2Zacopride selectively activates the Kir2.1 channel via a PKA signaling pathway in rat cardiomyocytes显示文摘We recently reported that zacopride is a selective inward rectifier potassium current (IK1 ) channel agonist, suppressing ventricular arrhythmias without affecting atrial arrhythmias. The present study aimed to investigate the unique pharmacological properties of zacopride. The whole-cell patch-clamp technique was used to study IK1 currents in rat atrial myocytes and Kir2.x currents in human embryonic kidney (HEK)-293 cells transfected with inward rectifier potassium channel (Kir)2.1, Kir2.2, Kir2.3, or mutated Kir2.1 (at phosphorylation site S425L). Western immunoblots were performed to estimate the relative protein expression levels of Kir2.x in rat atria and ventricles. Results showed that zacopride did not affect the IK1 and transmembrane potential of atrial myocytes. In HEK293 cells, zacopride increased Kir2.1 homomeric channels by 40.7%±9.7% at 50 mV, but did not affect Kir2.2 and Kir2.3 homomeric channels, and Kir2.1-Kir2.2, Kir2.1-Kir2.3 and Kir2.2-Kir2.3 heteromeric channels. Western immunoblots showed that similar levels of Kir2.3 protein were expressed in rat atria and ventricles, but atrial Kir2.1 protein level was only 25% of that measured in the ventricle. In addition, 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) 3 receptor was undetectable, whereas 5-HT 4 receptor was weakly expressed in HEK293 cells. The Kir2.1-activating effect of zacopride in these cells was abolished by inhibition of protein kinase A (PKA), but not PKC or PKG. 3A Multisource Contour Matching Method Considering the Similarity of Geometric Features显示文摘The existing multi-source contour matching studies have focused on the matching methods with consideration of topological relations and similarity measurement based on spatial Euclidean distance,while it is lack of taking the contour geometric features into account,which may lead to mismatching in map boundaries and areas with intensive contours or extreme terrain changes.In light of this,it is put forward that a matching strategy from coarse to precious based on the contour geometric features.The proposed matching strategy can be described as follows.Firstly,the point sequence is converted to feature sequence according to a feature descriptive function based on curvature and angle of normal vector.Then the level of similarity among multi-source contours is calculated by using the longest common subsequence solution.Accordingly,the identical contours could be matched based on the above calculated results.In the experiment for the proposed method,the reliability and efficiency of the matching method are verified using simulative datasets and real datasets respectively.It has been proved that the proposed contour matching strategy has a high matching precision and good applicability.Wenyue GUO Anzhu YU Qun SUN Shaomei LI Qing XU Bowei WEN Yuanfu LI 2020Journal of Geodesy and Geoinformation Science2020,3,3:5
4Effectiveness of Nature Reserves for Natural Forests Protection in Tropical Hainan: a 20 Year Analysis显示文摘The establishment of nature reserves is a key approach for biodiversity conservation worldwide. However, there is a lack of unified methodology to evaluate the effectiveness of nature reserves, particularly in China, the world′s most populous nation supporting some of the most valuable biodiversity hotspots in the world. In this study, we conducted a long-term and large-scale analysis of the effectiveness of 20 of the earliest nature reserves established in Hainan Province, an island home to among the highest concentration of plants and animals in China. Remote sensing imagery from 1988, 1998, and 2008 were analyzed to investigate the temporal and spatial changes of natural forests in these nature reserves and surrounding areas. We also conducted transition matrix analysis and principle component analysis to identify the driving factors that affect the protection effectiveness of nature reserves. The results were as follows: 1) During the 20-year period from 1988 to 2008, natural forests coverage of the 20 studied nature reserves dropped 2.34 percentage points, whereas the natural forests coverage dropped 11.31 percentage points in a 0–5 km outside reserve buffer and 9.36 percentage points in a 5–10 km outside reserve buffer, indicating a significant inhibitory effect of the nature reserves on the loss of natural forests. 