1Deep Structural Framework and Genetic Analysis of Gold Concentration Areas in the Northwestern Jiaodong Peninsula, China: A New Understanding based on High-Resolution Reflective Seismic Survey显示文摘The gold concentration areas in the northwestern Jiaodong Peninsula constituted an important gold metallogenetic region in Eastern China during the Mesozoic. The deep geological bodies' texture characteristic is important for exploring the resources thoroughly and understanding the metallogenic process. The detailed textures were revealed using high-resolution seismic profiles through the three major ore-controlling structures-Sanshandao fault zone, Jiaojia fault zone and Zhaoping fault zone. This study aims to establish a deep structural framework of this area. Based on their formation mechanism, the fault structures developed in the area can be divided into regional and local fault structures. The structural styles are characterised by superimposing their compressional, strike-slip and extensional multi-stage activities. The crust is cut by vertical structures corresponding to a left-lateral strike-slip fault system on the surface. Nearby these structures are the arc-shape structures formed by multi-stage magma intrusions into the upper crust. Bounded by the Tancheng–Lujiang and Muping–Jimo fault zones, the current Jiaodong block, developed a series of NE-trending strike-slip fault systems, was probably formed by the assemblage of several obliquely aligned blocks. The intensive magmatism and hydrothermal activity between the blocks induced large-scale mineralisation. 2Synthesis and Insecticidal Evaluation of Novel Anthranilic Diamides Derivatives Containing 4-Chlorine Substituted N-Pyridylpyrazole显示文摘To search for potent insecticides targeting at ryanodine receptors(RyRs),a series of novel anthranilic diamides analogs containing 4-chlorine N-pyridylpyrazole were designed and synthesized.Their insecticidal activities were evaluated and the preliminary struc ture-activity relationships(SARs)were discussed.The insecticidal results showed that some of the compounds(8a-8h,8m,8n)exhibited good larvicidal activities against oriental armyworm at 2.5 mg·L^(-1),and compound 8m possessed 60%insecticidal activityat 0.5 mg·L^(-1).For diamondback moth,8m exhibited better activity than Chlorantraniliprole at a hundred fold preference.Huangong Li Yangyang Zhao Pengwei Sun Li Gao Yuxin Li Lixia Xiong Na Yang Sha Zhou Zhengming Li 2021Chinese Journal of Chemistry2021,39,1:3
3Design, Synthesis, Biological Evaluation and SARs of Novel Anthranilic Diamides Derivatives Containing Amide, Carbamate, Urea, and Thiourea Moieties显示文摘In order to discover potential ryanodine receptor insecticides, 21 novel anthranilic diamides analogues (C, D, E,and F) containing amide, carbamate, urea, and thiourea moieties were designed and synthesized based on bioiso-steric approach. The biological assays against oriental armyworm (Mythirnna separata) and diamondback moth(Plutella xylostella) indicated that these compounds displayed moderate to excellent activities. Especially, com-pound D1 showed 100% larvicidal activities against oriental armyworm at 1.0 mg.L^-1, equivalent to the standardchlorantraniliprole (100%, 1.0 mg·L^-1). Moreover, the larvicidal activity of D1 against diamondback moth was100% at 0.1 mg·L^-1, more effective than that of chlorantraniliprole (90%, 0.1 mg·L^-1). Therefore, D1 can be used asa new lead structure for the development of insecticidal agents. 4SEM-CL Study of Quartz Containing Fluid Inclusions in Wangjiazhuang Porphyry Copper (-Molybdenum) Deposit, Western Shandong, China显示文摘The Wangjiazhuang porphyry copper(-molybdenum)deposit is located at Zouping volcanic basin in Shandong Province,East China and hosted in the Wangjiazhuang intrusive complex emplaced along a late volcanic conduit.There are two types of ores in this deposit:early disseminated and stockwork ores in the ore-bearing intrusion,and late massive sulfide-quartz veins above brecciated quartz monzonite.The ore minerals are mainly pyrite,chalcopyrite,and subordinately magnetite,tennantite,molybdenite with minor bornite,enargite,galena and sphalerite,etc.,and gangue minerals including K-feldspar,biotite,quartz,muscovite-sericite,chlorite and calcite.Combined with fluid inclusion study,the scanning electron microscope-cathodoluminescence(SEM-CL)study of quartz in the deposit and wall rocks shows significant differences between the two types of quartz in the ores.In addition,four types of primary-pseudosecondary fluid inclusions in the quartz have been recognized.They are one-or two-phase aqueous inclusions with vapor/liquid ratios less than 30%to 40%(type Ⅰ);gas-rich inclusions with vapor/liquid ratios more than 50%(type Ⅱ),some of which contain some small opaque minerals,probably chalcopyrite;multiphase fluid inclusions with