1Distribution and sources of solvent extractable organic compounds in PM_(2.5) during 2007 Chinese Spring Festival in Beijing显示文摘The solvent extractable organic compounds (SEOC), including n-alkanes, polycylic aromatic hydrocarbons, fatty acids, anddicarboxylic acids in PM2.5 during the 2007 Chinese Spring Festival in Beijing, were measured via gas chromatography-massspectrometry for determining the characteristics and sources of these organic pollutants. The concentrations of total n-alkanes, PAHs,and organic acids before Chinese Spring Festival Eve (1025.5, 95.9, and 543.3 ng/m3, respectively) were higher than those after (536.6,58.9, and 331.8 ng/m3, respectively). n-Aalkanes and PAHs had much higher concentration in nighttime than those in daytime becauseof high relative humidity and low wind speed during the night. Combustion of coal and exhaust emission were major sources of n-alkanes. It could be concluded by the characteristic ratios that the primary source of PAHs in fine particles was the combustion of coal,but the combustion of gasoline was in the next place. The ratios of C18:0/C16 indicated the contribution of vehicular emissions to thefatty acids. 2Sedimentary Patterns and Stratigraphic Trap Models of Deeply Buried Intervals in the Baxian Depression, North China显示文摘The Baxian depression is a typical half-graben located in the Jizhong sub-basin, north China. Commercial petroleum traps have been discovered in the Jizhong sub-basin. However, the 3^(rd) and 4^(th) members of the Shahejie Formation in this sub-basin have been poorly explored. These two members, belonging to the Lower Paleogene age, are buried deeply in the depression. Favorable petroleum reservoir conditions exist in such deep intervals of the half-graben due to the presence of different types and extent of deltas and turbidity fans in various areas. In fact, three types of turbidite fans are developed in the sag below the transitional belt on the eastern gentle slope. This work summarized three stratigraphic trap belts, i.e., the steep slope, gentle slope, and sag. On the steep slope, structuralstratigraphic traps with small-scale delta fronts and turbidite sandbodies are well developed. On the gentle slope, hydrocarbons generally accumulate in the large-scale delta front, onlapping beds and those sandbodies adjacent to unconformities. In the sag, petroleum trap models are typically characterized by pinched-out turbidite sandbodies. Stratigraphic traps were easily formed in turbidite fans below the eastern transitional belt. 3北方半干旱草原生态系统光合参数的季节和年际变异显示文摘生态系统表观量子效率(α)、最大光合速率(P_(max))和暗呼吸速率(R_(d))不仅反映了生态系统水平光合生理特征,同时也是碳循环模型中光合过程模拟的关键参数。气候和植被因子都会影响光合参数的季节和年际变异,但二者在光合参数调控过程中的相对贡献和作用途径尚不清晰。本研究基于连续12年(2006-2017)的涡度相关观测数据,分析了内蒙古半干旱典型草原光合参数的季节和年际变化规律利用回归分析和结构方程模型(SEM)方法明晰了环境和生理调控的作用途径及相对贡献。结果发现,光合参数(α、P_(max)和R)均表现出单峰的季节变化趋势,并呈现明显的年际波动。温度(T_(a))和土壤含水量(SWC)的变化共同影响光合参数的季节变化,而SWC主导了其年际变异。α和R_(d)的变化主要由T_(a)决定,而P_(max)的变化主要受SWC的影响。SEM模型分析表明,除了直接作用外,环境因子主要通过影响冠层水平气孔导度(gc)对光合参数和碳同化生理过程进行调控。此外,叶面积指数对光合参数特别是Pmax的季节和年际变异起主要调控作用。以上结果明确了环境和植被共同决定了生态系统水平光合参数的季节和年际变异,并强调了在水分受限的草原生态系统中,植被生理调控在光合碳同化能力和碳汇功能评估中的重要作用。Cuihai You Yanbing Wang Xingru Tan Bingwei Zhang Tingting Ren Boyu Chen Mengzhen Xu Shiping Chen 2022Journal of Plant Ecology2022,15,5:1

9The preparation of whole sp-C composed alkyne rich carbon materials显示文摘For the high content of sp-hybridized carbon atoms,carbyne based materials can express superior conductivity and ultra-high theoretical capacity,which are key factors of high-performance anode.However,the poor stability of synthetic intermediates and unwanted side reactions lead to huge challenge to synthesis carbyne alternating carbon–carbon triple and single bonds.Here,we rationally designed a smart“Greedy Snake”strategy to synthesize the alkyne rich carbon materials named Si capped alkyne rich carbon(Si-Alkyne-C)which comprised of sp-hybridized carbon atoms.The as-prepared Si-Alkyne-C generated on the copper surface through a carbon–carbon coupling,in which Si can effectively protect the intermediates generated by the reaction.The C–Si bond can constantly generate copper-alkyne