Owing to the fact that concrete durability can be affected by many non-mechanical factors, it is very difficult to research durability only based on mechanics.However, the phenomenon of failure caused by non-mechanical factors is similar to that caused by loads. 2Distributed intrusion detection for mobile ad hoc networks显示文摘Mobile ad hoc networking (MANET) has become an exciting and important technology in recent years,because of the rapid proliferation of wireless devices.Mobile ad hoc networks is highly vulnerable to attacks due to the open medium,dynamically changing network topology,cooperative algorithms,and lack of centralized monitoring and management point.The traditional way of protecting networks with firewalls and encryption software is no longer suffcient and effective for those features.A distributed intrusion detection approach based on timed automata is given.A cluster-based detection scheme is presented,where periodically a node is elected as the monitor node for a cluster.These monitor nodes can not only make local intrusion detection decisions,but also cooperatively take part in global intrusion detection.And then the timed automata is constructed by the way of manually abstracting the correct behaviours of the node according to the routing protocol of dynamic source routing (DSR).The monitor nodes can verify the behaviour of every nodes by timed automata,and validly detect real-time attacks without signatures of intrusion or trained data.Compared with the architecture where each node is its own IDS agent,the approach is much more effcient while maintaining the same level of effectiveness.Finally,the intrusion detection method is evaluated through simulation experiments.Yi Ping Jiang Xinghao Wu Yue Liu Ning 2008Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2008,19,4:7
3Lipid analysis of three special nervonic acid resources in China显示文摘Nervonic acid plays an important role in nutrition and function of the human body.Malania oleifera,Acer truncatum and Xanthoceras sorbifolium are China’s unique woody plant rich in nervonic acid in seed oil.This study aims to investigate the lipid composition of these 3 special resources.Their fatty acids were detected by gas chromatography coupled with flame detector(GC-FID).Triglycerides(TAGs)and phospholipids(PLs)were detected by shotgun-mass spectrometry(shotgun-MS).Results showed that M.oleifera oil presented the highest level of nervonic acid(46.20±0.22%)among the 3 oils.Seeds oil of A.truncatum and X.sorbifolium had 3.53±0.20%and 1.83±0.21%nervonic acid respectively.53 species of TAGs and 15 species of PLs were identified in M.oleifera oil,with PLs content of 499.94±22.34μg/g.In A.truncatum oil,PL and TAG species were twice more than those in M.oleifera oil,and its’content of PLs was 76.27±3.21μg/g.In X.sorbifolium oil,75 TAGs and 34 PLs were detected,with the lowest PLs at 23.84±0.17μg/g.The results demonstrated that these 3 vegetable oils have great potential to become nervonic acid supplements for human health.Xinghao Tu Jingya Wan Ya Xie Fang Wei Siewyoung Quek Xin Lv Liqing Du Hong Chen 2020Oil Crop Science2020,5,4:7

5Multi-agent cooperative intrusion response in mobile adhoc networks显示文摘The nature of adhoc networks makes them vulnerable to security attacks. Many security technologies such as intrusion prevention and intrusion detection are passive in response to intrusions in that their countermea-sures are only to protect the networks, and there is no automated network-wide counteraction against detected intrusions, the architecture of cooperation intrusion response based multi-agent is propose. The architecture is composed of mobile agents. Monitor agent resides on every node and monitors its neighbor nodes. Decision agent collects information from monitor nodes and detects an intrusion by security policies. When an intruder is found in the architecture, the block agents will get to the neighbor nodes of the intruder and form the mobile firewall to isolate the intruder. 6A low-diffusion robust flux splitting scheme towards wide-ranging Mach number flows显示文摘This paper develops a low-diffusion robust flux splitting scheme termed TVAP to achieve the simulation of wide-ranging Mach number flows.Based on Toro-Vazquez splitting approach,the new scheme splits inviscid flux into convective system and pressure system.This method introduces Mach number splitting function and numerical sound speed to evaluate advection system.Meanwhile,pressure diffusion term,pressure momentum flux,interface pressure and interface velocity are constructed to measure pressure system.Then,typical test problems are utilized to systematically assess the robustness and accuracy of the resulting scheme.Matrix stability analysis and a series of numerical cases,such as double shear-layer problem and hypersonic viscous flow over blunt cone,demonstrate that TVAP scheme achieves excellent low diffusion,shock stability,contact discontinuity and low-speed resolution,and is potentially a good candidate for wide-ranging Mach number flows.Shusheng CHEN Fangjie CAI Xinghao XIANG Zhenghong GAO Chao YAN 2021Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,5:4