daughter minerals of halite±anhydrite±opaque(chalcopyrite)±sylvite±hematite±unknown crystal(type Ⅲ);and mica-bearing fluid inclusions(type Ⅳ).Quartz containing abundant muscovite-bearing and halite-bearing fluid inclusions in the mineralized quartz monzonite with potassic-silicic alteration,have better oscillatory growth zoning with CL-colors from bright in the core to darker in the rim,indicating variations of element concentrations in the fluid media from which quartz grew during the later period of magmatic-hydrothermal process.In contrast,the quartz in the sulfide-quartz veins contains mainly fluid inclusions of low-to-medium salinities and does not show oscillatory zoning,indicating that there was less fluctuation in composition and element concentrations of the hydrothermal fluids.However,the quartz containing halite-bearing fluid inclusions and being associated with copper-molybdenum mineralization in the sulfide-quartz veins shows zoning in its rims,indicating variations in composition and element concentrations of the hydrothermal fluids.Lei Shu Kun Shen Renchao Yang Yingxin Song Yuqin Sun Wei Shan Yuxin Xiong 2020Journal of Earth Science2020,31,2:2
5Light hybrid micro/nano-robots:From propulsion to functional signals显示文摘Untethered motile micro/nanorobots(MNRs)that can operate in hard-to-reach small space and perform noninvasive tasks in cellular level hold bright future in healthcare,nanomanufacturing,biosensing,and environmental remediation.Light,as a flexible encoding method with tunable freedom of intensity,wavelength,polarization,and propagation direction,endows unique spatialtemporal precision and dexterity to the manipulation of MNRs.Meanwhile,light has been extensively investigated as functional signals in bioimaging,phototherapy,as well as photoelectrochemical reactions.The hybridization of light and other actuation method ushers in novel MNRs with broadened design space,improved controllability,and advanced functionality.In this review,the fundamental mechanisms of light-driven MNRs will be revisited.On top of it,light hybrid systems,coupling with magnetic,electric,chemical,or ultrasound field,will be reviewed,with light for propulsion or as functional signal.The rational hybridization of multiple stimulus in MNRs not only promises simple combination of two driving forces,but more importantly,motivates rethinking of light-driven MNRs for unprecedented applications.Yuxin Gao Ze Xiong Jizhuang Wang Jinyao Tang Dan Li 2022Nano Research2022,15,6:1

8The statistical observation localized equivalent-weights particle filter in a simple nonlinear model显示文摘This paper presents an improved approach based on the equivalent-weights particle filter(EWPF)that uses the proposal density to effectively improve the traditional particle filter.The proposed approach uses historical data to calculate statistical observations instead of the future observations used in the EWPF’s proposal density and draws on the localization scheme used in the localized PF(LPF)to construct the localized EWPF.The new approach is called the statistical observation localized EWPF(LEWPF-Sobs);it uses statistical observations that are better adapted to the requirements of real-time assimilation and the localization function is used to calculate weights to reduce the effect of missing observations on the weights.This approach not only retains the advantages of the EWPF,but also improves the assimilation quality when using sparse observations.Numerical experiments performed with the Lorenz 96 model show that the statistical observation EWPF is better than the EWPF and EAKF when the model uses standard distribution observations.Comparisons of the statistical observation localized EWPF and LPF reveal the advantages of the new method,with fewer particles giving better results.In particular,the new improved filter performs better than the traditional algorithms when the observation network contains densely spaced measurements associated with model state nonlinearities.Yuxin Zhao Shuo Yang Renfeng Jia Di Zhou Xiong Deng Chang Liu Xinrong Wu 2022Acta Oceanologica Sinica2022,41,2:1

10Discovery of Novel Anthranilic Diamide Derivatives Bearing Sulfoximine Group as Potent Insecticide Candidates显示文摘The fall armyworm,Spodoptera frugiperda(S.frugiperda),represents the most resistant insect species and poses serious threat to grain yield.Chlorantraniliprole(CHL),which targets the ryanodine receptors(RyRs)in insects,has demonstrated the efficacy in controlling S.frugiperda.Nevertheless,this has led to emerging resistance in several countries.To counter this resistance,a viable approach involves the development of novel compounds that bind against RyRs via distinct binding sites or modes.In this study,a series of 22 novel anthranilic diamide derivatives was designed and synthesized,and their insecticidal activities