Reservoir-induced landslides and risk control in Three Gorges Project on Yangtze River,China显示文摘The Three Gorges region in China was basically a geohazard-prone area prior to construction of the Three Gorges Reservoir(TGR).After construction of the TGR,the water level was raised from 70 m to 175 m above sea level(ASL).and annual reservoir regulation has caused a 30-m water level difference after impoundment of the TGR since September 2008.This paper first presents the spatiotemporal distribution of landslides in six periods of 175 m ASL trial impoundments from 2008 to 2014.The results show that the number of landslides sharply decreased from 273 at the initial stage to less than ten at the second stage of impoundment.Based on this, the reservoir-induced landslides in the TGR region can be roughly classified into five failure patterns,i.e.accumulation landslide,dip-slope landslide, reversed bedding landslide, rockfall, and karst breccia landslide. The accumulation landslides and dip-slope landslides account for more than 90%.Taking the Shuping accumulation landslide(a sliding mass volume of 20.7 × 10~6 m^3) in Zigui County and the Outang dip-slope landslide(a sliding mass volume of about 90 × 10~6 m^3) in Fengjie County as two typical cases, the mechanisms of reactivation of the two landslides are analyzed. The monitoring data and factor of safety(FOS) calculation show that the accumulation landslide is dominated by water level variation in the reservoir as most part of the mass body is under 175 m ASL,and the dip-slope landslide is controlled by the coupling effect of reservoir water level variation and precipitation as an extensive recharge area of rainfall from the rear and the front mass is below 175 m ASL.The characteristics of landslide-induced impulsive wave hazards after and before reservoir impoundment are studied, and the probability of occurrence of a landslide-induced impulsive wave hazard has increased in the reservoir region.Simulation results of the Ganjingzi landslide in Wushan County indicate the strong relationship between landslide-induced surge and water variation with high potential risk to shipping and residential areas.Regarding reservoir regulation in TGR when using a single index,i.e.1-d water level variation, water resources are not well utilized, and there is also potential risk of disasters since 2008.In addition, various indices such as 1-d.5-d,and 10-d water level variations are proposed for reservoir regulation. Finally, taking reservoir-induced landslides in June2015 for example, the feasibility of the optimizing indices of water level variations is verified.Yueping Yin Bolin Huang Wenpei Wang Yunjie Wei Xiaohan Ma Fei Ma Changjun Zhao 2016Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2016,8,5:45

Motion trajectory prediction based on a CNN-LSTM sequential model显示文摘Accurate monitoring the surrounding environment is an important research direction in the field of unmanned systems such as bio-robotics,and has attracted much research attention in recent years. The trajectories of surrounding vehicles should be predicted accurately in space and time to realize active defense and running safety of an unmanned system. However, there is uncertainty and uncontrollability in the process of trajectory prediction of surrounding obstacles. In this study,we propose a trajectory prediction method based on a sequential model, that fuses two neural networks of a convolutional neural network(CNN)and a long short-term memory network(LSTM).First,a box plot is used to detect and eliminate abnormal values of vehicle trajectories, and valid trajectory data are obtained.Second, the trajectories of surrounding vehicles are predicted by merging the characteristics of CNN space expansion and LSTM time expansion;the hyper-parameters of the model are optimized according to a grid search algorithm, which satisfies the double-precision prediction requirement in space and time. Finally, data from next generation simulation(NGSIM)and Creteil roundabout in France are taken as test cases;the correctness and rationality of the method are verified by prediction error indicators.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed CNNLSTM method is more accurate and features a shorter time cost, which meets the prediction requirements and provides an effective method for the safe operation of unmanned systems.Guo XIE Anqi SHANGGUAN Rong FEI Wenjiang JI Weigang MA Xinhong HEI 2020Science China(Information Sciences)2020,63,11:24

