2Gastrodin promotes the secretion of brain-derived neurotrophic factor in the injured spinal cord显示文摘Gastrodin, an active component of tall gastrodia tuber, is widely used in the treatment of dizziness, paralysis, epilepsy, stroke and dementia, and exhibits a neuroprotective effect. A rat model of spinal cord injury was established using Allen's method, and gastrodin was administered via the subarachnoid cavity and by intraperitoneal injection for 7 days. Results show that gastrodin promoted the secretion of brain-derived neurotrophic factor in rats with spinal cord injury. After gastrodin treatment, the maximum angle of the inclined plane test, and the Basso, Beattie and Bresnahan scores increased. Moreover, gastrodin improved neural tissue recovery in the injured spinal cord. These results demonstrate that gastrodin promotes the secretion of brain-derived neurotrophic factor, contributes to the recovery of neurological function, and protects neural cells against injury.Changwei Song Shiqiang Fang Gang Lv Xifan Mei 2013Neural Regeneration Research2013,8,15:16
3Control scheme of hexagonal modular multilevel direct converter for offshore wind power integration via fractional frequency transmission system显示文摘A fractional frequency transmission system(FFTS)is a promising solution to offshore wind power integration,for which the hexagonal modular multilevel converter(Hexverter)is an attractive choice for power conversion.The Hexverter has recently been proposed to directly connect two three-phase systems of different frequencies and voltage amplitudes,with only six branches in the FFTS in that case.This paper examines for the first time the control scheme of the Hexverter when applied to offshore wind power integration via a FFTS.Firstly,the frequency-decoupled mathematical model of the Hexverter is deduced by introducing the double dq transformation.Then the branch energy of the Hexverter is analyzed in detail and the reactive power constraint equation is obtained.The corresponding control scheme is thoroughly discussed,including the inner loop current control,the outer loop voltage control in both grid-connected mode and passive mode,and a novel optimization method to minimize the circulating current in the Hexverter.Finally,a simulation model of offshore wind power integration via a 4-terminal FFTS based on the Hexverter is built in MATALB/Simulink to verify the feasibility of Hexverter and the effectiveness of the control scheme proposed in this paper.Yongqing MENG Bo LIU Huiyong LUO Shuonan SHANG Haitao ZHANG Xifan WANG 2018Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2018,6,1:12
4Risk Assessment Framework and Algorithm of Power Systems Based on the Partitioned Multi-objective Risk Method显示文摘针对平均风险指标无法区分高损失-低概率事件及低损失-高概率事件的缺点,提出了电力系统的分割多目标风险分析框架。该框架将电力系统的风险状态细分为低损失、中等损失和高损失3个风险范围,并提出3个损失范围条件风险函数和条件风险概率的概念。采用经典的容量停运表模型,建立了这些条件期望指标的计算方法。对IEEE-RTS及TH-RTS2000系统进行了分割多目标风险评估,研究不同负荷水平下系统风险在3个损失范围的分布及转移情况,并分析损失分割点对系统风险的影响。通过分割多目标风险分析,风险分析者和决策者可以权衡系统的平均风险以及高、中、低损失范围的条件期望风险,从而对系统的风险状况有一个全面和深入的了解。XIE Shaoyu WANG Xiuli WANG Xifan 2011中国电机工程学报2011,31,34:11
5Fractional Frequency Transmission System and Its Applications显示文摘分频输电系统(fractional frequency transmission system,FFTS)利用较低的频率(如50/3Hz)传输电能,从而减少交流输电线路电气距离,提高系统传输能力。在水电、风电等可再生能源发电系统中,由于发电机转速较低,十分适合于利用分频进行发电和输电,在并网时转换为工频。首先介绍了分频输电的原理、并网特点等。其次,利用2个案例对水电、风电经分频输电并网的可行性进行了分析。特别是对分频风力发/输电系统的优越性进行了阐述。结果表明,水电、风电经分频输电并网是一种具有经济与技术优势的方案,在可再生能源发输电领域有着很好的应用前景。WANG Xifan WANG Xiuli TENG Yufei 2012中国电机工程学报2012,32,13:9
6An Improved Support Vector Clustering Approach to Dynamic Aggregation of Large Wind Farms显示文摘In this paper,we propose an improved support vector clustering(SVC)algorithm to cluster wind turbines(WTs)in a wind farm(WF).A boundary points(BPs)detecting method based on the grid theory and the connected subdomain(CS)are proposed.Thus the efficiency of SVC is enhanced while maintaining the accuracy of the algorithm.As for the multi-wind condition equivalent of WF,a method to determine the number and capacity of each of the aggregated wind turbines(AWTs)based on historical wind data is proposed.Only wind speed(WS)and wind direction(WD)of the WF are needed to calculate the WSs of each AWT.Results demonstrate that the algorithm proposed in this paper can cluster WTs quickly and accurately.And the dynamic aggregated models of the WFs are suitable for both the single-wind condition and multi-wind condition simulations,with high accuracy being obtained.Weijun Teng Xifan Wang Yongqing Meng Wenhui Shi 2019CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2019,5,2:7