were evaluated.Most of these derivatives showed moderate to good insecticidal activity against S.frugiperda and Mythimna separata.Time-lapse fluorescence measurements of endoplasmic reticulum luminal calcium revealed that most derivatives elicited cellular responses similar as CHL when assessed on HEK293 cells expressing S.frugiperda ryanodine receptors(SfRyRs).The mode of action of compound 13a was studied and verified on the isolated neurons by calcium imaging technique.Finally,molecular docking analysis was employed to predict the binding mechanism of compound 13a against SfRyRs.Overall,these novel diamide derivatives hold promise as a valuable resource for guiding the future design of insecticidal compounds targeting RyRs.ZHANG Hongyuan PENG Jinmin ZHONG Yuanhan CHEN Yue WANG Qing Haditullah HADIATULLAH XIE Weibin XIONG Lixia YUCHI Zhiguang LIU Jingbo LI Yuxin 2024Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2024,40,1:0

15A continuum method for granular collapse with μ(I)-rheology-based dynamic earth pressure coefficient显示文摘In this paper,a continuum model with dynamic earth pressure coefficient is established to describe the granular slump process by introducingμ(I)rheology.This rheology is adopted to quantify the normal stresses in our proposed model rather than shear stresses in classical models.The constitutive laws of different depth-averaged continuum approaches including the hydrodynamic,Savage–Hutter and proposed models are comparatively investigated in terms of the rheological effects on the spread of a granular column.The simulation results indicate that the proposed dynamic model captures some significant features during granular slump on inclined planes with different inclination angles(for example,the runout distance,runout time,and final profile).The proposed model can also reproduce the inner static sided axisymmetric region observed in tests when the granular column's initial aspect ratio(ratio of height to radii)is small.Jianbo Fei Yuxin Jie Hao Xiong Chengyu Hong 2021Particuology2021,19,5:0

17Spin-phonon coupling in two-dimensional magnetic materials显示文摘Recently,two-dimensional magnetic materials(2DMMs)have become a focused research direction in a broad range of two-dimensional materials,due to their underlying significance in fundamental research,as well as in technologically relevant applications for future spintronics,magnonics,quantum information and data storage.The rich toolbox of 2DMMs and their diverse tunability have enabled the unprecedented research concerning the two-dimensional magnetic order down to single atomic layer of materials,much beyond the classical thin film magnetism,showing an extremely promising avenue towards electronics,magneto-optics and photonics.Among various degrees of freedoms,the interaction between spin and phonon(i.e.,quanta of lattice vibration),hence the so-called spin-phonon coupling,serves as an important tuning knob to explore the two-dimensional magnetism,creates new types of quasiparticles and controls the magnetic order.This review overviews the latest developments in spin-phonon coupling investigations in 2DMMs.Various techniques utilizing spinphonon coupling to investigate two-dimensional magnetism are discussed.Recent progress in tuning two-dimensional magnetic order based on spin-phonon coupling is also summarized,with a focus to understand the new functionalities.Furthermore,device developments and concepts based on spin-phonon coupling are briefly discussed.This review will provide our perspectives on the existing challenges and future directions in spin-phonon coupling research in 2DMMs and their functional devices.Lili Hu Ke-zhao Du Yuzhong Chen Yuxin Zhai Xingzhi Wang Qihua Xiong 2023National Science Open2023,2,4:0
18Gut microbiota affects the estrus return of sows by regulating the metabolism of sex steroid hormones显示文摘Background Sex hormones play important roles in the estrus return of post-weaning sows.Previous studies have demonstrated a complex and bi-directional regulation between sex hormones and gut microbiota.However,the extent to which the gut microbiota affects estrus return of post-weaning sows is largely unknown.Results In this study,we first screened 207 fecal samples from well-phenotyped sows by 16S rRNA gene sequencing and identified significant associations between microbes and estrus return of post-weaning sows.Using metagenomic sequencing data from 85 fecal samples,we identified 37 bacterial species that were significantly associated with estrus return.Normally returning sows were characterized by increased abundances of L.reuteri and P.copri and decreased abundances of B.fragilis,S.suis,and B.pseudolongum.The changes in gut microbial composition significantly altered the functional capacity of steroid hormone biosynthesis in the gut microbiome.The results were