2) Natural forests coverage dropped in 60% of the studied nature reserves during the 20-year period, suggesting a poor protection effectiveness of these reserves, while the coverage proportion showed some increase(0%/yr–5%/yr) in other reserves. 3) Expansion of rubber and pulp forests as part of a booming economy were the main factors affecting the effectiveness of the nature reserves for conserving natural forests in Hainan Province. 5Spatial distribution of planktonic ciliates in the western Pacifc Ocean: along the transect from Shenzhen (China) to Pohnpei (Micronesia)显示文摘Planktonic ciliates have been recognized as major consumers of nano-and picoplankton in pelagic ecosystems,playing pivotal roles in the transfer of matter and energy in the microbial loop.However,due to the difculties in identifcation,the species composition of ciliate assemblages,especially for the small,fragile,and naked species that usually dominate the ciliate communities in the oceanic waters,remains largely unknown.In the present study,22 stations along the transect from Shenzhen(China)to Pohnpei(Micronesia)were sampled for the enumeration of picoplankton and nanofagellates.In addition,pigment analysis of major phytoplankton groups along with the measurements of environmental variables including temperature,salinity,and nutrients were also carried out.Ciliates were identifed at species level using quantitative protargol stain to reveal the species composition and their distribution patterns from of-shore to open ocean.Ciliate abundance was positively correlated with phosphate,silicate,and pico-sized pigmented eukaryotes(PPEs),whereas the biomass was closely related with PPEs,heterotrophic nanofagellates,and chlorophytes.The combination of silicate and pigmented nanofagellates was identifed as the major factor driving the ciliate community composition.The close relationship between silicate and ciliate abundance and community structure needs further validation based on more data collected from oceanic waters.Our study showed the necessity of using techniques that can reveal the community composition at higher taxonomic resolutions in future studies on ciliates.Hungchia Huang Jinpeng Yang Shixiang Huang Bowei Gu Ying Wang Lei Wang Nianzhi Jiao Dapeng Xu 2021Marine Life Science & Technology2021,3,1:2
6A ternary organic solar cell with 300 nm thick active layer shows over 14% efficiency显示文摘In order to meet the requirements for making organic solar cells(OSCs)through solution printing techniques,great efforts have been devoted into developing high performance OSCs with relatively thicker active layers.In this work,a thick-film(300 nm)ternary OSC with a power conversion efficiency of 14.3%is fabricated by introducing phenyl-C61-butyric-acid-methyl ester(PC61BM)into a PBDB-T-2Cl:BTP-4 F host blend.The addition of PC61BM is found to be helpful for improving the hole and electron mobilities,and thus facilitates charge transport as well as suppresses charge recombination in the active layers,leading to the improved efficiencies of OSCs with relatively thicker active layers.Our results demonstrate the feasibility of employing fullerene derivative PC61BM to construct a high-efficiency thick-film ternary device,which would promote the development of thick layer ternary OSCs to fulfill the requirements of future roll to roll production.Lijiao Ma Ye Xu Yunfei Zu Qing Liao Bowei Xu Cunbin An Shaoqing Zhang Jianhui Hou 2020Science China Chemistry2020,63,1:2