Fast magnetic reconstruction of the portal vein with allogeneic blood vessels in canines显示文摘BACKGROUND:The resection and reconstruction of large vessels, including the portal vein, are frequently needed in tumor resection.Warm ischemia before reconstruction might have deleterious effects on the function of some vital organs and therefore, how to reconstruct the vessels quickly after resection is extremely important. The present study was to introduce a new type of magnetic compression anastomosis(MCA)device to establish a quick non-suture anastomosis of the portal vein after resection in canines.METHODS:The new MCA device consists of a pair of titanium alloy and neodymium-ferrum-boron magnet(Ti-Nd Fe B)composite rings. The Nd Fe B magnetic ring as a core of the device was hermetically sealed inside the biomedical titanium alloy case.Twelve canines were divided into two groups:a MCA group in which the end-to-end anastomoses was made with a new device after resection in the portal vein and a traditional manual suture(TMS)group consisted of 6 canines. The anastomosis time, anastomotic patency and quality were investigated at week 24 postoperatively.RESULTS:The portal vein was reconstructed successfully in all of the animals and they all survived. The duration of portal vein anastomosis was significantly shorter in the MCA group than in the TMS group(8.16±1.25 vs 36.24±2.17 min,P<0.05).Portography and ultrasound showed that the blood flow was normal without angiostenosis or thrombosis in all of the canines.Hematoxylin-eosin staining and electron microscope scanning showed in contrast to the TMS group,MCA anastomotic intimal was much smoother with more regularly arranged endothelial cells at week 24 postoperatively.Shan-Pei Wang Xiao-Peng Yan Fei Xue Ding-Hui Dong Xu-Feng Zhang Feng Ma Hao-Hua Wang Yi Lv 2015Hepatobiliary & Pancreatic Diseases International2015,14,3:20
The influence of stage at diagnosis and molecular subtype on breast cancer patient survival: a hospital.based multi.center study显示文摘Background: Stage at diagnosis and molecular subtype are important clinical factors associated with breast cancer patient survival. However, subgroup survival data from a large study sample are limited in China. To estimate the survival differences among patients with different stages and various subtypes of breast cancer, we conducted a hospital-based multi-center study on breast cancer in Beijing, China. Methods: All resident patients diagnosed with primary, invasive breast cancer between January 1,2006 and December 31,2010 from four selected hospitals in Beijing were included and followed up until December 31,2015. Hospitalbased data of stage at diagnosis, hormone receptor status, and selected clinical characteristics, including body mass index(BMI), menopausal status, histological grade, and histological type, were collected from the medical records of the study subjects. Overall survival(OS) and cancer-specific survival(CSS) were estimated. Cox proportional hazards models were employed to evaluate the associations of stage at diagnosis and molecular subtype with patient survival. Results: The 5-year OS and CSS rates for all patients were 89.4% and 90.3%. Survival varied by stage and molecular subtype. The 5-year OS rates for patients with stage I, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, and IV diseases were 96.5%, 91.6%, 74.8%, and 40.7%,respectively, and the corresponding estimates of 5-year CSS rates were 97.1%, 92.6%, 75.6%, and 42.7%, respectively. The 5-year OS rates for patients with luminal A, luminal B, HER2, and triple-negative subtypes of breast cancer were92.6%, 88.4%, 83.6%, and 82.9%, respectively, and the corresponding estimates of 5-year CSS rates were 93.2%, 89.1 %,85.4%, and 83.5%, respectively. Multivariate analysis showed that stage at diagnosis and molecular subtype were important prognostic factors for breast cancer. Conclusions: Survival of breast cancer patients varied significantly by stage and molecular subtype. Cancer screening is encouraged for the early detection and early diagnosis of breast cancer. More advanced therapies and health care policies are needed on HER2 and triple-negative subtypes.Tingting Zuo Hongmei Zeng Huichao Li Shuo Liu Lei Yang Changfa Xia Rongshou Zheng Fei Ma Lifang Liu Ning Wang Lixue Xuan Wanqing Chen 2017Chinese Journal of Cancer2017,36,11:18