7Promoting proliferation and differentiation of BMSCs by green tea polyphenols functionalized porous calcium phosphate显示文摘In this article,we proposed a facile protocol to functionalize porous calcium phosphate ceramics(PCPC)using dietary tea polyphenols(TP).TP molecules was attracted and anchored by Ca2t ions from the surface of CPC.These TP molecules modulated the nucleation and crystallization of calcium phosphate nanorods assemblies on the surface of PCPC.Our results prove that these calcium phosphate nanorods assemblies accompanies functional groups of TP make PCPC/TP effectively promote proliferation and differentiation of bone mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs).We inferred that these calcium phosphate nanorods assemblies might change the surface microenvironment of PCPC,which is critical to promote the proliferation and differentiation of BMSCs.Compared with naked PCPC,PCPC/TP obviously increased BMP2,ErK/MAPK and JNK/MAPK level and mineralization capacity of cells(ALP level).Kang Zhou Xiuli Ren Mengen Zhao Xifan Mei Peng Zhang Zhenhua Chen Xiangdong Zhu 2018Regenerative Biomaterials2018,5,1:5
8从细胞水平研究激光焊接大鼠神经的机制显示文摘目的 探讨激光焊接神经的基本机制。方法 SD大白鼠 2 4只 ,随机分为激光焊接组和传统外膜缝合组 ,每组 12只。游离大鼠坐骨神经 ,从中段剪断行神经断端对合后 ,激光组用氩激光 (波长 5 14 5nm ,石英光纤芯径 6 0 0 μm ,功率 70 0mW ,光斑直径 1mm) ,照射对合处一圈 ;缝合组用 11 0号尼龙缝线缝合对合处的神经外膜。于术后 10天、1个月和 3个月对再生神经用光镜、电镜进行组织形态学观察 ,术后 3个月用电生理仪进行功能测试 ,比较两组间的差异。结果 组织形态学观察 :术后 10天 ,激光组的神经膜细胞明显多于缝合组 ;术后 1个月再生神经纤维生长 ,数量比缝合组多 ;术后 3个月 ,激光组的再生神经纤维密度大 ,且分布均匀 ,吻合部位的神经纤维连续性良好且平直 ,明显好于缝合组 ,神经电生理测试 :术后 3个月测定再生神经的传导速度 (CV)和复合动作电位峰值 (AP) ,激光组优于缝合组。结论 在激光焊接神经外膜的同时 ,透过神经外膜进入神经组织内的漫射激光刺激了神经膜细胞 ,加速其不断分裂增殖 。魏冬季 李晓原 邓卓燊 张爱华 林南妮 刘希凡 LIU Xifan 2001中国激光医学杂志2001,10,1:3

10Transmission Cost Allocation by Power Tracing Based Equivalent Bilateral Exchanges显示文摘The allocation of transmission cost provides important references and signals for system expansions and investments.This paper proposes a power tracing based equivalent bilateral exchange(PTEBX)method in which network users are responsible for not only their induced power flows,but also power flows induced by whom they have equivalent bilateral exchanges with.The equivalent bilateral exchanges are recognized based on the power tracing.To evaluate the performance of different methods of allocating transmission cost,seven criteria are put forward that take into consideration characteristics of power systems.Theoretical analysis is then conducted to certify whether the methods satisfy the criteria.The results indicate that only the PTEBX method is able to satisfy all the seven criteria.Numerical examples based on the IEEE-30 system are presented to further demonstrate the applicability of the proposed method.Yunpeng Xiao Xifan Wang Xiuli Wang Chao Du 2016CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2016,2,2:3
11Green tea polyphenols protect spinal cord neurons against hydrogen peroxide-induced oxidative stress显示文摘Green tea polyphenols are strong antioxidants and can reduce free radical damage. To investigate their neuroprotective potential, we induced oxidative damage in spinal cord neurons using hydrogen peroxide, and applied different concentrations(50–200 μg/mL) of green tea polyphenol to the cell medium for 24 hours. Measurements of superoxide dismutase activity, malondialdehyde content, and expression of apoptosis-related genes and proteins revealed that green tea polyphenol effectively alleviated oxidative stress. 