confirmed in a validation cohort.Significant changes in sex steroid hormones and related compounds were found between normal and non-return sows via metabolome analysis.An integrated analysis of differential bacterial species,metagenome,and fecal metabolome provided evidence that normal return-associated bacterial species L.reuteri and Prevotella spp.participated in the degradation of pregnenolone,progesterone,and testosterone,thereby promoting estrogen biosynthesis.Furthermore,the microbial metabolites related to sow energy and nutrient supply or metabolic disorders also showed relationships with sow estrus return.Conclusions An integrated analysis of differentially abundant bacterial species,metagenome,and fecal metabolome revealed the involvement of L.reuteri and Prevotella spp.in sow estrus return.These findings provide deep insight into the role of gut microbiota in the estrus return of post-weaning sows and the complex cross-talk between gut microbiota and sex hormones,suggesting that the manipulation of the gut microbiota could be an effective strategy to improve sow estrus return after weaning.Min Liu Jia Zhang Yunyan Zhou Shuqi Xiong Mengqing Zhou Lin Wu Qin Liu Zhe Chen Hui Jiang Jiawen Yang Yuxin Liu Yaxiang Wang Congying Chen Lusheng Huang 2024Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2024,15,2:0
19Targeted Synthesis of Anthranilic Diamides Insecticides Containing Trifluoroethoxyl Phenylpyrazole显示文摘A series of novel anthranilic diamides analogues(9a-9t)containing trifluoroethoxyl pyrazole moiety was designed and synthesized and their insecticidal bioactivities against Mythimna separata(Walker,M.separata)and Plutellaxylostella(P.xylostella)were evaluated.The structures of the title compounds were confirmed by^(1)H NMR,^(13)C NMR and HRMS.Preliminary insecticidal activities showed that some of the title compounds possessed good to excellent bioactivities towards M.separata and P.xylostella.Compounds 9c and 9t exhibited 100%mortality rate against M.separate at 0.2 mg/L.For the P.xylostella,the synthesized compounds(9c-9e,9i and 9o)showed 70%,80%,75%,65%and 60%insecticidal activities at 1×10^(−6)mg/L,respectively,higher than that of chlorantraniliprole(0).Based on excellent insecticidal activities,the mode of the action was tested by the calcium-imaging technique,the results of which demonstrated that the novel compounds shared the same target with chlorantraniliprole.The binding pose of the most active compound 9t in RyRs of P.xylostella was predicted by molecular docking,which showed that compound 9t interacted with the residues Glu140(A)and His147(A)via hydrogen bond.LI Huangong ZHAO Yangyang SUN Pengwei GAO Li XIONG Lixia YANG Na ZHOU Sha LI Yuxin LI Zhengming 2021Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2021,37,3:0
20Polaron mobility modulation by bandgap engineering in black phaseα-FAPbI_(3)显示文摘Lead halide hybrid perovskites(LHP)have emerged as one of the most promising photovoltaic materials for their remarkable solar energy conversion ability.The transportation of the photoinduced carriers in LHP could screen the defect recombination with the help of the large polaron formation.However,the physical insight of the relationship between the superior optical-electronic performance of perovskite and its polaron dynamics related to the electron-lattice strong coupling induced by the substitution engineering is still lack of investigation.Here,the bandgap modulated thin films ofα-FAPbI_(3)with different element substitution is investigated by the time resolved Terahertz spectroscopy.We find the polaron recombination dynamics could be prolonged in LHP with a relatively smaller bandgap,even though the formation of polaron will not be affected apparently.Intuitively,the large polaron mobility in(FAPb I_(3))0.95(MAPbI_(3))0.05thin film is~30%larger than that in(FAPb I_(3))0.85(MAPbBr_(3))0.15.The larger mobility in(FAPb I_(3))0.95(MAPb I_(3))0.05could be assigned to the slowing down of the carrier scattering time.Therefore,the physical origin of the higher carrier mobility in the(FAPb I_(3))0.95(MAPbI_(3))0.05should be related with the lattice distortion and enhanced electron–phonon coupling induced by the substitution.In addition,(FAPbI_(3))0.95(MAPbI_(3))0.05will lose fewer active carriers during the polaron cooling process than that in(FAPb I_(3))0.85(MAPbBr_(3)),indicating lower thermal dissipation in(FAPbI_(3))0.95(MAPbI_(3))0.05.Our results suggest that besides the smaller bandgap,the higher polaron mobility improved by the substitution engineering inα-FAPbI_(3)can also be an important factor for the high PCE of the black phaseα-FAPbI_(3)based solar cell devices.Chunwei Wang Zeyu Zhang Zhuang Xiong Xingyu Yue Bo Zhang Tingyuan jia Zhengzheng Liu Juan Du Yuxin Leng Kuan Sun Ruxin Li 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,1:0