Higher CO_2-insufflation pressure inhibits the expression of adhesion molecules and the invasion potential of colon cancer cells显示文摘AIM:To investigate the influence of CO2-insufflation pressure on adhesion, invasion and metastatic potential of colon cancer cells based on adhesion molecules expression.METHODS:With an in vitro artificial pneumoperitoneum model,SW1116 human colon carcinoma cells were exposed to CO2-insufflation in 5 different pressure groups:6 mmHg,9 mmHg,12 mmHg,15 mmHg and control group, respectively for 1 h.Expression of E-cadherin,ICAM-1,CD44 and E-selectin was measured at 0,12,24,48 and 72 h after CO2-insufflation using flow cytometry. The adhesion and invasion capacity of SW1116 cells before and after exposure to CO2-insufflation was detected by cell adhesion/invasion assay in vitro. Each group of cells was injected intraperitoneally into 16 BALB/C mice. The number of visible abdominal cavity tumor nodules, visceral metastases and survival of the mice were recorded in each group.RESULTS:The expression of E-cadherin,ICAM-1,CD44 and E-selectin in SW1116 cells were changed significantly following exposure to CO2 insufflation at different pressures(P<0.05).The expression of E-cadherin,CD44 and ICAM-1 decreased with increasing CO2-insufflation pressure. The adhesive/invasive cells also decreased gradually with increasing pressure as determined by the adhesion/invasion assay. In animal experiments, the number of abdominal cavity tumor nodules in the 15 mmHg group was also signif icantly lower than that in the 6 mmHg group(29.7±9.91 vs 41.7±14.90,P=0.046).However,the survival in each group was not statistically different.CONCLUSION:CO2-insufflation induced a temporary change in the adhesion and invasion capacity of cancer cells in vitro.Higher CO2-insufflation pressure inhibited adhesion, invasion and metastatic potential in vitro and in vivo, which was associated with reduced expression of adhesion molecules.Jun-Jun Ma Bo Feng Yi Zhang Jian-Wen Li Ai-Guo Lu Ming-Liang Wang Yuan-Fei Peng Wei-Guo Hu Fei Yue Min-Hua Zheng 2009World Journal of Gastroenterology2009,15,22:16
Resveratrol alleviates intestinal mucosal barrier dysfunction in dextran sulfate sodium-induced colitis mice by enhancing autophagy显示文摘BACKGROUND Intestinal mucosal barrier dysfunction plays an important role in the pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis(UC).Recent studies have revealed that impaired autophagy is associated with intestinal mucosal dysfunction in the mucosa of colitis mice.Resveratrol exerts anti-inflammatory functions by regulating autophagy.AIM To investigate the effect and mechanism of resveratrol on protecting the integrity of the intestinal mucosal barrier and anti-inflammation in dextran sulfate sodium(DSS)-induced ulcerative colitis mice.METHODS Male C57BL/6 mice were divided into four groups:negative control group,DSS model group,DSS+resveratrol group, and DSS+5-aminosalicylic acid group. The severity of colitis was assessed by the disease activity index, serum inflammatory cytokines were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Colon tissues were stained with haematoxylin and eosin, and mucosal damage was evaluated by mean histological score. The expression of occludin and ZO-1 in colon tissue was evaluated using immunohistochemical analysis. In addition, the expression of autophagy-related genes was determined using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction and Western-blot,and morphology of autophagy was observed by transmission electron microscopy.RESULTS The resveratrol treatment group showed a 1.72-fold decrease in disease activity index scores and 1.42,3.81,and 1.65-fold decrease in the production of the inflammatory cytokine tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6 and interleukin-1β,respectively,in DSS-induced colitis mice compared with DSS group(P<0.05).The expressions of the tight junction proteins occludin and ZO-1 in DSS model group were decreased, and were increased in resveratrol-treated colitis group.Resveratrol also increased the levels of LC3B(by 1.39-fold compared with DSS group)and Beclin-1(by 1.49-fold compared with DSS group)(P<0.05),as well as the number of autophagosomes, which implies that the resveratrol may alleviate intestinal mucosal barrier dysfunction in DSS-induced UC mice by enhancing autophagy.CONCLUSION Resveratrol treatment decreased the expression of inflammatory factors, increased the expression of tight junction proteins and alleviated UC intestinal mucosal barrier dysfunction;this effect may be achieved by enhancing autophagy in intestinal epithelial cells.Hang-Hai Pan Xin-Xin Zhou Ying-Yu Ma Wen-Sheng Pan Fei Zhao Mo-Sang Yu Jing-Quan Liu 2020World Journal of Gastroenterology2020,26,33:16
