| 1 | Improved Oustaloup approximation of fractional-order operators using adaptive chaotic particle swarm optimization显示文摘A rational approximation method of the fractional-order derivative and integral operators is proposed. The turning frequency points are fixed in each frequency interval in the standard Oustaloup approximation. In the improved Oustaloup method, the turning frequency points are determined by the adaptive chaotic particle swarm optimization (PSO). The average velocity is proposed to reduce the iterations of the PSO. The chaotic search scheme is combined to reduce the opportunity of the premature phenomenon. Two fitness functions are given to minimize the zero-pole and amplitude-phase frequency errors for the underlying optimization problems. | 10 | Molecular insights into AabZIP1-mediated regulation on artemisinin biosynthesis and drought tolerance in Artemisia annua显示文摘Artemisia annua is the main natural source of artemisinin production.In A.annua,extended drought stress severely reduces its biomass and artemisinin production while short-term water-withholding or abscisic acid(ABA)treatment can increase artemisinin biosynthesis.ABA-responsive transcription factor AabZIP1 and JA signaling AaMYC2 have been shown in separate studies to promote artemisinin production by targeting several artemisinin biosynthesis genes.Here,we found AabZIP1 promote the expression of multiple artemisinin biosynthesis genes including AaDBR2 and AaALDH1,which AabZIP1 does not directly activate.Subsequently,it was found that AabZIP1 up-regulates AaMYC2expression through direct binding to its promoter,and that AaMYC2 binds to the promoter of AaALDH1to activate its transcription.In addition,AabZIP1 directly transactivates wax biosynthesis genes AaCER1and AaCYP86A1.The biosynthesis of artemisinin and cuticular wax and the tolerance of drought stress were significantly increased by AabZIP1 overexpression,whereas they were significantly decreased in RNAi-AabZIP1 plants.Collectively,we have uncovered the AabZIP1-AaMYC2 transcriptional module as a point of cross-talk between ABA and JA signaling in artemisinin biosynthesis,which may have general implications.We have also identified AabZIP1 as a promising candidate gene for the development of A.annua plants with high artemisinin content and drought tolerance in metabolic engineering breeding. | Guoping Shu Yueli Tang Mingyuan Yuan Ning Wei Fangyuan Zhang Chunxian Yang Xiaozhong Lan Min Chen Kexuan Tang Lien Xiang Zhihua Liao | 2022 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,3: | 1 |

| 16 | Transcriptomic analysis identifies a pan-cancer association of IL27 expression with cancer prognosis and immune microenvironment显示文摘Nowadays great progress has been made in targeted therapy and comprehensive therapy for a few cancers. But the prognosis of the vast majority of cancer patients is still weakness. It has been proven that inflammation can affect the development and treatment of cancer. Some previous studies have suggested that inflammation-related interleukins (ILs) play a significant role in the development of some cancers.1,2 ILs act as a considerable role in immunity,3 and inflammation affects the development of cancer. Therefore, the expression profile of IL gene may also be one of the vital markers of early pathological changes, occurrence and progression of cancer.4,5 Currently, studies on the expression of IL27 in cancer are still extremely limited. Our work comprehensively and systematically studied the IL27 gene expression in the generic cancer when compared with the existing IL27 gene related research experiment. We screened out cancer species linked with poor prognosis, and explored the correlation between IL27 gene expression and immune cell infiltration and immune microenvironment in these cancers further, providing an increasing number of the direct basis for subsequent studies.
