| 1 | The design and construction of a pulsed beam generation system based on high intensity cyclotron显示文摘In order to perform the studies on a pulsed beam generation system based on a high intensity cyclotron, a test beam line with a pulsed beam generation for a 10 MeV compact cyclotron (CYCIAE-10) has been designed and constructed at China Institute of Atomic Energy (CIAE). A 70 MHz continuous H- beam can be pulsed to the pulse length of less than 10 ns with a repetition rate of 4.4 MHz. The sine waveform with a frequency of 2.2 MHz is adopted for the chopper and a mesh structure with single drift and dual gaps is used for the 70 MHz buncher. A helical resonator is designed and constructed based on simulations and experiments on the RF matching for the chopper. A helical inductance loop that is exceptionally large of its kind and equipped with water cooling for the resonator has been successfully wound and a 500 W solid RF amplifier has been manufactured. A special measuring device has been designed, which can be used to measure both the DC beam and the pulsed beam. | 5 | Simulation and experiment of a transplanting mechanism for sweet potato seedlings with ‘boat-bottom’ transplanting trajectory显示文摘Planting on mulched soil is the main cultivation mode for sweet potato slips in spring in northern China.The‘boatbottom’planting method can bring high quantity and similar size for sweet potatoes.In this study,a mechanism for transplanting sweet potato seedlings on mulched was proposed,which could realize‘boat-bottom’transplanting trajectory and improve the planting efficiency.The virtual prototype model of the transplanting mechanism was constructed using ADAMS software,a soil particle model and a flexible body model of sweet potato seedling were established using EDEM software,and then a joint simulation was carried out to find out the interaction of mechanism,seedling and soil.By simulation,the trajectory of the clamping point,the sweet potato seedling posture,soil particles,pits,and relative force were all analyzed,which verified the rationality of the transplanting mechanism design.Finally,three kinds of sweet potato seedlings,watermelon red,Yan-25,and purple sweet potato seedlings were selected,and transplanting experiments were carried out on the mulch to verify that the theoretical trajectory,the simulated trajectory,and the actual trajectory were consistent.The transplanting success rates of the three kinds of sweet potato seedlings were all above 85%,indicating that different varieties of sweet potato seedlings had little effect on the transplanting effect of the mechanism,which reflected that the transplanting mechanism had good practicability and adaptability. | Yuanyuan Shao Hongdong Zhang Guantao Xuan Tao Zhang Xianlu Guan Fuhui Wang | 2023 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2023,16,3: | 1 |

| 14 | Controllable growth of single-crystalline zinc oxide nanosheets under ambient condition toward ammonia sensing with ultrahigh selectivity and sensitivity显示文摘To date,the synthesis of crystalline ZnO nanostructures was often performed under high temperatures and/or high pressures with tiny output,which limits their commercial applications.Herein,we report the progress on synthesizing single-crystalline ZnO nanosheets under ambient conditions(i.e.,room temperature(RT)and atmospheric pressure)based on a sonochemistry strategy.Furthermore,their controllable growth is accomplished by adjusting the pH values of solutions,enabling the tailored crystal growth habits on the polar-charged faces of ZnO along c-axis.As a proof of concept for their potential applications,the ZnO nanosheets exhibit highly efficient performance for sensing ammonia at RT,with ultrahigh sensitivity(S=610 at 100 ppm),excellent selectivity,rapid detection(response time/recover time=70 s/4 s),and outstanding detection limit down to 0.5 ppm,superior to those of all pure ZnO nanostructures and most ZnO-based composite counterparts ever reported.The present work might open a door for controllable production of ZnO nanostructures under mild conditions,and facilitate the exploration of modern gas sensors for detecting gaseous molecules at RT,which underscores their potential toward practical applications in opto-electronic nanodevices. | Dongdong ZHANG Zhi FANG Lin WANG Hao YU Xianlu LU Kai SONG Jie TENG Weiyou YANG | 2022 | Journal of Advanced Ceramics2022,11,8: | 1 |

| 17 | Gold-nanoparticle-based multiplex immuno-strip biosensor for simultaneous determination of 83 antibiotics显示文摘Antibiotic residues,generated by the irrational use of drugs and environmental pollution,have always been a great challenge to aquaculture safety.Therefore,a quick,convenient,and performance-excellent way to detect antibiotic residues in aquaculture fish is urgently required.In this study,a multiplex immunochromatographic strip biosensor based on gold nanoparticles was developed for the simultaneous detection of five classes of antibiotic residues(24β-lactam antibiotics,26 sulfonamides,five tetracyclines,24 quinolones,and four amphenicols)in aquaculture fish within 10 min.The detection ranges of five representative antibiotics,penicillin G,sulfamethazine,tetracycline,enrofloxacin,and chloramphenicol,were 2.33–38.4,0.688–17.1,1.4–48.1,1.45–32.9,and 0.537–9.06μg/kg,respectively.The accuracy and stability of these measurements were demonstrated by analyzing spiked fish samples,with recovery rates of 87.5%–115.2%and a coefficient of variation<9.5%.The cross-reaction rates,based on the five representative antibiotics,were 3.77%–202%forβ-lactams,3.95%–137%for sulfonamides,9.19%–100%for tetracyclines,4.9%–145%for quinolones,and 3.2%–100%for amphenicols.The excellent testing performance of the biosensor strip to most of antibiotic residues in aquaculture fish ensures they meet the maximum residue limits required by countries or organizations.Therefore,this multiplex immunochromatographic strip biosensor is potentially applicable to the rapidly on-site determination of antibiotic residues in aquaculture fish. | Xianlu Lei Xinxin Xu Liqiang Liu Liguang Xu Li Wang Hua Kuang Chuanlai Xu | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,1: | 0 |
