| 1 | A fully automatic registration approach based on contour and SIFT for HJ-1 images显示文摘To achieve a fully automatic registration between HJ-1 CCD images and HJ-1 infrared images is a difficult task as it must deal with the varying illuminations and resolutions of the images, different perspectives, and the local deformations within the images. In this paper, aimed at those registration issues,a fully automatic registration approach based on contour and SIFT is proposed. The registration technique performs a pre-registration process using contour feature matching algorithm that decides the overlapping region between a reference image and an input image.Once the coarse regions are obtained,it performs a fine registration process based on SIFT detector and a local adaptive matching strategy. In the fine registration process, image blocking theory is used, which not only speeds up the features extraction and matching, but also makes the matching point pairs distributed uniformly in images, and further improves the accuracy of input image rectification.Experiments with visible images and infrared images from HJ-1A/B demonstrate the efficiency and the accuracy of the proposed technique for multisource remote sensing images registration. | NI XiLiang CAO ChunXiang DING Lin JIANG Tao ZHANG Hao JIA HuiCong LI GuangHe ZHAO Jian CHEN Wei JI Wei XU Min GAO MengXu ZHENG Sheng TIAN Rong LIU Cheng LI Sha | 2012 | Science China Earth Sciences2012,55,10: | 5 |
| 2 | Towards carbon neutrality:A study on China's long-term low-carbon transition pathways and strategies显示文摘As the world's biggest carbon dioxide(CO_(2))emitter and the largest developing country,China faces daunting challenges to peak its emissions before 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality within 40 years. This study fully considered the carbon-neutrality goal and the temperature rise constraints required by the Paris Agreement,by developing six long-term development scenarios, and conducting a quantitative evaluation on the carbon emissions pathways, energy transformation, technology, policy and investment demand for each scenario. This study combined both bottom-up and top-down methodologies, including simulations and analyses of energy consumption of end-use and power sectors(bottom-up),as well as scenario analysis, investment demand and technology evaluation at the macro level(top-down).This study demonstrates that achieving carbon neutrality before 2060 translates to significant efforts and overwhelming challenges for China. To comply with the target,a high rate of an average annual reduction of CO_(2) emissions by 9.3%from 2030 to 2050 is a necessity, which requires a huge investment demand. For example,in the 1.5℃ scenario,an investment in energy infrastructure alone equivalent to 2.6%of that year's GDP will be necessary. The technological pathway towards carbon neutrality will rely highly on both conventional emission reduction technologies and breakthrough technologies.China needs to balance a long-term development strategy of lower greenhouse gas emissions that meets both the Paris Agreement and the long-term goals for domestic economic and social development, with a phased implementation for both its five-year and long-term plans. | Jiankun He Zheng Li Xiliang Zhang Hailin Wang Wenjuan Dong Ershun Du Shiyan Chang Xunmin Ou Siyue Guo Zhiyu Tian Alun Gu Fei Teng Bin Hu Xiu Yang Siyuan Chen Mingtao Yao Zhiyi Yuan Li Zhou Xiaofan Zhao Ying Li Danwei Zhang | 2022 | Environmental Science and Ecotechnology2022,,1: | 2 |

| 4 | Comprehensive report on China's Long-Term Low-Carbon Development Strategies and Pathways显示文摘1.Introduction 2020 is an unusual year in which the COVID-19 pandemic has raged through the globe, infecting tens of millions of people and killing hundreds of thousands. The pandemic has not only wreaked havoc on public health systems, economic activities, and people's lives, but also has greatly affected and will continue to reshape the world's political, economic, and trade patterns. | Jiankun He Zheng Li Xiliang Zhang Hailin Wang Wenjuan Dong Shiyan Chang Xunmin Ou Siyue Guo Zhiyu Tian Alun Gu Fei Teng Xiu Yang Siyuan Chen Mingtao Yao Zhiyi Yuan Li Zhou Xiaofan Zhao | 2020 | Chinese Journal of Population,Resources and Environment2020,18,4: | 1 |
| 5 | Maggot homogenate is associated with neural regeneration and wound healing in the rat显示文摘BACKGROUND:Live delivery limits the clinical application of maggot therapy. To date in China, there are no in vivo reports regarding wound healing mechanisms of maggot therapy or the effects of maggot homogenate on wound nerve regeneration.OBJECTIVE:To avoid complications due to the use of live maggots,an aseptic maggot homogenate was applied.Substance P(SP) and gene protein product 9.5 expression in a cutaneous wound was analyzed to explore possible mechanisms of neural regeneration and wound healing in the rat.DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:A random grouping and controlled animal study was performed at the laboratory of the Department of Orthopedic Surgery,First Affiliated Hospital,Dalian Medical University from August 2008 to April 2009.MATERIALS:Live maggots were cultured and provided by the laboratory of the Department of Orthopedic Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital,Dalian Medical University,China.METHODS:A total of 48 adult rats were selected and two acute,full-thickness wounds(round,1.5 cm diameter) were created on the back of each rat.The two wounds were randomly assigned to homogenate product and control groups.Following two-step disinfection of maggots,a homogenate was produced from 10 maggots and applied to the wound area in the homogenate product group, while the wounds in the control group were treated with normal saline alone.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:On days 1,3,7,10,14,and 21 following injury, the wound tissue was excised.Histological examination of the wound was observed by hematoxylin and eosin staining or Masson's Trichrome staining.SP and protein gene product 9.5 expressions were examined by immunohistochemistry to evaluate wound neural regeneration.RESULTS:On days 7,10,and 14,the rate of wound healing was significantly greater in the homogenate product group compared with the control group(P < 0.05),and homogenate healing was better than that seen in the control group. On days 3,7,and 10,SP expression in cells and regenerative nerves was significantly greater in the homogenate product group compared with the control group(P < 0.05).On days 7 and 10,protein gene product 9.5 expression was detected in the regenerative nerve, and expression level was significantly greater in the homogenate product group compared with the control group(P < 0.05).CONCLUSION:Maggot homogenate resulted in upregulated SP and protein gene product 9.5 expressions, thereby promoting neural regeneration and wound healing. | Zhen Zhang Shouyu Wang Xiliang Tian Zexu Zhao Jianing Zhang Decheng Lv | 2010 | Neural Regeneration Research2010,5,8: | 0 |
