| 1 | 基于声波理论的氧输送系统低频脉动特性数值研究显示文摘Aiming at the low-frequency pressure fluctuation phenomena in certain liquid oxygen delivery systems during dual engine operation,a numerical study on the intrinsic frequency of the liquid oxygen delivery system was conducted by adopting an acoustic unit in Abaqus.Factors such as condensation characteristics of the oxygen-enriched gas gas in the liquid oxygen’s pipeline between pumps,flexibility of the accumulator,and cavitation flexibility of the engine were considered in the simulation models.The simulation results show that the second order frequency of the liquid oxygen delivery system is 8.77 Hz,and the phase difference of the corresponding acoustic modal is 180°,which is the liquid circuit frequency of the small loop between the two branches of the tee.This is consistent with the low-frequency fluctuation phenomenon during flight.Moreover,the simulation results were consistent with the liquid circuit frequency solved via the transfer matrix,which also verified the effectiveness of the frequency analysis method based on acoustic theory. | CHEN Erfeng ZHENG Maoqi FANG Hongrong XUE Lipeng MA Fei | 2021 | Aerospace China2021，22，2： | 1 |
| 2 | Geochemical and Zircon Hf-O Isotopic Constraints on the Origin of Wulian A-Type Granite in Shandong Peninsula,Eastern China显示文摘Early Cretaceous A-type granitic plutons are widely distributed in Shandong Peninsula,which are of great significance to understanding the regional tectonic evolution.Here we report geochemical characteristics,geochronological results,and zircon Hf-O isotope compositions of Wulian granites to reveal its origin and geological significance.Wulian granites share most characteristics of the A_(2)-type granite.Zircon U-Pb LA-ICPMS analysis for Wulian A-type granites yields average age of 116.6±2.1 Ma.Zircon O isotope values range from 4.20‰to 5.57‰,and these values are marginally identical to or slightly lower than those of mantle zircon(5.3‰±0.3‰).Zirconε_(Hf)(t)values(-26.1--23.5)indicate an enriched source.Integrated zircon Hf-O isotope compositions indicate that the source region of Wulian granites involves the components of ancient oceanic crust.Apatites from Wulian granites have the lower chlorine(0.06 wt.%-0.15 wt.%)and higher fluorine contents(2.11 wt.%-2.48 wt.%)compared with Haiyang pluton,together with their high(La/Gd)_(N),(La/Yd)_(N) and low(Gd/Yb)_(N) ratios and high oxygen state magma reflected from zircon,signifying that slab derived component was added into the overlying mantle region through fluid/melt.The geochemical characteristics of Wulian granites could be explained by the ridge(between the Izanagi and Pacific plates)subduction model,which began to influence the tectonic evolution of the Xuhuai region and Shandong Peninsula since~130±5 Ma.The following slab window between two plates plausibly explains regional extension,resulting in hot magma upwelling and the formation of the A-type granite belt.Integrating the Lower Yangtze River belt and Shandong Peninsula A-type granite proves the northward movement of the ridge between the Pacific Plate and Izanagi Plate. | Shuai Yuan He Li Lipeng Zhang Congying Li Haiyang Liu Ying-Yu Xue Weidong Sun | 2022 | Journal of Earth Science2022，33，3： | 0 |
| 3 | Isolation and analysis of SSEA-4 positive cells derived from fetal marrow mesenchymal stem cells显示文摘A big issue in stem cell research is to derive prospective totipotential stem cells. In this study, fMSC-SSEA-4 cells expressing SSEA-4 anti- gen were isolated from fetal marrow masenchymal stem cells (fMSCs) using immunomagnetic bead sorting technique. The totipotent cells were identified and their biological characteristics were further stud- ied. The expression of Oct-4 and SSEA-4, carcino- genicity, and the ability to differentiation of fMSC- SSEA-4 cells were evaluated to verify the totipotent potential. fMSC-SSEA-4 cells were isolated suc- cessfully from fMSCs (2.5% among fMSCs), while no obvious differences were seen in morphology, growth curve, cell cycle and immunophenotype, Oct-4 and SSEA-4 expression between fMSC-SSEA-4 cells and fMSCs. fMSC-SSEA-4 cells showed normal diploid chromosome karyotype and no carcinoma was in- duced after inoculation into nude mice. fMSC- SSEA-4 cells could be induced to fat cells, osteo- genic cells and neuron-like cells in vitro with different induced factors.