7Comparative study on the gut microbiotas of four economically important Asian carp species显示文摘Gut microbiota of four economically important Asian carp species(silver carp, Hypophthalmichthys molitrix; bighead carp,Hypophthalmichthys nobilis; grass carp, Ctenopharyngodon idella; common carp, Cyprinus carpio) were compared using 16 S rRNA gene pyrosequencing. Analysis of more than 590,000 quality-filtered sequences obtained from the foregut, midgut and hindgut of these four carp species revealed high microbial diversity among the samples. The foregut samples of grass carp exhibited more than 1,600 operational taxonomy units(OTUs) and the highest alpha-diversity index, followed by the silver carp foregut and midgut. Proteobacteria, Firmicutes, Bacteroidetes and Fusobacteria were the predominant phyla regardless of fish species or gut type. Pairwise(weighted) UniFrac distance-based permutational multivariate analysis of variance with fish species as a factor produced significant association(P<0.01). The gut microbiotas of all four carp species harbored saccharolytic or proteolytic microbes, likely in response to the differences in their feeding habits. In addition, extensive variations were also observed even within the same fish species. Our results indicate that the gut microbiotas of Asian carp depend on the exact species, even when the different species were cohabiting in the same environment. 8Spatio-temporal patterns of zooplankton in a main-stem dam affected tributary: a case study in the Xiangxi River of the Three Gorges Reservoir, China显示文摘As the ecologically important recipient channels for riverine ecosystems, tributaries provide unique microhabitats for microorganisms, among which zooplankton constitutes the most important heterotrophic organisms. In particular, the reduced water velocity caused by dams is more favorable for zooplankton development;therefore, dammed rivers are expected to support extremely diverse and abundant zooplankton communities and notably different spatiotemporal distribution patterns. So far,however, only very few molecular studies support these assumptions. Using high-throughput sequencing, a high number of 350 operational taxonomic units(OTUs;97% cutoff) were retrieved from 30 samples collected in the Xiangxi River, the nearest large tributary upstream of the Three Gorges Dam. Zooplankton did not show significant spatial distribution in the channel. Instead,the community structures varied significantly over sampling dates, corroborating the seasonal patterns found in lakes and ponds in the subtropical zone. As expected, the community compositions were deterministically governed by environmental filtering processes(phylogenetic clustering), in which water velocity appeared to be much less important than other investigated environmental factors. 9Infrared and Visible Image Fusion Based on Blur Suppression Generative Adversarial Network显示文摘The key to multi-sensor image fusion is the fusion of infrared and visible images.Fusion of infrared and visible images with generative adversarial network(GAN)has great advantages in automatic feature extraction and subjective vision improvement.Due to different principle between infrared and visible imaging,the blur phenomenon of edge and texture is caused in the fusion result of GAN.For this purpose,this paper conducts a novel generative adversarial network with blur suppression.Specifically,the generator uses the residual-in-residual dense block with switchable normalization layer as the elemental network block to retain the infrared intensity and the fused image textural details and avoid fusion artifacts.Furthermore,we design an anti-blur loss function based on Weber local descriptor.Finally,numerous experiments are performed qualitatively and quantitatively on public datasets.Results justify that the proposed method can be used to produce a fusion image with sharp edge and clear texture.YI Shi LIU Xi LI Li CHENG Xinghao WANG Cheng 2023Chinese Journal of Electronics2023,32,1:3
10MicroRNAs Are Involved in Maize Immunity Against Fusarium verticillioides Ear Rot显示文摘Fusarium ear rot(FER)caused by Fusarium verticillioides is one of the most common diseases affecting maize production worldwide.FER results in severe yield losses and grain contamination with health-threatening mycotoxins.Although most studies to date have focused on comprehensive analysis of gene regulation in maize during defense responses against F.verticillioides infection,less is known about the role of micro RNAs(mi RNAs)in this process.We used deep sequencing to compare small RNA libraries from the maize kernels of susceptible(N6)or resistant(BT-1)inbred lines from uninfected plants and upon F.verticillioides infection.We found that pathogen exposure was accompanied by dynamic alterations in expression levels of multiple mi RNAs,including new members of previously annotated mi RNA families.A combination of transcriptomic,degradomic,and bioinformatics analyses revealed that F.verticillioides-responsive mi RNAs and their potential target genes displayed opposite expression patterns in the susceptible and resistant genotypes.Functional category analysis uncovered preferential enrichment of the pathogen-responsive mi RNAs and their targets in the phenylpropanoid metabolic processes,plant–pathogen interactions,and plant phytohormone signal transduction pathways.Furthermore,transgenic maize plants overexpressing mi R408 b exhibited reduced resistance to F.verticillioides infection in a susceptible maize line.These findings provide new insights into the regulatory roles of mi RNAs in maize immunity against FER and new resources for breeding disease resistance into maize.Zijian Zhou Yan Cao Tao Li Xinghao Wang Jiafa Chen Hang He Wen Yao Jianyu Wu Huiyong Zhang 2020Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2020,18,3:3