Electroacupuncture preconditioning protects against focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury via suppression of dynamin-related protein 1显示文摘Electroacupuncture preconditioning at acupoint Baihui(GV20) can reduce focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury. However, the precise protective mechanism remains unknown. Mitochondrial fission mediated by dynamin-related protein 1(Drp1) can trigger neuronal apoptosis following cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury. Herein, we examined the hypothesis that electroacupuncture pretreatment can regulate Drp1, and thus inhibit mitochondrial fission to provide cerebral protection. Rat models of focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury were established by middle cerebral artery occlusion at 24 hours after 5 consecutive days of preconditioning with electroacupuncture at GV20(depth 2 mm, intensity 1 m A, frequency 2/15 Hz, for 30 minutes, once a day). Neurological function was assessed using the Longa neurological deficit score. Pathological changes in the ischemic penumbra on the injury side were assessed by hematoxylin-eosin staining. Cellular apoptosis in the ischemic penumbra on the injury side was assessed by terminal deoxyribonucleotidyl transferase-mediated d UTP-digoxigenin nick end labeling staining. Mitochondrial ultrastructure in the ischemic penumbra on the injury side was assessed by transmission electron microscopy. Drp1 and cytochrome c expression in the ischemic penumbra on the injury side were assessed by western blot assay. Results showed that electroacupuncture preconditioning decreased expression of total and mitochondrial Drp1, decreased expression of total and cytosolic cytochrome c, maintained mitochondrial morphology and reduced the proportion of apoptotic cells in the ischemic penumbra on the injury side, with associated improvements in neurological function. These data suggest that electroacupuncture preconditioning-induced neuronal protection involves inhibition of the expression and translocation of Drp1.Gao-feng Zhang Pei Yang Zeng Yin Huai-long Chen Fu-guo Ma Bin Wang Li-xin Sun Yan-lin Bi Fei Shi Ming-shan Wang 2018Neural Regeneration Research2018,13,1:16
Effects of freeze-thaw cycle on engineering properties of loess used as road fills in seasonally frozen ground regions,North China显示文摘Compacted loess is widely used as fills of road embankments in loess regions of northern China.Generally, densely-compacted loess can satisfy the requirements of embankment strength and postconstruction deformation. However, uneven subsidence, pavement cracks and other related damages can affect the integrity of loess subgrade after several years of operation, and even cause some hazards, especially in North China, where the strong freeze-thaw erosion occurs. In this study, cyclic freeze-thaw tests for both densely and loosely compacted loess samples were performed to determine the variation in engineering properties such as volume, void ratio, collapsible settlement, microstructure, and the related mechanisms were addressed. The experimental results showed that an obvious water migration and redistribution occurred within the samples during freeze-thaw cycles. Ice lenses and fissures could be identified in the upper frozen layers of the samples. After freeze-thaw cycles, the dry densities of the upper layers of samples changed significantly due to strong freeze-thaw erosion. The dry densities decreased for the dense sample and increased for the loose sample. It can be found that dense samples become loose, while loose samples became dense with the increasing number of freeze-thaw cycles. Their related void ratios changed reversely. Both void ratios tended to fall into a certain range, which verified the concept of a residual void ratio proposed by Viklander. The loosening process of densely compacted samples involves the formation of large pores, volume increase and density reduction as well as the related changes in mechanical properties because freeze-thaw cycles may be important contribution to problems of loess road embankments.Adverse effects of freeze-thaw cycles, therefore, should be taken into account in selecting loess parameters for the stability evaluation of road embankment in seasonally frozen ground regions.LI Guo-yu MA Wei MU Yan-hu WANG Fei FAN Shan-zhi WU Ya-hu 2017Journal of Mountain Science2017,14,2:15
