Shaocong LI 2023Medicinal Plant2023,14,2:0

9A Methodology for Implementable Comprehensive Urban Design in Large Scale Projects:A Case Study on Daqing Comprehensive Urban Design显示文摘Based on relevant urban planning and design standards and a study on successful cases of comprehensive urban design in China, this paper explores a methodology of comprehensive urban design in large scale projects by applying classical urban design theories and advanced digital technologies. This enables a combination of artful design and scientifi c analysis through the establishment of an urban design indicator system, the application of digital technologies and a multi-leveled control over design contents. 11Main Components and Antioxidant Activity of Callisia repens Extracts显示文摘To study the main active components and antioxidant activity in vitro of extracts from Callisia repens , the contents of main active components such as total flavonoids, total anthocyanin and total sugar in the extracts were studied by spectrophotometry. The components and content of 18 kinds of metals were determined by ICP-MS mass spectrometry. Finally, the oxidative activity of the extract was evaluated by spectrophotometry. Results showed that the content of flavonoids, the total protein, the total sugar and the total anthocyanin in C. repens extract powder were 2.04%, 1.83%, 55.2% and 7.2%, respectively. Beneficial trace elements such as Ca, Mn, Mg in C. repens extracts were higher, while harmful heavy metals such as Pb, Hg, Ag, Co, Ge were very tiny or not detected at all. The IC 50 of C. repens was 0.265 mg/mL for scavenging DPPH·, and 1.16 mg/mL for scavenging ·OH free radical, the total reducing power of 1 mg extract was equivalent to that of 39 μg of Vc, and the extract showed no regular chelating power to ferrous ions. In conclusion, C. repens extracts have high content of natural active components, but extremely low content of the harmful heavy metals, and C. repens extract has good antioxidant capacity. Its antioxidant activity is realized by a variety of active factors through a synergistic mechanism. 12Optimization of Conditions of Concentrating Protein in Rapeseed Meal by Ultrasonic-assisted Alcohol Washing显示文摘This study was performed to optimize the conditions for concentrating protein in commercial rapeseed meal by ultrasonic-assisted alcohol washing method. The effects of sonication time,particle size,ultrasonic power and liquid to solid ratio on protein content were investigated. The result showed that the optimal conditions for concentrating protein in rapeseed meal were: sonication time of 40 min,particle size of 40 mesh,ultrasonic power of 800 W and liquid to solid ratio of 9∶ 1. 14Study on Distribution of Yunaconitine in Rats by UPLC-MS/MS显示文摘[Objectives]To establish an acute yunaconitine poisoning rat model with a single oral administration and to determine the contents of yunaconitine in rat tissues by UPLC-MS/MS method,then investigate the distribution of yunaconitine in rats. [Methods]The rats were randomly divided into three groups and were intragastrically administered a single dose of 2. 2,1. 1,and 0. 7 mg/kg of yunaconitine,respectively.The rats were killed 2 h later,the stomach tissue,intestine tissue,liver tissue,pancreas tissue,kidney tissue,lung tissue,spleen tissue,heart tissue,bladder tissue,testis tissue,brain tissue and heart blood samples were collected. The contents of yunaconitine in the biological materials were determined by UPLC-MS/MS method after the biological samples extracted by liquid-liquid extraction. [Results] A rat model of the yunaconitine poisoning was made with a single dose of 1. 1 mg/kg,the concentrations of yunaconitine shown in the organs with the following order: stomach,small intestine,liver,pancreas,kidney,lung,spleen,heart,bladder,testis,heart blood and brain. [Conclusions]Yunaconitine was widely distributed in rats,especially the levels in the stomach,small intestine and liver were the highest. 15Preparation of bimetal Co-Ni supported on Mg-Al oxide for chemocatalytic upgrading of tailored fermentation products to energy intensive fuels显示文摘The great challenge in the aldol condensation of tailored fermentation products(acetone-butanol-ethanol,ABE)into energy intensive fuels is to develop a suitable catalyst with high activity and low-cost.In this study,Co,Ni,and Co-Ni supported on Mg-Al oxide catalysts were prepared and their pore diameters were enlarged via adding active carbon as a hard template into Mg-Al hydrotalcite.During the aldol condensation reaction,the catalyst activity was enhanced after enlarging the pore diameter and Co-Ni bimetal supported catalyst presented the highest activity,which was resulted from that the electron transfer between Co and Ni in Co-Ni alloy enhanced the dehydrogenation activity and large pore lowered the mass transfer resistance.After optimizing the reaction conditions,acetone conversion and the total selectivity of C_(5)-C_(11)desired products in the aldol condensation of ABE reached up to 76%and 90%,respectively.The stability study showed that the activity was decreased with the increase of reaction number because of the oxidation of metallic Co and Ni,but this could be solved via a simple hydrogen reduction method.Jiajun Liu Kui Wu Zhengke Li Wensong Li Yuqing Ning Weiyan Wang Yunquan Yang 2022Green Energy & Environment2022,7,3:0