intermediates to couple with other terminal alkynes to continuously elongate like'Greedy Snake',forming a long alkyne chain structure.The as-prepared Si-Alkyne-C can be applied as anode electrodes,exhibited very high reversible capacity of up to 2776 mAh/g at a current density of 50 mA/g and an average capacity around 1202 mAh/g at a high current density of 5000 mA/g for 5000 cycles,which are the best results among the reported carbon materials and better than many other anode materials.These results not only provide a facile strategy to prepare carbyne based materials,but also open a broad avenue for the preparation of high-capacity anode materials.Deyi Zhang Ze Yang Wenjing Liu Xingru Yan Qin Liu Xiaodong Li Changshui Huang Yuliang Li 2023Nano Research2023,16,11:0
10Genetic polymorphisms of 44 Y chromosomal genetic markers in the Inner Mongolia Han population and its genetic relationship analysis with other reference populations显示文摘Y chromosomal genetic markers in the non-recombining region are commonly used for human evolution research,familial searching,and forensic male differentiation since they strictly follow paternal inheritance.Y chromosomal short tandem repeats(Y-STRs)possess extraordinarily advantages in forensic applications because of their high polymorphisms and special genetic pattern.Here,we assessed the genetic diversities of 41 Y-STRs and three Y chromosomal insertion/deletion(Y-InDels)loci in the Chinese Inner Mongolia Han population;besides,genetic differentiation analyses among the studied Han population and other previously reported populations were conducted based on 27 same Y-STRs.Totally,425 alleles were observed in 324 Inner Mongolia Han individuals for these Y-markers.Gene diversities of these Y-markers distributed from 0.0306 to 0.9634.The haplotype diversity and discriminatory capacity of these Y-markers in the Inner Mongolia Han population were 0.9999 and 0.98457,respectively.Haplotype resolution comparisons of different Y-marker groups in the studied Han population revealed that higher haplotype resolution could be achieved for these 44 Y-markers.Population genetic analyses of the Inner Mongolia Han population and other reference populations demonstrated that the studied Han population had relatively closer genetic affinities with Northern Han Chinese populations than Southern Han and other minority groups.To sum up,these 44 Y-markers can be utilized as a valuable tool for male differentiation in the Inner Mongolia Han population.Xiaoye Jin Guohui Xing Chunhua Yang Xingru Zhang Wei Cui Chong Chen Bofeng Zhu 2022Forensic Sciences Research2022,7,3:0
11Electrochemical synthesis of FeN_(x) doped carbon quantum dots for sensitive detection of Cu^(2+) ion显示文摘A novel strategy was developed to fabricate FeNx-doped carbon quantum dots(Fe-N-CQDs)to detect Cu^(2+) ions selectively as a fluorescence probe.The Fe-N-CQDs were synthesized by an efficient electrolysis of a carbon cloth electrode,which was coated with monoatomic ironanchored nitrogen-doped carbon(Fe-N-C).The obtained Fe-N-CQDs emitted blue fluorescence and possessed a quantum yield(QY)of 7.5%.An extremely wide linear relationship between the Cu^(2+) concentration and the fluorescence intensity was obtained in the range from 100 nmol L^(-1) to 1000 nmol L^(-1)(R^(2)=0.997),and the detection limit was calculated as 59 nmol L^(-1).Moreover,the Fe-N-CQDs demonstrated wide range pH compatibility between 2 and 13 due to the coordination between pyridine nitrogen and Fe^(3+),which dramatically reduced the affection of the protonation and deprotonation process between H^(+) and Fe-N-CQDs.It is notable that the Fe-N-CQDs exhibited a rapid response in Cu^(2+) detection,where stable quenching can be completed in 7 s.The mechanism of excellent selective detection of Cu^(2+) was revealed by energy level simulation that the LUMO level of Fe-N-CQDs(-4.37 eV)was close to the redox potential of Cu^(2+),thus facilitating the electron transport from Fe-N-CQDs to Cu^(2+).Siyuan Sun Weijie Bao Fan Yang Xingru Yan Yang Sun Ge Zhang Wang Yang Yongfeng Li 2023Green Energy & Environment2023,8,1:0
