| 1 | THE COMPARATIVE STUDY OF EVENT RELATED POTENTIALSIN PATIENTS WITH OBSESSIVE COMPULSIVE DISORDER,DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY显示文摘Objective:To investigate the variations of contingent negative varisations(CNV),P300 and mismatch negativity (MMN) in patients with obsessive compulsive disorder(OCD),depressiopn and anxiety.MEthods:Event-related potentials CNV,P300 and MMN were recorded in 31 patients with OCD by Nicolet SPirit Instrument,and were compared with that of 20 depression controls(DC) and 17 anxiety controls(AC)and 28 normal controls(NC),Results:A significant difference of CNV among 4 sulbject groups was found in both post-imperative negative variation(PINV) and amplitudes(M1)(P<0.01)(emergence of PINV were 45%),60%,35%,and 4% in OCD,DC,AC and NC groups respectively),Compared with NC group,DC and AC groups showed decreased M1 amplitude(P<0.01).A significant difference of P300 among 4 groups was found in both latencies(Cz/N2) and P3 and nontarget-P2 amplitudes(P<0.05-0.01),The delayed MMN latencies of OCD and DC were similar to that of P300 changes,Conclusions:CNV,P300 and MMN are useful tools for assessing the brain malfunction of OCD,DC and AC,and its clinical application are suggested.The characteristics ERPs of those patients might be useful indexes in distinguishing OCD from DC and AC patients. | XIAO Zeping, CHEN Xingshi, ZHANG Mingdao , LOU Feiying, CHEN Jue Department of Psychophysiology, Shanghai Mental Health Center, Shanghai 200030, china. | 2003 | 现代电生理学杂志2003,10,1: | 14 |
| 2 | Structural changes in the gray matter of unmedicated patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder: a voxel-based morphometric study显示文摘The aim of the current study was to use whole brain voxel-based morphometry(VBM)to assess the gray matter(GM)changes in unmedicated patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD)compared with normal controls.We compared the GM volumes in28 patients with 22 matched healthy controls using a1.5T MRI.Three-dimensional T1-weighted magnetic resonance images were obtained from all participants.VBM was performed to detect GM volume differences between the two groups.We detected increased regional GM volumes in the bilateral middle temporal gyri,bilateral middle occipital gyri,bilateral globus pallidus,right inferior parietal gyrus,left superior parietal gyrus,right parahippocampus,right supramarginal gyrus,right medial superior frontal gyrus,and left inferior frontal opercular cortex in the OCD patients relative to controls(P<0.001,uncorrected,cluster size>100 voxels).No decreased GM volume was found in the OCD group compared with normal controls.Our findings suggest that structural changes in the GM are not limited to fronto-striato-thalamic circuits in the pathogenesis of OCD.Temporo-parietal cortex may also play an important role. | Ling Tan Qing Fan Chao You Jijun Wang Zhao Dong Xuemei Wang Kemin Chen Zeping Xiao Kaida Jiang | 2013 | Neuroscience Bulletin2013,29,5: | 5 |
| 3 | Non-suicidal self-injury in Shanghai inner bound middle school students显示文摘Background Non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) behaviour is very common among adolescents. Its prevalence and behavioural characteristics may vary according to regional and cultural differences. Investigation of NSSI locations and diagnosis of adolescents with NSSI are relatively lacking in China. Aims The study objective was to determine the prevalence and features of NSSI among middle school students in Shanghai. Methods The participants were from grade 6 to 8 selected from three junior schools in Jing’an District. Consenting students completed the Ottawa Self-Injury Inventory to determine the prevalence and characteristics of NSSI. Those who indicated NSSI within the past month were administered the Mini-International Neuropsychiatric Interview for Children and Adolescents to assess for emotional disorders. Result The result shows 510 participants (21.7%;mean age 13.51 (0.97) years old;56.7% female) reported at least one instance of NSSI during the previous 12 months. NSSI was significantly more common in girls than boys (24.9% vs 18.5%;χ^2=14.03, p=0.00). Commonly reported reasons for NSSI were for internal and external emotion regulation (87.9%, 82.3%) and social influence (57.8%). Anxiety disorders were the most common (28.9%) disorder associated with NSSI. Conclusion The rate of NSSI of middle school students in Shanghai inner bound is similar to those reported in North American and European youth. | 10 | Spatial and Temporal Change of Habitat Quality of Poyang Lake Basin in China at Small Watershed Scale and Its Multidimensional Response to Landscape Pattern显示文摘The health and function of ecosystems are largely determined by the quality of habitat,and the optimal regulation of landscape patterns has become an important way to improve regional habitat quality.This article takes the Poyang Lake Basin of China as a case,reveals the spatial and temporal change of its habitat quality at the small watershed scale,and attempts to examine the multidimensional response of habitat quality to landscape pattern changes with respect to landscape compositions and landscape configuration.The results show:1)from 2000 to 2020,the overall landscape fragmentation of the basin decreased,the landscape aggregation in the central small watersheds changed significantly,and the spatial distribution of landscape elements in the central and southern small watersheds were relatively homogeneous.2)The overall habitat quality of the Poyang Lake Basin is at a middle to high level,with significant spatial differentiation,showing the distribution characteristics of‘high in the periphery,low in the center,high in the south and low in the north’.3)Both landscape compositions and landscape configurations influenced habitat quality,but there were obvious differences in the response degree.From the landscape composition and configuration dimension,the influence of landscape composition on habitat quality was greater than that of landscape configuration;from the multilevel landscape configuration dimension,compared to landscape level,landscape configuration at the class level impacted habitat quality more deeply.To the end,this article proposes a differentiated regulation strategy for habitat quality conservation in small watersheds from the perspective of landscape patterns to improve the ecological service level of Poyang Lake Basin. | BI Manyu ZHONG Yexi XIAO Zeping FENG Xinghua MA Hongzhi | 2023 | Chinese Geographical Science2023,33,3: | 0 |