The prognostic and therapeutic implications of circulating tumor cell phenotype detection based on epithelial-mesenchymal transition markers in the first-line chemotherapy of HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer显示文摘Background:Epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)is implicated in the metastatic process and presents a chal-lenge to epithelial cell adhesion molecule-based detection of circulating tumor cells(CTCs),which have been demon-strated to be a prognostic indicator in metastatic breast cancer.Although evidence has indicated that heterogeneity of CTCs based on EMT markers is associated with disease progression,no standard recommendations have been established for clinical practice. This study aimed to evaluate the prognostic significance of dynamic CTC detection based on EMT for metastatic breast cancer patients. Methods:We enrolled 108 human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative metastatic breast cancer patients from the prospective phase III CAMELLIA study and applied the CanPatrol CTC enrichment technique to identify CTC phenotypes(including epithelial CTCs,biphenotypic epithelial/mesenchymal CTCs,and mesenchymal CTCs)in peripheral blood samples.Receiver operating characteristic curve analyses of total CTC count and the proportion of mesenchymal CTCs for predicting the 1-year progression-free survival(PFS)rate were conducted to determine the optimal cut-off values, and Kaplan-Meier analysis and Cox proportional hazards regression analysis were performed to investigate the prognostic value of the cut-off values of both total CTC count and the proportion of mesenchymal CTCs in combination. Results:For predicting the 1-year PFS rate, the optimal cut-off value of total CTC count was 9.5(Area under the curve[AUC]=0.538,95%confidence interval[CI]=0.418-0.657),and that of the proportion of mesenchymal CTCs was 10.7%(AUC=0.581,95%CI=0.463-0.699).We used the two cut-off values in combination to forecast PFS in which the total CTC count was equaled to or exceeded 10/5 mL with the proportion of mesenchymal CTCs surpassed 10.7%.Patients who met the combined criteria had significantly shorter median PFS than did those who did not meet the criteria(6.2 vs.9.9 months,P=0.010).A nomogram was constructed based on the criteria and significant clinicopatho-logical characteristics with a C-index of 0.613(P=0.010).Conclusions: The criteria, which combine the total CTC count and the proportion of mesenchymal CTCs, may be used to monitor therapeutic resistance and predict prognosis in patients with metastatic breast cancer.Xiuwen Guan Fei Ma Chunxiao Li Shiyang Wu Shangying Hu Jiefen Huang Xiaoying Sun Jiayu Wang Yang Luo Ruigang Cai Ying Fan Qiao Li Shanshan Chen Pin Zhang Qing Li Binghe Xu 2019Cancer Communications2019,39,1:15

HYDRAULIC CHARACTERISTICS OF SLIT-TYPE ENERGY DISSIPA-TERS显示文摘Slit-Type Energy Dissipater(STED) has been a kind of important devices for energy dissipation. The flow through the STED is longitudinally extended and the velocity is decreased by means of the cross-section increase of the flow, which is closely related to geometric and hydraulic parameters of the STED.Therefore,it is necessary to investigate and control the hydraulic condi-tions through the STED,including the nappe section form, the conversion condition, and the effect of energy dissipation with the geometric and hydraulic parameters. In the present work,'I-type' and 'T-type' nappe forms were experimentally classified, the con-version conditions of the nappe forms were empirically provided, and the effects of geometric parameters of the STED on energy dissipation were roughly analyzed. It is concluded that the contraction angle of the STED is a key factor influencing the hydraulic characteristics of the STED.WU Jian-hua MA Fei YAO Li 2012Journal of Hydrodynamics2012,24,6:14
Choledochojejunostomy with an innovative magneticcompressive anastomosis:How to determine optimalpressure?显示文摘AIM: To investigate the optimal magnetic pressure and provide a theoretical basis for choledochojejunostomy magnetic compressive anastomosis(magnamosis).METHODS: Four groups of neodymium-iron-boron magnets with different magnetic pressures of 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 and 0.4 MPa were used to complete the choledochojejunostomy magnamosis. Twenty-six young mongrel dogs were randomly divided into five groups: four groups with different magnetic pressures and 1 group with a hand-suture anastomosis. Serum bilirubin levels were measured in all groups before and 1 wk, 2 wk, 3 wk, 1 mo and 3 mo after surgery. Daily abdominal X-ray fluoroscopy was carried out postoperatively to detect the path and the excretion of the magnet. The animals were euthanized at 1 or 3 mo after the operation, the burst pressure was detected in each anastomosis, and the gross appearance and histology were compared according to the observation.RESULTS: The surgical procedures were all successfully performed in animals. However, animals of group D(magnetic pressure of 0.4 MPa) all experienced complications with bile leakage(4/4), whereas half of animals in group A(magnetic pressure of 0.1 MPa) experienced complications(3/6), 1 animal in the manual group E developed