11Mechanical Properties of DS NiAl/Cr(Mo) Alloys with Low Addition of Hf for High-temperature Applications显示文摘A multiphase NiAI-28Cr-5.85Mo-0.15Hf alloy, which was directionally solidified (DS) in an AI2O3-SiO2 mold by stan-dard Bridgman method and then underwent prolonged solution and aging treatment was prepared. The microstruc-ture, tensile properties as well as tensile creep of the heat-treated alloy at different temperatures were studied. Thealloy was composed of NiAl, Cr(Mo) and Hf-rich phase and small amount of fine Heusler phase (Ni2AIHf). Althoughthe present alloy exhibited high tensile strength at low temperature, it was weaker than that of system with highcontent Hf but still stronger than that of many NiAI-based alloys at high temperatures. The fracture toughness islower than that of DS NiAI-28Cr-6Mo alloy. Nevertheless, advantageous effects on the mechanical properties, i.e.the decrease in brittle-to-ductile transition temperature (BDTT) were obtained for the low content of Hf. The ob-tained creep curves exhibit conventional shape: a short primary creep and long accelerated creep stages. 12Using two-pass friction stir processing to produce nanocrystalline microstructure in AZ61 magnesium alloy显示文摘Despite their interesting properties,nanostructured materials have found limited use as a result of the cost of preparation and the difficulty in scaling up.Herein,a two-pass friction stir processing(FSP)technique is employed to refine grain sizes to a nanoscale.Nanocrystalline AZ61 Mg alloy with an av-erage grain size of less than 100nm was successfully obtained using FSP.Corresponding to this,the highest microhardness of the nano-grained region reached triple times that of AZ61 substrate.In prin-ciple,by applying multiple overlapping passes,it should be possible to produce any desired size thin sheet of nanostructure using this technique.We expect that the FSP technique may pave a way to large-scale structural applications of nanostructured metals and alloys.XingHao Du BaoLin Wu 2009Science China(Technological Sciences)2009,52,6:2
13Progress in flight tests of hypersonic boundary layer transition显示文摘Boundary layer transition(BLT)can cause a sharp rise in heat flux and skin friction,which can seriously affect the flight performance and safety of hypersonic flight vehicles.Therefore,the mechanism,prediction and control of transition have become important issues that must be dealt with for the development of advanced flight vehicles,and it is also a research hotspot of particular interest to major aerospace countries.Compared to other transition research approaches,model flight tests can better present the transition problems under real flight conditions,thus have been carried out extensively over the past 30 years.The United States,Germany,France,Australia,and other countries have carried out transition research based on flight tests,such as the Pegasus wing-glove crossflow transition and the Hypersonic Boundary Layer Transition(HyBOLT)transition control flight test of the United States,the joint research project of the Hypersonic International Flight Research and Experimentation-1(HIFiRE-1)circular cone and the HIFiRE-5 elliptic cone transition flight tests between the United States and Australia,the flight test of compression surface transition of the scramjet forebody(LEA)in France and so on.Although these flight tests suffered various setbacks,they still obtained valuable transition data.Recently,the United States is carrying out the concave-surface transition flight tests of Hypersonic Boundary Layer Transition(BOLT)and BOLT-II.Since its first model flight test mission for verification purpose launched successfully in 2015,several hypersonic BLT flight tests have been conducted by China Aerodynamics Research and Development Center(CARDC).The flight tests have measured valid transition data under flight conditions,obtained the transition front and its dynamical variation on blunt cones at various angles of attack and a lifting body Hypersonic Transition Research Vehicle(HyTRV).The crossflow traveling waves in high-altitude flight were measured for the first time,and our understanding of hypersonic BLT has been greatly improved.Guohua Tu Jianqiang Chen Xianxu Yuan Qingtao Yang Maochang Duan Qiang Yang Yi Duan Xi Chen Bingbing Wan Xinghao Xiang 2021Acta Mechanica Sinica2021,37,11:2