7Significant influence of doping effect on photovoltaic performance of efficient fullerene-free polymer solar cells显示文摘The modification mechanism of the water/alcohol cathode interlayer is one of the most complicated problems in the field of organic photovoltaics,which has not been clearly elucidated yet;this greatly restricts the further enhancement of the PCE for polymer solar cells.Herein,we clarified the different effects of PFN and its derivatives,namely,poly[(9,9-bis(3’-((N,N-dimethyl)-N-ethylammonium)-propyl)-2,7-fluorene)-alt-2,7-(9,9-dioctylfluorene)](PFN-Br) in modifying fullerene-free PSCs.It is found for the first time that doping on IT-4F by the amino group of PFN leads to the unfavorable charge accumulation,and hence,forms a dense layer of electronegative molecule due to the poor electron transport capacity of the non-fullerene acceptor IT-4F.The electronegative molecular layer can block the electron transfer from the active layer to the interlayer and cause serious charge recombination at the active layer/cathode interface.This mechanism could be verified by the ESR measurement and electron-only devices.By replacing PFN with PFN-Br,the excessive doping effect between the cathode interlayer and IT-4F is eliminated,by which the charge transport and collection can be greatly improved.As a result,a high PCE of 13.5%was achieved in the fullerene-free PSCs.Qian Kang Qi Wang Cunbin An Chang He Bowei Xu Jianhui Hou 2020Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,4:1
8Tribological performance under different environments of Ti-C-N composite films for marine wear-resistant parts显示文摘The need for reducing the wear in mechanical parts used in the industry makes self-lubricant films one of the sustainable solutions to achieve long-term protection under different environmental conditions.The purpose of this work is to study the influence of C additions on the tribological behavior of a magnetron-sputtered TiN film in air,water,and seawater.The results show that the addition of C into the TiN binary film induced a new amorphous phase,and the films exhibited a dual phase of fcc(face-centered cubic)-TiN and amorphous carbon.The antifriction and wear-resistance properties were enhanced in air and water by adding 19.1at%C.However,a further increase in the C concentration improved anti-frictional properties but also led to higher wear rates.Although the amorphous phase induced microbatteries and accelerated the corrosion of TiN phases in seawater,the negative abrasion state was detected for all Ti-C-N films due to the adhesion of the tribocorrosion debris on the wear track.Hongbo Ju Rui Zhou Jing Luan Ch Sateesh Kumar Lihua Yu Junhua Xu Junfeng Yang Bowei Zhang Filipe Fernandes 2023International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2023,30,1:1
9Optimizing polymer aggregation and blend morphology for boosting the photovoltaic performance of polymer solar cells via a random terpolymerization strategy显示文摘Compared to regular conjugated polymers,the random conjugated terpolymers are usually not beneficial to achieve highly efficient non-fullerene(NF)-based polymer solar cells(PSCs)due to their disordered chemical structures.In this work,we report two random terpolymer donors(PBNB80 and PBNB50)by tuning the molar ratio of electron-accepting units of 1,3-di(thiophen-2-yl)naphtho[2,3-c]thiophene-4,9-dione(NTD)and 1,3-bis(4-chlorothiophen-2-yl)-4 H,8 H-benzo[1,2-c:4,5-c’]dithiophene-4,8-dione(ClBDD),at the same time,the parent polymers(PBNB100 and PBNB00)are also compared to study.These four polymer donors exhibit similar optical bandgaps and gradually deepen highest occupied molecular orbital levels.Importantly,aggregation and self-organization properties of the random terpolymer donors are optimized,which result in the better morphology and crystal coherence length after blending with NF acceptor of BO-4 Cl.Particularly,a PBNB80:BO-4 Cl blend forms an optimal nanoscale phase-separation morphology,thereby producing an outstanding power conversion efficiency of 16.0%,which is much higher than those(12.8%and 10.7%)of their parent binary polymer donor-based devices.This work demonstrates that rational using terpolymerization strategy to prepare random terpolymer is a very important method to achieve highly efficient NF-PSCs.Tao Zhang Cunbin An Qianglong Lv Jinzhao Qin Yong Cui Zhong Zheng Bowei Xu Shaoqing Zhang Jianqi Zhang Chang He Jianhui Hou 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,8:1
