1Test Data Generation for Stateful Network Protocol Fuzzing Using a Rule-Based State Machine显示文摘To improve the efficiency and coverage of stateful network protocol fuzzing, this paper proposes a new method, using a rule-based state machine and a stateful rule tree to guide the generation of fuzz testing data. The method first builds a rule-based state machine model as a formal description of the states of a network protocol.This removes safety paths, to cut down the scale of the state space. Then it uses a stateful rule tree to describe the relationship between states and messages, and then remove useless items from it. According to the message sequence obtained by the analysis of paths using the stateful rule tree and the protocol specification, an abstract data model of test case generation is defined. The fuzz testing data is produced by various generation algorithms through filling data in the fields of the data model. Using the rule-based state machine and the stateful rule tree,the quantity of test data can be reduced. 2Speciation, sources, and risk assessment of heavy metals in suburban vegetable garden soil in Xianyang City, Northwest China显示文摘Intensive anthropogenic activities can lead tosoil heavy metal contamination resulting in potential risksto the environment and to human health. To reveal theconcentrations, speciation, sources, pollution level, andecological risk of heavy metals in vegetable garden soil, atotal of 136 soil samples were collected from threevegetable production fields in the suburbs of XianyangCity, Northwest China. These samples were analyzed byinductively coupled plasma- atomic emission spectrometryand atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The results showedthat the mean concentrations of Cd, Co, Cu, Mn, Pb, Zn,and Hg in vegetable garden soil were higher than thecorresponding soil element background values of ShaanxiProvince. The heavy metals studied in vegetable gardensoil were primarily found in the residual fraction,averaging from 31.26% (Pb)to 90.23% (Cr). Consideringthe non-residual fractions, the mobility or potential riskwas in the order of Pb (68.74%)〉 Co (60.54%)〉 Mn(59.28%)〉Cd (53.54%)〉〉Ni (23.36%)〉Zn(22.73%) 〉 Cu (14.93%) 〉 V (11.81%) 〉 Cr (9.78%). Cr,Mn, Ni, V, and As in the studied soil were related to soil-forming parent materials, while Cu, Hg, Zn, Cd, Co, andPb were associated with the application of plastic films,fertilizers, and pesticides, as well as traffic emissions andindustrial fumes. Cr, Ni, V, and As presented lowcontamination levels, whereas Co, Cu, Mn, Pb, and Znlevels were moderate, and Cd and Hg were high.Ecological risk was low for Co, Cr, Cu, Mn, Pb, Zn, andAs, with high risk observed for Cd and Hg. 3Synaptic development in the injured spinal cord cavity following co-transplantation of fetal spinal cord cells and autologous activated Schwann cells显示文摘Transplantation of activated transgenic Schwann cells or a fetal spinal cord cell suspension has been widely used to treat spinal cord injury. However, little is known regarding the effects of co-transplantation. In the present study, autologous Schwann cells in combination with a fetal spinal cord cell suspension were transplanted into adult Wistar rats with spinal cord injury, and newly generated axonal connections were observed ultrastructurally. Transmission electron microscopic observations showed that the neuroblast first presented cytoplasmic processes, followed by pre- and postsynaptic membranes with low electron density forming a dense projection. The number and types of synaptic vesicles were increased. Synaptic connections developed from single cell body-dendritic synapses into multiple cell body-dendritic and dendrite-dendritic synapses. In addition, the cell organs of the transplanted neuroblast, oligodendroblast and astroblast matured gradually. The blood-brain barrier appeared subsequently. Moreover, neurofilament, histamine, calcitonin-gene-related peptides, and glial fibrillary acidic protein positive fibers were observed in the transplant region. These findings demonstrate that fetal spinal cord cells in the presence of autologous activated Schwann cells can develop into mature synapses in the cavity of injured spinal cords, suggesting the possibility of information exchange through the reconstructed synapse between fetal spinal cord cells and the host.Wendong Ruan Yuan Xue Ninghua Li Xiaotao Zhao Huajian Zhao Peng Li 2010Neural Regeneration Research2010,5,19:4
4Short-Term Relay Quality Prediction Algorithm Based on Long and Short-Term Memory显示文摘The fraction defective of semi-finished products is predicted to optimize the process of relay production lines, by which production quality and productivity are increased, and the costs are decreased. The process parameters of relay production lines are studied based on the long-and-short-term memory network. Then, the Keras deep learning framework is utilized to build up a short-term relay quality prediction algorithm for the semi-finished product. A simulation model is used to study prediction algorithm. The simulation results show that the average prediction absolute error of the fraction is less than 5%.