14ROBUST RVM BASED ON SPIKE-SLAB PRIOR显示文摘Although Relevance Vector Machine (RVM) is the most popular algorithms in machine learning and computer vision, outliers in the training data make the estimation unreliable. In the paper, a robust RVM model under non-parametric Bayesian framework is proposed. We decompose the noise term in the RVM model into two components, a Gaussian noise term and a spiky noise term. Therefore the observed data is assumed represented as: where is the relevance vector component, of which is the kernel function matrix and is the weight matrix, is the spiky term and is the Gaussian noise term. A spike-slab sparse prior is imposed on the weight vector which gives a more intuitive constraint on the sparsity than the Student's t-distribution described in the traditional RVM. For the spiky component a spike-slab sparse prior is also introduced to recognize outliers in the training data effectively. 15Lactate anions participate in T cell cytokine production and function显示文摘After antigen stimulation, T cells preferentially increase aerobic glycolysis to meet the bioenergetic and biosynthetic demands of T cell activation, proliferation, and effector functions. Lactate, a by-product of glycolysis, has been reported to function as an important energy source and signaling molecule. Here, we found that lactate anions are involved in cytokine production in Tcells after TCR activation. During ex vivo T cell activation, the addition of excess sodium lactate(Na L) increased the production of cytokines(such as IFNγ/IL-2/TNFα) more than the addition of sodium chloride(NaCl). This enhanced cytokine production was dependent on TCR/CD3 activation but not CD28 activation. In vivo, Na L treatment inhibited tumour growth in subcutaneously transplanted tumour models in a T cell-dependent manner, which was consistent with increased T cell cytokine production in the Na L treatment group compared to the Na Cl treatment group. Furthermore, a mechanistic experiment showed that this enhanced cytokine production was regulated by GAPDH-mediated post-transcriptional regulation. 16AaWRKY17, a positive regulator of artemisinin biosynthesis, is involved in resistance to Pseudomonas syringae in Artemisia annua显示文摘Artemisia annua,a traditional Chinese medicinal plant,remains the only plant source for artemisinin production,yet few genes have been identified to be involved in both the response to biotic stresses,such as pathogens,and artemisinin biosynthesis.Here,we isolated and identified the WRKY transcription factor(TF)AaWRKY17,which could significantly increase the artemisinin content and resistance to Pseudomonas syringae in A.annua.Yeast one-hybrid(Y1H),dual-luciferase(dual-LUC),and electrophoretic mobility shift assay(EMSA)results showed that AaWRKY17 directly bound to the W-box motifs in the promoter region of the artemisinin biosynthetic pathway gene amorpha-4,11-diene synthase(ADS)and promoted its expression.Real-time quantitative PCR(RT-qPCR)analysis revealed that the transcript levels of two defense marker genes,Pathogenesis-Related 5(PR5)and NDR1/HIN1-LIKE 10(NHL10),were greatly increased in AaWRKY17-overexpressing transgenic A.annua plants.Additionally,overexpression of AaWRKY17 in A.annua resulted in decreased susceptibility to P.syringae.These results indicated that AaWRKY17 acted as a positive regulator in response to P.syringae infection.Together,our findings demonstrated that the novel WRKY transcription factor AaWRKY17 could potentially be used in transgenic breeding to improve the content of artemisinin and pathogen tolerance in A.annua.Tiantian Chen Yongpeng Li Lihui Xie Xiaolong Hao Hang Liu Wei Qin Chen Wang Xin Yan Kuanyu Wu-Zhang Xinghao Yao Bowen Peng Yaojie Zhang Xueqing Fu Ling Li Kexuan Tang 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:2
17Direct detection of the transient superresolution effect of nonlinear saturation absorption thin films显示文摘Using a strong nonlinear saturation absorption effect is one technique for breaking through the diffraction limit. In this technique, formation of a dynamic and reversible optical pinhole channel and transient superresolution is critical. In this work, a pump–probe transient detection and observation–experimental setup is constructed to explore the formation process directly. A Ge2Sb2Te5 thin film with strong nonlinear saturation absorption is investigated. The dynamic evolution of the optical pinhole channel is detected and imaged, and the transient superresolution spot is directly captured experimentally. Results verify that the superresolution effect originates from the generation of an optical pinhole channel and that the formation of the optical pinhole channel is dynamic and reversible. 19Study on the relationship between P-glycoprotein(P-gp) and C-erbB-2 expression in gastric carcinoma显示文摘Objective: To understand the relationship between C-erbB-2 and multidrug resistance (MDR) as well as its clini- cal significance. Methods: P-gp level was detected by flow cytometry and simultaneously to examine the C-erbB-2 expression level by immunohistochemistry assay in the operating samples. Their relationship was analyzed from 59 cases with gastric carcinoma. Results: The P-gp positive expression was 38/59 (64.4%) cases with gastric carcinoma. The C-erbB-2 positive expression was 21/59 (35.6%) cases with gastric carcinoma. From the analysis of the P-gp and C-erbB-2 relationship, which was involving, range in the gastric carcinoma, that involving two or three sites were more than the site one, in the cases with C-erbB-2 negative. Compared this two groups, there was a significant difference (P = 0.026). When the C-erbB-2 was positive, the P-gp expression had a significant difference (P = 0.04) in comparing the III–IV stage (lymph node metastasis) with I–II stage (without lymph node metastasis). The tumor’s size, differentiation degree, ages and sex were not related to the C-erbB- 2 and P-gp expression. Conclusion: High level of P-gp expression was related to the C-erbB-2 positive expression in clinical III–IV stage patient with gastric carcinoma (lymph node metastasis). It suggested that the double positive patient might be a poor prognosis.
