2Tunable luminescence in co-doped Zn3Al2Ge2O10:Cr3+by controlling crystal field splitting and nephelauxetic effect显示文摘Ce3+/Dy3+/Tb3+/Eu3+/Mn2+and Cr3+ions co-doped Zn3 Al2 Ge2 O10 phosphor were prepared by a hightemperature solid-state method.X-ray diffraction patterns prove the cubic phase structure of prepared Zn3 Al2 Ge2 O10 phosphor,Emission,excitation spectra and decay curves confirm the tunable luminescence.Different degrees of the decrease of emission FWHM in Zn3 Al2 Ge2 O10:0.02 Cr3+,RE(RE=Ce3+,Dy3+,Tb3+,Eu3+)and Zn3 Al2 Ge2 O10:0.02 Cr3+,Mn2+are observed.The reason of variable FWHM is the effect of crystal field splitting and nephelauxetic effect,and the nephelauxetic effect is dominant.Therefore,the emission FWHM decreases with the increasing concentration of Mn2+/Tb3+/Eu3+in Zn3 Al2 Ge2 O10:0.02 Cr3+,and for Zn3 Al2 Ge2 O10:0.02 Cr3+,Ce3+and Zn3 Al2 Ge2 O10:0.02 Cr3+,Dy3+,it is a constant.The variation of Zn3 Al2 Ge2 O10:0.02 Cr3+,Tb3+is more obvious than that of Zn3 Al2 Ge2 O10:0.02 Cr3+,Eu3+,because Tb3+ion has smaller electronegativity.Thus,the tunable luminescence of Cr3+can be realized by co-doping different ions.And these phosphors have potential applications in light-emitting diodes for plant growth.Qiongyu Bai Suling Zhao Zheng Xu Panlai Li 2020Journal of Rare Earths2020,38,12:3

4PMN-MDSCs modulated by CCL20 from cancer cells promoted breast cancer cell stemness through CXCL2-CXCR2 pathway显示文摘Our previous studies have showed that C-C motif chemokine ligand 20(CCL20)advanced tumor progression and enhanced the chemoresistance of cancer cells by positively regulating breast cancer stem cell(BCSC)self-renewal.However,it is unclear whether CCL20 affects breast cancer progression by remodeling the tumor microenvironment(TME).Here,we observed that polymorphonuclear myeloid-derived suppressor cells(PMN-MDSCs)were remarkably enriched in TME of CCL20-overexpressing cancer cell orthotopic allograft tumors.Mechanistically,CCL20 activated the differentiation of granulocyte-monocyte progenitors(GMPs)via its receptor C-C motif chemokine receptor 6(CCR6)leading to the PMN-MDSC expansion.PMN-MDSCs from CCL20-overexpressing cell orthotopic allograft tumors(CCL20-modulated PMN-MDSCs)secreted amounts of C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 2(CXCL2)and increased ALDH+BCSCs via activating CXCR2/NOTCH1/HEY1 signaling pathway.Furthermore,C-X-C motif chemokine receptor 2(CXCR2)antagonist SB225002 enhanced the docetaxel(DTX)effects on tumor growth by decreasing BCSCs in CCL20high-expressing tumors.These findings elucidated how CCL20 modulated the TME to promote cancer development,indicating a new therapeutic strategy by interfering with the interaction between PMN-MDSCs and BCSCs in breast cancer,especially in CCL20high-expressing breast cancer.Rui Zhang Mengxue Dong Juchuanli Tu Fengkai Li Qiaodan Deng Jiahui Xu Xueyan He Jiajun Ding Jie Xia Dandan Sheng Zhaoxia Chang Wei Ma Haonan Dong Yi Zhang Lixing Zhang Lu Zhang Suling Liu 2023Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,4:2
5The effect of modified layers on the performance of inverted ZnO nanorods/MEH-PPV solar cells显示文摘We fabricate inverted organic/inorganic hybrid solar cells based on vertically oriented ZnO nanorods and polymer MEH-PPV. The morphology of ZnO nanorods and ZnO nanorods/MEH-PPV hybrid structure is depicted by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and atomic force microscope (AFM), respectively. It is observed that ZnO nanorods array grows primarily aligned along the perpendicular direction of the ITO substrate. The MEH-PPV molecule does not enter the interspace between ZnO nanorods completely according to SEM picture. It results in the small and bad contact area between ZnO nanorods and MEH-PPV. To improve the photovoltaic performance, we also fabricate another kind of photovoltaic (PV) device modified by N719 dye, and exploit the effect of N719. After the modification of ZnO nanorods by N719, not only Jsc increases from 0.257 mA/cm2 to 0.42 mA/cm2, but also Voc enhances from 0.37 V to 0.42 V. 6Predicting the device performance of the perovskite solar cells from the experimental parameters through machine learning of existing experimental results显示文摘The performance of the metal halide perovskite solar cells(PSCs)highly relies on the experimental parameters,including the fabrication processes and the compositions of the perovskites;tremendous experimental work has been done to optimize these factors.However,predicting the device performance of the PSCs from the fabrication parameters before experiments is still challenging.Herein,we bridge this gap by machine learning(ML)based on a dataset including 1072 devices from peer-reviewed publications.The optimized ML model accurately predicts the PCE from the experimental parameters with a root mean square error of 1.28%and a Pearson coefficientr of 0.768.Moreover,the factors governing the device performance are ranked by shapley additive explanations(SHAP),among which,A-site cation is crucial to getting highly efficient PSCs.Experiments and density functional theory calculations are employed to validate and help explain the predicting results by the ML model.Our work reveals the feasibility of ML in predicting the device performance from the experimental parameters before experiments,which enables the reverse experimental design toward highly efficient PSCs.Yao Lu Dong Wei Wu Liu Juan Meng Xiaomin Huo Yu Zhang Zhiqin Liang Bo Qiao Suling Zhao Dandan Song Zheng Xu 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,2:1

14The Dynamic Characteristics of Silicone Rubber Isolator显示文摘The dynamic stiffness and the specific damping energy, as well as the vibration response characteristics of a silicone rubber isolator were researched. The results of the vibration test showed that the silicone rubber isolator was excellent in the performance of vibration control. The dynamic stiffness and the damping characteristics were non-linear. From the comparison between experimental results and simulation analysis, the displacement transmissibility characteristics of the isolator were obtained. 17Distribution of YAP in 10 populations of China显示文摘The Y_chromosome Alu polymorphism was studied in 10 populations in China. The Alu insertion is present in 54/571 individuals (9%). Among 10 populations, the frequency of YAP element is quite high (49%) in the Tibetans and at moderate or low levels (15%-4%) in the Yi, Hui and Uygur.