10A Uniform Reference Line Based Differential Phase Shifter with Wide Phase Range and Wide Bandwidth显示文摘To implement the multi-way phase shifting maintaining the compact size and simplicity in structure,the uniform reference line concept was proposed for the differential phase shifter.However,the performance in bandwidth and phase range deteriorates with the additional requirements considered.To solve this problem,a quarter wavelength coupled line section loaded with open/short stubs is proposed as the basic element to implement the main line and also reference line.According to the theoretical analysis on this basic element,the loading stubs can be used to control the phase shift and also the phase slope of the basic element without affecting the amplitude property.With the predetermined parameters of the uniform reference line,only two parameters are required for the implementation of different differential phase shifts.This demonstrates the high simplicity of the proposed structure.For demonstration,an eight-way differential phase shifter operating at 3.5 GHz was implemented using the vertically installed planar structure.The prototype was further fabricated and measured.Good agreement between simulation and measurement can be observed.The implemented phase shifter can provide a wide range of phase shifting values from 45°to 315°with reference to the uniform reference line over a relative bandwidth of 62.3%.Canrong Fu Bowei Xu Shaoyong Zheng 2022China Communications2022,19,5:1
11In vitro crevice corrosion of biodegradable magnesium in different solutions显示文摘Magnesium(Mg)is a promising biomedical metal because of its biodegradability.The crevice between tissue and Mg implant can not be neglected in some implantation sites due to inducing crevice corrosion of Mg.In this paper,a new single mold was designed to build the in vitro experimental setup and four kinds of solutions,i.e.the deionized water(DW),the 0.9 wt.%sodium chloride solution(NaCl),the phosphate buffer saline(PBS)and the modified simulated body fluid(m-SBF)were used to explore necessary factors of crevice corrosion in Mg.It was observed that crevice corrosion in Mg sheets would occur in NaCl and PBS solution under 0.2,0.5 and 0.8 mm crevice thickness.And it was found that there were two necessary factors,i.e.chloride ion and crevice dimension,in crevice corrosion.For the high-purity Mg cannulated screws,crevice corrosion could occur inside tunnel when immersed in PBS.Bowei Chen Hongliu Wu Ruibang Yi Wenhui Wang Haidong Xu Shaoxiang Zhang Hongzhou Peng Junwei Ma Haomiao Jiang Rui Zan Shuang Qiao Yu Sun Peng Hou Pei Han Jiahua Ni Xiaonong Zhang 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,52,17:0

16Facile solution-processed molybdenum oxide as hole transporting material for efficient organic solar cell显示文摘The large energy barrier in hole extraction still remains a great challenge in developing hole transporting layer (HTL) materials for organic solar cells (OSCs).Thus,solution-processed HTL materials with excellent hole collection ability and good compatibility with large-area processing technique are strongly desired for OSCs.Herein,we developed a cost-effective and solution-processed MoO_(3)HTL for efficient OSCs.By adding a small amount of glucose as reducing reagent into the ammonium molybdate precursor solution,a deeply n-doped MoO_(3),namely G:Mo,was prepared through the sol–gel method.Compared to pristine MoO_(3),the conductivity of G:Mo was enhanced by two orders of magnitude,which greatly improved the hole collection ability of the HTL.OSCs with G:Mo can exhibit comparable PCE to the PEDOT:PSS device.Using PBDB-TF:BTP-eC9 as the active layer,a PCE of 17.1%is obtained for the device,which is the highest PCE value for OSC using a solution-processed MoO_(3)HTL.More importantly,G:Mo is well compatible with the blade-coating processing.The OSC using a blade-coated G:Mo showed almost no PCE loss as compared to the device with spin-coated G:Mo HTL.The results from this work indicate that G:Mo is a promising HTL material for the practical production of OSCs.Qian Kang Chenyi Yang Bowei Xu Jianhui Hou 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,6:0
