| 1 | Composition and structure design of three-layered composite phosphors for high color rendering chip-on-board light-emitting diode devices显示文摘A three-layered phosphor structure was designed and prepared by the spin coating of BaSi_(2)N_(2)O_(2):Eu(cyan-emitting)and(Sr,Ca)AlSiN_(3):Eu(red-emitting)phosphor films on the yellowemitting Y_(3)Al_(5)O_(12):Ce(YAG:Ce)phosphor ceramic synthesized by the solid-state reaction under vacuum sintering.In order to achieve high color rendering lighting,the influence of the composition and structure of the three-layered phosphors on the optical,thermal,and electrical properties of the chip-on-board(COB)packaged white-light-emitting diodes(WLEDs)was studied systematically.The WLED with the structure of“red+cyan+yellow”(R+C+Y)three-layered phosphor generated neutral white light and had a luminous efficacy of 75 lm/W,the fidelity index(R_(f))of 93,the gamut index(R_(g))of 97,and the correlated color temperature(CCT)of 3852 K.Under the excitation of laser diode(LD),the layer-structured phosphor yielded the white light with a luminous efficacy of 120 lm/W,color rendering index(CRI)of 90,and CCT of 5988 K.The result indicates that the three-layered phosphor structure is a promising candidate to achieve high color rendering and high luminous efficacy lighting. | Xin LIU Xinglu QIAN Peng ZHENG Xiaopu CHEN Yagang FENG Yun SHI Jun ZOU Rongjun XIE Jiang LI | 2021 | Journal of Advanced Ceramics2021,10,4: | 5 |

| 3 | Effectiveness and safety of Ginkgo biloba extract(GBE50)in the treatment of dizziness caused by cerebral arteriosclerosis:a multi-center,double-blind,randomized controlled trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Ginkgo biloba extract(GBE50)in the treatment of dizziness caused by cerebral arteriosclerosis.METHODS:This was a multi-center,double-blind,double-dummy,positive-controlled,parallel randomized controlled clinical trial with 1∶1 allocation.We recruited 404 patients with dizziness caused by cerebral arteriosclerosis(blood stasis symptom pattern)in 10 hospitals in China.GBE50 group received GBE50 and Naoxinqing tablet(NXQ)of mimetic agent,control group received NXQ and GBE50 of mimetic agent.The main outcome was Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)symptom pattern score of blood stasis after 6 weeks.The secondary outcomes were changes in the dizziness handicap inventory(DHI)score,vertigo visual analogue scale(VAS)score,the university of California vertigo questionnaire(UCLA-DQ)score and single-item symptom score of TCM from baseline to 2,4 and 6 weeks.Safety indicators included the incidence of adverse events,severe adverse events and laboratory examination including blood routine,liver function,renal function,and so forth.RESULTS:The total effective rate of TCM symptom pattern score in the GBE50 group after 6 weeks of treatment was higher than that in the control group,the difference in rate was statistically significant(92.67%vs 83.07%,P=0.004).Compared with the control group,there was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions(9.95%vs 14.85%,P=0.136).CONCLUSION:The treatment of dizziness caused by cerebral arteriosclerosis with GBE50 is effective,safe and reliable. | SHA Rina TANG Lu DU Yawei WU Shengxian SHI Huawei ZOU Hongxin ZHANG Xuran DONG Xinglu ZHOU Li | 2022 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2022,42,1: | 5 |
| 4 | Development of optical-thermal coupled model for phosphor-converted LEDs显示文摘In this review, first, we discussed the effect of phosphor features on optical properties by the software simulation in detail. A combination of these parameters: phosphor material, phosphor particle size and particle distribution, phosphor layer concentration, phosphor layer thickness, geometry, and location of the phosphor layer, will result in the final optical performance of the phosphor layer. Secondly, we introduced how to improve light extraction efficiency with various proposed methods. Thirdly, we summarized the thermal models to predict the phosphor temperature and the junction temperature. To stabilize the optical performance of phosphor-converted light emitting diodes (PC-LEDs), much effort has been made to reduce the junction temperature of the LED chips. The phosphor temperature, a critical reliability concern for PC-LEDs, should be attracted academic interest. Finally, we summed up optical-thermal coupled model for phosphors and summarized future optical- thermal issues exploring the light quality for LEDs. | 6 | Supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation method to treat vertebrobasilar dolichoectasia with posterior circulatory watershed infarction:a case report of two patients显示文摘Vertebrobasilar dolichoectasia(VBD),a rare posterior circulation vascular variant disease,is an important risk factor for many acute cerebrovascular diseases.An insufficient understanding of VBD often leads to misdiagnose.Two cases of VBD that were initially diagnosed as posterior circulation watershed infarction are reported here.Absence of common causes of stroke including hypoperfusion,blood system diseases,carotid and aortic dissection,and eosinophil elevation,the symptoms of the 2 patients met the diagnostic criteria of VBD.Both