1监控系统中的多摄像机协同(英文)显示文摘描述了一个用于室内场合对多个目标进行跟踪的分布式监控系统 .该系统由多个廉价的固定镜头的摄像机构成 ,具有多个摄像机处理模块和一个中央模块用于协调摄像机间的跟踪任务 .由于每个运动目标有可能被多个摄像机同时跟踪 ,因此如何选择最合适的摄像机对某一目标跟踪 ,特别是在系统资源紧张时 ,成为一个问题 .提出的新算法能根据目标与摄像机之间的距离并考虑到遮挡的情况 ,把目标分配给相应的摄像机 ,因此在遮挡出现时 ,系统能把遮挡的目标分配给能看见目标并距离最近的那个摄像机 .实验表明该系统能协调好多个摄像机进行目标跟踪 。Nam T. 6Effect of Niobium on Transformations From Austenite to Ferrite in Low Carbon Steels显示文摘Niobium has an important effect on the transformation behaviour,grain size refinement and precipitation strengthening during hot rolling and subsequent cooling in low carbon steels,with even a low content of niobium having a strong effect on the transformation rate from austenite to ferrite.However,the effects of niobium on transformation behaviour have not been fully characterised and understood to date.This paper examines in detail austenite grain growth as a function of austenitisation time in high strength low alloy (HSLA) steels with three different niobium contents,together with the effect of niobium on the isothermal transformation kinetics from austenite to ferrite as a function of temperature.It is shown that austenite has the slowest grain growth rate in the steel with the highest niobium content.When austenite grain sizes are consistent,the steel with the highest niobium content was found to have the slowest transformation rate from austenite to ferrite.Parker Sally Rose Andrew West Geoff Thomson Rachel 2011Journal of Iron and Steel Research(International)2011,18,S1:1

9An open source, server-side framework for analytical web mapping and its application to health显示文摘In this paper,we detail the design and the implementation of an open source,server-side web mapping framework for the analysis of health data.The frame-work forms part of a larger project,the goal of which is to provide an analytical web geographical information system(GIS)that enables health experts to analyse spatial aspects of health data.The aim of the framework is to provide a method for the dynamic and flexible spatial visualisation of health data to facilitate data exploration and analysis.Consequently,a dynamic thematic web mapping technique,an extension to the Open Geospatial Consortium(OGC)web map service standard,was developed.The technique combines a data query,processing technique and styling methodology on the fly to generate a thematic map.The resulting thematic map represents a virtual map layer that enables a user to rapidly visually summarise properties of a data-set.A test web interface was developed to assess the efficacy of the web mapping technique.As the dynamic web mapping method builds on existing OGC web mapping standards,it can be readily integrated with the existing lightweight slippy map web clients and virtual globes.Simon Moncrieff Geoff West James Cosford Narelle Mullan Andrew Jardine 2014International Journal of Digital Earth2014,7,4:0