anastomotic stenosis, and animals in group B and group C(magnetic pressure of 0.2 MPa and 0.3 MPa, respectively) all healed well without complications. These results also suggested that the time required to form the stoma was inversely proportional to the magnetic pressure; however, the burst pressure of group A was smaller than those of the other groups at 1 mo(187.5 ± 17.7 vs 290 ± 10/296.7 ± 5.7/287.5 ± 3.5, P < 0.05); the remaining groups did not differ significantly. A histologic examination demonstrated obvious differences between the magnamosis groups and the hand-sewn group.CONCLUSION: We proved that the optimal range for choledochojejunostomy magnamosis is 0.2 MPa to 0.3 MPa, which will help to improve the clinical application of this technique in the future.Fei Xue Hong-Chang Guo Jian-Peng Li Jian-Wen Lu Hao-Hua Wang Feng Ma Ya-Xiong Liu Yi Lv 2016World Journal of Gastroenterology2016,22,7:14
Three-dimensional bioprinting collagen/silk fibroin scaffold combined with neural stem cells promotes nerve regeneration after spinal cord injury显示文摘Many studies have shown that bio-scaffolds have important value for promoting axonal regeneration of injured spinal cord.Indeed, cell transplantation and bio-scaffold implantation are considered to be effective methods for neural regeneration. This study was designed to fabricate a type of three-dimensional collagen/silk fibroin scaffold (3D-CF) with cavities that simulate the anatomy of normal spinal cord. This scaffold allows cell growth in vitro and in vivo.To observe the effects of combined transplantation of neural stem cells (NSCs) and 3D-CF on the repair of spinal cord injury.Forty Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into four groups: sham (only laminectomy was performed),spinal cord injury (transection injury of T10 spinal cord without any transplantation),3D-CF (3D scaffold was transplanted into the local injured cavity),and 3D-CF + NSCs (3D scaffold co-cultured with NSCs was transplanted into the local injured cavity.Neuroelectrophysiology,imaging,hematoxylin-eosin staining, argentaffin staining, immunofluorescence staining, and western blot assay were performed.Apart from the sham group, neurological scores were significantly higher in the 3D-CF + NSCs group compared with other groups. Moreover, latency of the 3D-CF + NSCs group was significantly reduced, while the amplitude was significantly increased in motor evoked potential tests. The results of magnetic resonance imaging and diffusion tensor imaging showed that both spinal cord continuity and the filling of injury cavity were the best in the 3D-CF + NSCs group. Moreover, regenerative axons were abundant and glial scarring was reduced in the 3D-CF + NSCs group compared with other groups. These results confirm that implantation of 3D-CF combined with NSCs can promote the repair of injured spinal cord. This study was approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee of People’s Armed Police Force Medical Center in 2017 (approval No.2017-0007.2).Ji-Peng Jiang Xiao-Yin Liu Fei Zhao Xiang Zhu Xiao-Yin Li Xue-Gang Niu Zi-Tong Yao Chen Dai Hui-You Xu Ke Ma Xu-Yi Chen Sai Zhang 2020Neural Regeneration Research2020,15,5:14

More than 1200 megabases from 13333334 quality paired-end reads were generated, which were assembled into 31538 unigenes. Blast analysis showed that 56.7%unigenes were novel, which represented the specific genes of Porphyra and/or rhodophytes. Several hundreds of unigenes related to stress tolerance were discovered, including genes related to desiccation-(211) and high light-tolerance(31) ,flavonoid biosynthesis(10) ,reactive oxygen scavenging(48) and other stress-tolerance processes(208) ,which indicated there existed complex and diversity modes of stress tolerance in this species.A complete set of essential genes involved in the C3-(57) and C4-(44) carbon fixation pathway(except pyruvate phosphate dikinase) were discovered, which not only proved that they were actively transcribed but also clearly outlined the panoptic view of carbon fixation in Porphyra. Moreover,by statistically analyzing the types, proportions and frequencies of the interspersed repeats(TEs) and simple sequence repeats(SSRs) ,we discovered that the top three types of TEs were all retrotransposons and the trinucleotide was the absolute predominant type among SSRs,promoting our understanding of structural characteristics of the transcriptome. This study substantially improved the global view of the Porphyra genome and provided a valuable resource for future research.YANG Hui MAO YunXiang KONG FanNa YANG GuanPin MA Fei WANG Li 2011Chinese Science Bulletin2011,56,20:13
