2Emergent superconducting fluctuations in compressed kagome superconductor CsV_(3)Sb_(5)显示文摘The recent discovery of superconductivity(SC)and charge density wave(CDW)in kagome metals AV3Sb5(A=K,Rb,Cs)provides an ideal playground for the study of emergent electronic orders.Application of moderate pressure leads to a two-dome-shaped SC phase regime in CsV_(3)Sb_(5) accompanied by the destabilizing of CDW phase.Nonetheless,the nature of this pressure-tuned SC state and its interplay with the CDW are yet to be explored.Here,we perform soft point-contact spectroscopy(SPCS)measurements in CsV_(3)Sb_(5) to investigate the evolution of superconducting order parameter with pressure.Surprisingly,we find that the superconducting gap is significantly enhanced between the two SC domes,at which the zero-resistance temperature is suppressed and the transition is remarkably broadened.Moreover,the temperature-dependence of the SC gap in this pressure range severely deviates from the conventional Bardeen-Cooper-Schrieffer(BCS)behavior,evidencing for strong Cooper pair phase fluctuations.These findings reveal the complex intertwining of the CDW with SC in the compressed CsV_(3)Sb_(5),suggesting striking parallel to the cuprate superconductor La2xBaxCuO4.Our results point to the essential role of charge degree of freedom in the development of intertwining electronic orders,and thus provide new constraints for theories.Xikai Wen Fanghang Yu Zhigang Gui Yuqing Zhang Xingyuan Hou Lei Shan Tao Wu Ziji Xiang Zhenyu Wang Jianjun Ying Xianhui Chen 2023Science Bulletin2023,,3:1

4Application of principal component analysis to evaluation of black soil degradation in Jilin显示文摘Principal Component Analysis(PCA) can simplify the structure of database by replacing multi-dimensional parameters with relatively less comprehensive variables in order to ensure the minimum lost in initial data.In this paper,eighteen black soil samples from different sites were tested and thirteen distinctive indexes were chosen to evaluate the degeneration of black soil.By using principal component analysis,variables of thirteen dimensions can be diminished to six unrelated principal indexes.Analysis shows that the soluble salt content,Fulvic acids(FA) and aggregation degree have a high weighing coefficient,indicating these three indexes are the major parts for the evaluation of black soil degradation.It also provides a new path to the degenerated black soil treatment in Northeast China.NIU Cencen WANG Qing WEN Xiuyu GUO Yuan ZHAGN Penglei ZHU Rongyue HE Xianhui 2011Global Geology2011,14,1:1
5Phosphorylation-mediated interaction between human E26 transcription factor 1 and specific protein 1 is required for tumor cell migration显示文摘Transcription factors,human E26 transcription factor 1(Ets1)and specific protein 1(Sp1),are known to induce gene expression in tumorigenicity.High Ets1 expression is often associated with colorectal tumorigenesis.In this study,we discover that metastasis and clone formation in SW480 cells mainly depend on the direct interaction between Ets1 and Sp1 instead of high Ets1 expression.The interaction domains are further addressed to be the segment at Sp1(626-708)and the segment at Ets1(244-331).In addition,the phosphorylation inhibition of Ets1 at Tyr283 by either downregulation of Src kinase or Src family inhibitor treatment decreases the interaction between Sp1 and Ets1 and suppresses SW480 migration.Either administration or overexpression of the peptides harboring the interaction segment strongly inhibits the colony formation and migration of SW480 cells.Our findings suggest that the interaction between Ets1 and Sp1 rather than Ets1 alone promotes transformation in SW480 cells and provide new insight into the Ets1 and Sp1 interaction as an antitumour target in SW480 cells.Xianhui Wen Xingsheng Sun Zheyuan Ou Jun Jiang Qingmei Chen Xirong He Zhangsheng Hu Han Qiao Kuan Zhou Xin Li Yiqun Deng Jikai Wen 2022Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2022,54,10:0
6Deposition of antimony telluride thin film by ECALE显示文摘The process of Sb2Te3 thin film growth on the Pt substrate by electrochemical atomic layer epitaxy (ECALE) was studied. Cyclic voltammetric scanning was performed to analyze the electrochemical behavior of Te and Sb on the Pt substrate. Sb2Te3 film was formed using an automated flow deposition system by alternately depositing Te and Sb atomic layers for 400 circles. The deposited Sb2Te3 films were characterized by XRD, EDX, FTIR and FESEM observation. Sb2Te3 compound structure was confirmed by XRD pattern and agreed well with the results of EDX quantitative analysis and coulometric analysis. FESEM micrographs showed that the deposit was composed of fine nano particles with size of about 20 nm. FESEM image of the cross section showed that the deposited films were very smooth and dense with thickness of about 190 nm. The optical band gap of the deposited Sb2Te3 film was determined as 0.42 eV by FTIR spectroscopy, and it was blue shifted in comparison with that of the bulk Sb2Te3 single crystal due to its nanocrystalline microstructure.GAO Xianhui YANG Junyou ZHU Wen HOU Jie BAO Siqian FAN Xi'an DUAN Xingkai 2006Science China(Technological Sciences)2006,49,6:0