17Solution-Processed Silver Nanowire as Flexible Transparent Electrodes in Organic Solar Cells显示文摘Organic solar cells(OSCs)have attracted much attention due to their advantages in fabricating flexible and semi-transparent devices.Especially,the light weight,flexibility and spectral adjustability make OSCs superior to silicon,perovskite and other thin film based solar cells in applications of integrated photovoltaic devices and wearable electronics.In flexible and semi-transparent OSCs,transparent conducting electrodes(TCEs)play a key role in obtaining high performances.Among various TCEs,silver1 n anowire(AgNW)has become a promisi ng can didate due to its low sheet resistance,high optical transparency,excellent mechanical flexibility and solution processability.In this article,we review the recent advances in AgNW-based TCEs and their applications in the field of OSCs.Firstly,we introduce the general properties of AgNW including optoelectronic and mechanical characteristics.Secondly,the preparation methods of AgNW are discussed,along with some approaches on the optimization of AgNW to overcome the shortcomings of TCEs.Thirdly,we discuss the applications of AgNW as TCEs in fabricating flexible and semi-transparent OSCs,including the use of AgNW as bottom and top electrodes.Finally,we point out the challenges in AgNW-based TCEs and suggest several guidelines for preparing AgNW so as to meet the demands for the practical use of OSCs.Yi Yang Bowei Xu Jianhui Hou 2021Chinese Journal of Chemistry2021,39,8:0
18Highly Stable Organic Solar Cells Based on an Ultraviolet-Resistant Cathode Interfacial Layer显示文摘Although the photovoltaic efficiency of organic solar cells(OSCs)has exceeded 17%,poor lifetime excludes OSCs from practical use.In particular,UV rays in sunlight may cause the decomposition of organic photovoltaic materials,which has been proved to be the main reason for the efficiency decay.At present,there is still no effective approach to substantially improve the device stability.Herein,we fabricate a highly efficient OSC with exceptional stability under sunlight illumination by incorporating a UV-resistant cathode interlayer(CIL),namely(sulfobetaine-N,Ndimethylamino)propyl naphthalene diimide(NDI-B).NDI-B was designed and synthesized based on the naphthalene diimide(NDI)unit,thereby exhibiting excellent capability of electron collection.Moreover,NDI-B shows strong absorption in the UV region and has good UV resistance.Devices using NDI-B as a CIL exhibited a photovoltaic efficiency of 17.2%,representing the state-of-the-art photovoltaic performance of OSCs.Notably,the NDI-B-modified OSC exhibited a T80 of over 1800 h under full-sun AM 1.5 G illumination(100 mW cm^(−2)),which represents the best stability for OSCs.We demonstrate that the unique ability of the NDI-B interlayer to convert UV light to an additional photocurrent can effectively protect photovoltaic materials from UV-induced decomposition,which is the key to obtain high OSC stability under operational conditions.Qing Liao Qian Kang Yi Yang Zhong Zheng Jinzhao Qin Bowei Xu Jianhui Hou 2022CCS Chemistry2022,4,3:0
19Syntheses, Crystal Structures, Magnetic and Near-infrared Luminescence Properties of 3d-4f Coordination Polymers Cu2Pr2, Cu2Eu2 and Cu4Tb2显示文摘Three new 3d-4f heterometallic coordination polymers(CPs), namely,[Pr2(CuL)2(nipt)3(H2O)]·2H2O (Cu2Pr2,1),[Eu2(CuL)2(nipt)3(H2O)]-2H2O(Cu2Eu2, 2) and [Tb2(CuL)4(nipt)3]-8.3H2O(Cu4Tb2,3)(CuL,H2L= 2,3-dioxo-5,6,14,15-dibenzo-1,4,8,12-tetraazacyclo-pentadeca-7,13-dien;nipt^2-= 5-nitroisophthalate) were obtained by a solvothermal method and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses, elemental analyses, Fourier transform infrared spectra and ultraviolet visible absorption spectra. In Cu2Pr2 and Cu2Eu2,μ3-bridged and μ5-bridged nipt^2- ligands alternately linked three Ln^3+ and five metal ions(three Ln^3+ and two Cu^2+ ions) to generate a 2D heterometallic framework with 3,3,4,5-connected (3.4.5)(3^2.4^2.5.6^3.72)(4^2.6^3.8)(4^2.6) topology. In Cu4Tb2,μ2-bridged and μ4-bridged nipt2- ligands alternately connected two Tb3+ and four metal ions(two Tb^3+ and two Cu^2+ ions) by carboxylating into a corrugated heterometallic 2D layer with 3-connected (63) topology. The magnetic properties of Cu2Pr2 and Cu2Eu2 were also discussed, the results show tliat both CPs have a weak antimagnetic interaction.
