2Development characteristics of the fault system and its control on basin structure, Bodong Sag, East China显示文摘The Bodong Sag,located in the Bohai Sea,offshore China,is one of the most petroliferous basins in China.Based on three dimensional seismic reflection data and time slice data,we analyze the fault system of the Bodong area in detail,establish the fault structure pattern of different types and summarize the distribution of the fault system.It is concluded that the development characteristics of the Cenozoic fault system are in accordance with the dextral stress field of the Tanlu Fault,which displayed a brush structure with NNE strike-slip faults as its principal faults,NE-trending extensional faults as secondary faults and EW-trending faults as minor faults.Faults can be divided into (1) strike-slip type,(2) extensional type,(3) strike-slip extensional type and (4) extensional strike-slip type.The spatial structures of different faults have obvious differences because of the fault properties and activity intensity.The fault system at different stages shows tremendous differences because of the transition of the Tanlu Fault from sinistral strike-slip to dextral strike-slip,the transition between extension and strike-slip,and the transition from mantle upwelling to thermal subsidence.According to the controlling effect of faults on basin structure,the Cenozoic basin experienced four evolutionary stages,(a) transition stage from sinistral strike-slip to dextral strike-slip,(b) strike-slip extensional faulted stage,(c) extensional strike-slip faulted stage and (d) strike-slip depression stage.The identification of temporal and spatial differences of faults could be used as a significant guideline for oil and gas exploration in the Bodong area.Wu Zhiping Cheng Yanjun Yan Shiyong Su Wen Wang Xin Xu Changgui Zhou Xinhuai 2013Petroleum Science2013,10,4:4
3Immunogenicity and protective efficacy of a recombinant protein subunit vaccine and an inactivated vaccine against SARS-CoV-2 variants in non-human primates显示文摘Emerging SARS-CoV-2 variants and the gradually decreasing neutralizing antibodies over time post vaccination have led to an increase in incidents of breakthrough infection across the world.To investigate the potential protective effect of the recombinant protein subunit COVID-19 vaccine targeting receptor-binding domain(RBD)(PS-RBD)and whole inactivated virus particle vaccine(IV)against the variant strains,in this study,rhesus macaques were immunized with PS-RBD or IV vaccine,followed by a Beta variant(B.1.351)challenge.Although neutralizing activity against the Beta variant was reduced compared with that against the prototype,the decreased viral load in both upper and lower respiratory tracts,milder pathological changes,and downregulated inflammatory cytokine levels in lung tissues after challenge demonstrated that PS-RBD and IV still provided effective protection against the Beta variant in the macaque model.Furthermore,PS-RBD-induced macaque sera possessed general binding and neutralizing activity to Alpha,Beta,Delta,and Omicron variants in our study,though the neutralizing antibody(NAb)titers declined by varying degrees,demonstrating potential protection of PS-RBD against current circulating variants of concern(VOCs).Interestingly,although the IV vaccine-induced extremely low neutralizing antibody titers against the Beta variant,it still showed reduction for viral load and significantly alleviated pathological change.Other correlates of vaccine-induced protection(CoP)like antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity(ADCC)and immune memory were both confirmed to be existing in IV vaccinated group and possibly be involved in the protective mechanism.Qian He Qunying Mao Xiaozhong Peng Zhanlong He Shuaiyao Lu Jialu Zhang Fan Gao Lianlian Bian Chaoqiang An Wenhai Yu Fengmei Yang Yanan Zhou Yun Yang Yanyan Li Yadi Yuan Xujia Yan Jinghuan Yang Xing Wu Weijin Huang Changgui Li Junzhi Wang Zhenglun Liang Miao Xu 2022Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,4:2

10Vertical dominant migration channel and hydrocarbon migration in complex fault zone, Bohai Bay sag, China显示文摘The quantitatively/semi-quantitatively formation conditions of vertical dominant hydrocarbon migration pathways were analyzed based on the big data analysis of petroleum geological parameters of complex fault Zone zone in the central-south Bohai Bay. According to this condition, the vertical dominant migration pathway and its charge points/segments are searched through structural modeling assistant analysis in the East Sag of Huanghekou. Under the constraints of charge points/segments, numerical simulation of hydrocarbon charge and migration is carried out to successfully predict hydrocarbon migration pathways and hydrocarbon enrichment blocks in shallow layers of complex fault zone. The main results are as follows:(1) The hydrocarbon charge in shallow layers of the active fault zone is differential, the charge points/sections of vertical dominant migration pathways are the starting points of shallow hydrocarbon migration and are very important for the hydrocarbon migration and accumulation in the shallow layers.(2) Among the shallow faults, those cutting the deep transfer bins or deep major migration pathways, with fault throw of more than 80 m in the accumulation period and the juxtaposition thickness between fault and caprock of the deep layers of less than 400 m are likely to be vertical dominant migration pathways in the sag area.(3) By controlling the vertical dominant migration pathways and charging points/segments in carrier layer, Neo-tectonic movement caused the differential hydrocarbon accumulation in the complex fault zone.