13Model-free Demand Response Scheduling Strategy for Virtual Power Plants Considering Risk Attitude of Consumers显示文摘Driven by modern advanced information and communication technologies,distributed energy resources have great potential for energy supply within the framework of the virtual power plant(VPP).Meanwhile,demand response(DR)is becoming increasingly important for enhancing the VPP operation and mitigating the risks associated with the fluctuation of renewable energy resources(RESs).In this paper,we propose an incentivebased DR program for the VPP to minimize the deviation penalty from participating in the power market.The Markov decision process(MDP)with unknown transition probability is constructed from the VPP’s prospective to formulate an incentivebased DR program,in which the randomness of consumer behavior and RES generation are taken into consideration.Furthermore,a value function of prospect theory(PT)is developed to characterize consumer’s risk attitude and describe the psychological factors.A model-free deep reinforcement learning(DRL)-based approach is proposed to deal with the randomness existing in the model and adaptively determine the optimal DR pricing strategy for the VPP,without requiring any system model information.Finally,the results of cases tested demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.Yi Kuang Xiuli Wang Hongyang Zhao Tao Qian Nailiang Li Jianxue Wang Xifan Wang 2023CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2023,9,2:2
14Repair calvarial defect of osteoporotic rats by berberine functionalized porous calcium phosphate scaffold显示文摘In this article,we propose a simple scheme of using berberine(BBR)to modify porous calcium phosphate ceramics(named PCPC).These BBR molecules regulate the crystallization of hydroxyapatite nanorods on PCPC.We found that these nanorods and the adsorbed BBR changed the interface micro-environment of PCPC by SEM images.The microenvironment of PCPC surface is essential for promoting BMSCs’proliferation and differentiation.These results demonstrated that PCPC/BBR markedly improved the bone regeneration of osteoporosis rats.Moreover,PCPC/BBR had significantly increased the expression levels of ALP,osteocalcin and bone morphogenetic protein2 and RUNX2 in BMSCs originated from osteoporosis rats.Dahao Wang Peng Zhang Xifan Mei Zhenhua Chen 2021Regenerative Biomaterials2021,8,3:2
15Protein hairy enhancer of split-1 expression during differentiation of muscle-derived stem cells into neuron-like cells显示文摘Muscle-derived stem cells were isolated from the skeletal muscle of Sprague-Dawley neonatal rats aged 3 days old. Cells at passage 5 were incubated in Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium supplemented with 10% (v/v) fetal bovine serum, 20 μg/L nerve growth factor, 20 μg/L basic fibroblast growth factor and 1% (v/v) penicillin for 6 days. Cells presented with long processes, similar to nerve cells. Connections were formed between cell processes. Immunocytochemical staining with neuron specific enolase verified that cells differentiated into neuron-like cells. Immunofluorescence cytochemistry and western blot results revealed that the expression of protein hairy enhancer of split-1 was significantly reduced. 18Neuron-like differentiation of adult rat bone marrow stromal cells induced by transforming growth factor-beta and brain-derived neurotrophic factor显示文摘BACKGROUND:It has been demonstrated that transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β) and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) can induce stem cell differentiation into neuron-like cells. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the efficacy of TGF-βand BDNF at inducing the differentiation of adult rat bone marrow stromal cells(BMSCs) into neuron-like cells,both in combination or alone. DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:A comparative observation experiment was performed at the Department of Orthopedics,First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning Medical University between October 2007 and January 2008. MATERIALS:TGF-βand BDNF were purchased from Sigma,USA;mouse anti-rat neuron specific enolase,neurofilament and glial fibrillary acidic protein were purchased from Beijing HMHL Biochem Ltd.,China. METHODS:BMSCs were isolated from rats aged 4 weeks and incubated with TGF-β(1μg/L) and/or BDNF(50μg/mL). MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Expression of neuron-specific enolase,neurofilament and glial fibrillary acidic protein were determined by immunocytochemistry. RESULTS:BMSCs differentiated into neuron-like cells following induction of TGF-βand BDNF, and expressed both neuron-specific enolase and neurofilament.The percent of positive cells was significantly greater in the combination group than those induced with TGF-βor BDNF alone(P<0.01).
