1Effect of Nb^(5+)and Cu^(2+)codoping on thermal properties of Gd_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7)ceramic显示文摘In this work,Nb^(5+)and Cu^(2+)were selected to partially substitute Zr4+in Gd_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7)for studying the phase structure,microscopic morphology and thermal properties.Gd_(2)(Zr_(1-3 x/2)Nb_(x)CU_(x/2))_(2)O_(7)(x=0,0.05,0.1,0.15,0.2,0.25)ceramic materials were synthesized by high-temperature solid-state reaction method.The results show that the Gd_(2)(Zr_(1-3 x/2)Nb_(x)Cu_(x)/2)_(2)O_(7)ceramics present cubic pyrochlore structure with clear grain boundaries and dense cell structure.And the thermal expansion coefficient of Gd_(2)(Zr_(1-3 x/2)Nb_(x)Cu_(x/2))_(2)O_(7)ceramics gradually decreases because of the incorporation of Nb^(5+)and Cu^(2+)into Zr-site in Gd_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7).Meanwhile,its thermal conductivity decreases firstly and then increases with the doping of Nb^(5+)and Cu^(2+),which reaches the lowest value for the composition of Gd_(2)(Zr_(0.85)Nb_(0.1)Cu_(0.05))_(2)O_(7).Tao Jiang Min Xie Lili Guan Xuanli Wang Xiwen Song 2021Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,2:5
2A flexible solid-state supercapacitor based on graphene/polyaniline paper electrodes显示文摘The direct coating of graphene sheets obtained by electrochemical exfoliation on commercial paper renders the preparation of highly conductive flexible paper substrate for subsequent deposition of polyaniline (PANi) nanorods via electrochemical polymerization. The deposit ion of PANi can be well-controlled by adjusting the electrochemical polymerization time, leading to the formation of PANi coated graphene paper (PANi-GP). The as-prepared electrode exhibited high areal capacitance of 176 mF cm^-2 in three-electrode system at a current density of 0.2 mA cm^-2 which is around 10 times larger than that of pris-tine graphene paper due to the pseudocapacitive behavior of PANi. In-situ Raman test was used to determine the molecular changes during redox process of PANi. More importantly, all-solid-state symmetric capacitor assembled with two PANi-GP electrodes in a polymer electrolyte delivered an areal capacitanee of 123 mF cm^-2, corresponding to an areal energy density of 17.1 μWh cm^-2 and an areal power density of 0.25 mW cm^-2. The symmetric capacitor held a capacitive retention of 74.8% after 500 bending tests from 0 to 120°, suggesting the good flexibility and mechanical stability. 3A Novel Resource Allocation Algorithm based on Downlink and Uplink Decouple Access Scheme in Heterogeneous Networks显示文摘Traditional cellular network requires that a user equipment(UE) should associate to the same base station(BS) in both the downlink(DL) and the uplink(UL). Based on dual connectivity(DC) introduced in LTE-Advanced R12, DL/UL decouple access scheme has been proposed, which is especially suitable for heterogeneous networks(Het Nets). This paper is the pioneer to take the DL/UL decouple access scheme into consideration and develop a novel resource allocation algorithm in a two-tier Het Net to improve the total system throughput in the UL and ease the load imbalance between macro base stations(MBSs) and pico base stations(PBSs). A model is formulated as a nonlinear integer programming, and the proposed algorithm is a sub-optimal algorithm based on the graph theory. First, an undirected and weighted interference graph is obtained. Next, the users are grouped to let users with large mutual interferences to be assigned to different clusters. Then, the users in different clusters are allocated to different resource blocks(RBs) by using the Hungarian algorithm. 4Pulse shaping method to compensate for antenna distortion in ultra-wideband communications显示文摘In the ultra-wideband (UWB) communication systems, a critical spectral mask is released to restrict the allowable interference to other wireless devices by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), and then some pulse shaping methods have been presented to fulfil the mask. However, most pulse shaping methods do not consider the antenna distortion which cannot be neglected in the UWB communication systems compared with the conventional systems. To this end, an orthogonal wavelet based pulse shaping method is proposed in this paper to integrate compensation of antenna distortion into pulse shaping. 5Redox-active conjugated microporous polymers as electron-accepting organic pseudocapacitor electrode materials for flexible energy storage显示文摘Efficient energy storage devices,i.e.pseudocapacitors,are being intensively pursued to address the environmental and energy crises.Most high-performance pseudocapacitors are based on inorganic materials,while organic materials with broader synthetic tunability have attracted increasing interest.Despite recent progress,electron-deficient(n-type)organic pseudocapacitive materials for flexible energy storage are highly demanded yet remain largely unexplored.Here a novel set of n-type perylene diimide(PDI)based conjugated microporous polymers(CMPs),namely,CMP-1,CMP-2 and CMP-3,have been created to integrate excellent desirable characteristics as organic pseudocapacitor electrode materials for flexible energy storage.In light of electron-accepting redox-active sites,hierarchically porous structures,as well as amide-linked networks,the PDI-CMPs electrodes displayed n-type pseudocapacitive behaviors with high capacity(139-205 F g^(-1)at 0.5 A g^(-1)),wide and negative biases(-1.0 to 0 V vs.Ag/AgCl),and long cycling stability.CMP-3 consisting of tetraphenylmethane three-dimensional(3D)building block and PDI units demonstrates not only higher capacitance but also better performance stability because of the higher specific surface area and faster diffusion kinetics as compared to its counterpart CMP-1.Asymmetric supercapacitors(SCs)based on CMP-3 and poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-poly(styrenesulfonate)(PEDOT/PSS)exhibited wider potential window(1.8 V)and higher capacitance(17.4 m F cm^(-2))compared with symmetric SCs based on PEDOT/PSS electrodes.Notably,CMP-3 also demonstrates attractive potentials as the anode for rechargeable Li-ion batteries.The study sheds light on the fundamental understanding of the key structural parameters that determine their electrochemical and transport properties,thus opening a new door for the rational design of efficient and stable n-type organic electrode materials for flexible energy storage applications.Xu Liu Gengzhi Sun Yujiao Gong Cheng-Fang Liu Shi Wang Shihao Xu Xuanli Yang Lei Yang Wen-Yong Lai 2022Science China Chemistry2022,65,9:2

7High Capacity Spectrum Sensing Framework Based on Relay Cooperation显示文摘In order to reduce interference to primary users and provide better performance of detection probability and channel capacity in multi-user cooperative spectrum sensing networks, a high capacity spectrum sensing framework is proposed based on the analysis of amplification factors on the performance of detection probability and channel capacity. Thanks to the energy concentration property of chirp signals in the Fractional Fourier Transform(Fr FT) domain, sinusoidal signal and different chirp signals are utilized for primary user and cognitive users, respectively. Hence, spectrum sensing and signal transmission can be performed simultaneously in our proposed framework. Simulation results show that compared with the previous relay-based framework, the modified cooperative spectrum sensing framework can improve the detection probability significantly, and the channel capacity can also be improved.