patients displayed symptoms that were in line with the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome pattern of'Qi deficiency and blood stasis'.Accordingly,they were comprehensively treated with Supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation method.The clinical manifestations of the 2 patients were remarkably improved and no recurrence of watershed infarction was found in a 1-year follow-up.A detailed medical history and laboratory examination are capable of improving diagnostic accuracy of VBD.TCM treatment based on syndrome identification might be a promising candidate for VBD management. | LI He SU Wenquan LI Shanshan JI Hanrui CHENG Jiangyan CUI Fangyuan TANG Lu ZHOU Li GAO Ying DONG Xinglu | 2023 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2023,43,4: | 0 |
| 7 | Effect of Geometric Variation of Root Fillet on the Flow Characteristic of a Transonic Compressor Rotor显示文摘The effects of root fillet on the flow behavior of high loading compressor rotor tends to be much more crucial in practice,and it’s necessary to explore the internal relations between the geometric effects of root fillet and the flow behaviors of rotor blade.Therefore,eight types of root fillet with different radius were designed and installed around the blade root of NASA Rotor67.With the aids of fillet,the corner separation near suction side of blade root has been suppressed significantly in that the root fillet reconstructs the circumferential bending distributon of the suction-side curve from leading edge to trailing edge,and reduces the genmetric turning angle in the latter part of root section near trailing edge.However,apart from the improvement of corner flow characteristic caused by root fillet,both the tip flow deterioration and the decrease of stall margin occur in the new rotors,which indicates an indirect correlation between tip flow characteristic and root fillet exists indeed in the three-dimensional flowfields of transonic rotor.Actually,by means of the new radial pressure equilibrium affected by root fillet,a larger radius of root fillet contributes to much larger blade loading and stronger leakage flow in tip region of compressor rotor.As a result,a monotonic decrease of stall margin was present in the transonic rotor with increase of the root fillet radius.Subsequently,the positive bending of blade tip was introduced to deal with the negative effect caused by the root fillet indirectly.Combined with the effects of root fillet and positive tip-bending on the radial pressure equilibrium existing in channels,both the radial and streamwise loading distributions tend to be much more reasonable in new rotors,and the static pressure difference in former 1/3 chord of blade tip has decreased clearly which benefits to reduce the strength of leakage flow in tip region.Therefore,the flow deterioration in tip region of transonic rotor induced by root fillet has been well suppressed,with an obvious improvement of overall performance occurring in new rotors. | CUI Weiwei LIU Yuqiang LIU Fusong YANG Laishun LI Longting YAO Fei WANG Xinglu WANG Cuiping | 2023 | Journal of Thermal Science2023,32,4: | 0 |
| 8 | A Physical Layer Authentication Mechanism for IoT Devices显示文摘When Internet of Things(IoT)nodes access the network through wireless channels,the network is vulnerable to spoofing attacks and the Sybil attack.However,the connection of massive devices in IoT makes it difficult to manage and distribute keys,thus limiting the application of traditional high-level authentication schemes.Compared with the high-level authentication scheme,the physical layer authentication scheme realizes the lightweight authentication of users by comparing the wireless channel characteristics of adjacent packets.However,traditional physical layer authentication schemes still adopt the one-to-one authentication method,which will consume numerous network resources in the face of large-scale IoT node access authentication.In order to realize the secure access authentication of IoT nodes and regional intrusion detection with low resource consumption,we propose a physical layer authentication mechanism based on convolution neural network(CNN),which uses the deep characteristics of channel state information(CSI)to identify sending nodes in different locations.Specifically,we obtain the instantaneous CSI data of IoT sending nodes at different locations in the pre-set area,and then feed them into CNN for training to procure a model for IoT node authentication.With its powerful ability of data analysis and feature extraction,CNN can extract deep Spatio-temporal environment features of CSI data and bind them with node identities.Accordingly,an authentication mechanism which can distinguish the identity types of IoT nodes located in different positions is established to authenticate the identity of unknown nodes when they break into the pre-set area.Experimental results show that this authentication mechanism can still achieve 94.7%authentication accuracy in the case of a low signalto-noise ratio(SNR)of 0 dB,which means a significant improvement in authentication accuracy and robustness. | Xinglu Li Kaizhi Huang Shaoyu Wang Xiaoming Xu | 2022 | China Communications2022,19,5: | 0 |
