| 1 | Tensor-Based Low-Complexity Channel Estimation for mmWave Massive MIMO-OTFS Systems显示文摘Orthogonal time frequency space(OTFS)modulation,collaborated with millimeter-wave(mmWave)massive multiple-input-multiple-output(MIMO),is a promising technology for next generation wireless communications in high mobility scenarios.However,one of the main challenges for mmWave massive MIMO-OTFS systems is the enormous computational complexity of channel estimation incurred by the huge OTFS symbol size and the large number of antennas.To address this issue,in this paper,a tensor-based orthogonal matching pursuit(OMP)channel estimation algorithm is proposed by exploiting the channel sparsity in the delay-Doppler-angle domain.In particular,we firstly propose a novel pilot design for the OTFS symbol structure in the frequency-time domain.Then,based on the proposed pilot structure,we formulate the channel estimation as a sparse signal recovery problem,and the tensor decomposition and parallel support detection are introduced into the tensor-based OMP algorithm to reduce the signal processing dimension significantly.Numerical simulations are performed to verify the superiority and the robustness of the proposed tensor-based OMP algorithm. | Xianda Wu Shaodan Ma Xi Yang | 2020 | Journal of Communications and Information Networks2020,5,3: | 5 |
| 2 | A New Evaluation Algorithm for the Influence of User in Social Network显示文摘Online social networks have gradually permeated into every aspect of people's life.As a research hotspot in social network, user influence is of theoretical and practical significant for information transmission, optimization and integration. A prominent application is a viral marketing campaign which aims to use a small number of targeted infl uence users to initiate cascades of infl uence that create a global increase in product adoption. In this paper, we analyze mainly evaluation methods of user infl uence based on IDM evaluation model, Page Rank evaluation model, use behavior model and some other popular influence evaluation models in currently social network. And then, we extract the core idea of these models to build our influence evaluation model from two aspects, relationship and activity. | 3 | Multistage decomposition algorithm for blind source separation显示文摘A new algorithm for blind source separation is proposed, which only extracts the single independent component at each stage. The single independent component is acquired by an iterative algorithm for searching for the optimal solution of the defined cost function. Moreover, all the independent components are obtained by systematic multistage decomposition and multistage reconstruction. When there is spatially colored noise, the performance of this algorithm is advantageous over jointly approximated diagonalization of eigen-matrices (JADE). | 4 | Blind source separation with unknown and dynamically changing number of source signals显示文摘The contrast function remains to be an open problem in blind source separation (BSS) when the number of source signals is unknown and/or dynamically changed. The paper studies this problem and proves that the mutual information is still the contrast function for BSS if the mixing matrix is of full column rank. The mutual information reaches its minimum at the separation points, where the random outputs of the BSS system are the scaled and permuted source signals, while the others are zero outputs. Using the property that the transpose of the mixing matrix and a matrix composed by m observed signals have the indentical null space with probability one, a practical method, which can detect the unknown number of source signals n, ulteriorly traces the dynamical change of the sources number with a few of data, is proposed. | 6 | Isogeometric topology optimization based on energy penalization for symmetric structure显示文摘We present an energy penalization method for isogeometric topology optimization using moving morphable components(ITO–MMC),propose an ITO–MMC with an additional bilateral or periodic symmetric constraint for symmetric structures,and then extend the proposed energy penalization method to an ITO–MMC with a symmetric constraint.The energy penalization method can solve the problems of numerical instability and convergence for the ITO–MMC and the ITO–MMC subjected to the structural symmetric constraint with asymmetric loads.Topology optimization problems of asymmetric,bilateral symmetric,and periodic symmetric structures are discussed to validate the effectiveness of the proposed energy penalization approach.Compared with the conventional ITO–MMC,the energy penalization method for the ITO–MMC can improve the convergence rate from 18.6%to 44.5%for the optimization of the asymmetric structure.For the ITO–MMC under a bilateral symmetric constraint,the proposed method can reduce the objective value by 5.6%and obtain a final optimized topology that has a clear boundary with decreased iterations.For the ITO–MMC under a periodic symmetric constraint,the proposed energy penalization method can dramatically reduce the number of iterations and obtain a speedup of more than 2. | Xianda XIE Shuting WANG Ming YE Zhaohui XIA Wei ZHAO Ning JIANG Manman XU | 2020 | Frontiers of Mechanical Engineering2020,15,1: | 3 |
| 7 | Serological Investigation of Laboratory-Confirmed and Suspected Ebola Virus Disease Patients During the Late Phase of the Ebola Outbreak in Sierra Leone显示文摘This study aimed to investigate the serological characteristics of Ebola virus(EBOV) infection during the late phase of the Ebola outbreak in Sierra Leone. In total, 877 blood samples from 694 suspected Ebola virus disease(EVD) cases assessed from March to December 2015, were analyzed via real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) for viral RNA and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and Luminex to detect antibodies against EBOV. Viral load and EBOV-specific IgM/IgG titers displayed a declining trend during March to December 2015. Viral RNA load decreased rapidly at earlier stages after disease onset, while EBOV-specific IgM and IgG still persisted in 58.1%(18/31) and 93.5%(29/31) of the confirmed EVD patients and in 3.8%(25/663) and 17.8%(118/663) of the RNA-negative suspected patients in the later phase, respectively. | 9 | Microscopic and Fractal Characterization of Organic Matter within Lacustrine Shale Reservoirs in the First Member of Cretaceous Qingshankou Formation,Songliao Basin,Northeast China显示文摘Understanding the occurrences of different fractions of organic matter in shale reservoirs is very important for the evaluation of shale oil.Lacustrine organic-rich shale samples from the first member of the Cretaceous Qingshankou Formation in the Songliao Basin were analyzed with confocal laser scanning microscopy(CLSM)and fluorescence spectral analysis.The results show that the occurrences of different organic components are related to the fabric of samples and vary with depth.The bulk content of light components is significantly higher than heavy components and exhibits a positive relationship with quartz and feldspar contents.Both light and heavy components are distributed parallel with the lamination in microscopic view in laminated samples,and randomly in massive samples.The maximum radius of light components in most of the samples is larger than 20μm,while it is smaller for heavy components,indicating the micro fractionation from clay/organic lamina to quartz/feldspar lamina.The depth of enrichment of light components corresponds to the oil maturity of organic matter.Both the distribution of light and heavy components fits the same fractal model,with fractal dimensions ranging between 2.2 and 2.5.The CLSM results confirm that it can be a reliable tool for the'sweet spot'exploration. | Bo Liu Meng Yan Xianda Sun Yunfeng Bai Longhui Bai Xiaofei Fu | 2020 | Journal of Earth Science2020,31,6: | 2 |
