1Outcome of multimodal MRI-guided intravenous thrombolysis in patients with stroke with unknown time of onset显示文摘Objective Intravenous tissue plasminogen activator(tPA)is the standard therapy for patients with acute ischaemic stroke(AIS)within 4.5 hours of onset.Recent trials have expanded the endovascular treatment window to 24 hours.We investigated the efficacy and safety of using multimodal MRI to guide intravenous tPA treatment for patients with AIS of unknown time of onset(UTO).Methods Data on patients with AIS with UTO and within 4.5 hours of onset were reviewed.Data elements collected and analysed included:demographics,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score at baseline and 2 hours,24 hours,7 days after thrombolysis and before discharge,the modified Rankin Scale(mRS)score at 3 months after discharge,imaging findings and any adverse event.results Forty-two patients with UTO and 62 in control group treated within 4.5 hours of onset were treated with intravenous tPA.The NIHSS scores after thrombolysis and/or before discharge in UTO group were significantly improved compared with the baseline(p<0.05).Between the two groups,no significant differences in NIHSS score were observed(p>0.05).Utilising the non-inferiority test,to compare mRS scores(0-2)at 3 months between the two groups,the difference was 5.2%(92%CI,OR 0.196).Patients in the UTO group had mRS scores of 0-2,which were non-inferior to the control group.Their incidence of adverse events was similar.Conclusions Utilising multimodal MRI to guide intravenous only thrombolysis for patients with AIS with UTO was safe and effective.In those patients with AIS between 6 and 24 hours of time of onset but without large arterial occlusion,intravenous thrombolysis could be considered an option.Jie Zhao Hongmei Zhao Runtao Li Jiangtao Li Chang Liu Juan Lv Yanan Li Wei Liu Dongpu Ma Huaihai Hao Xinguang Xiao Junzhong Liu Yongfeng Yin Rongli Liu Qiaoyan Yu Yingjie Wei Pengyan Li Yue Wang Runqing Wang 2019Stroke & Vascular Neurology2019,4,1:8
2Different Dosages of Intravitreal Triamcinolone Acetonide Injections for Macular Edema Secondary to Central Retinal Vein Occlusion显示文摘Purpose:.To study the effect of intravitreal injections of triamcinolone acetonide (TA) for the treatment of macular edema secondary to central retinal vein occlusion.(CRVO).in a sample of Chinese patients from Shaanxi province. Methods:.The 50 eyes from 50 patients were separated into three TA treatment groups:.17 patients were given 4 mg/0.1 ml,.19 patients were given 8 mg/0.2 ml,.and 14 patients were given 16 mg/0.4 ml. Patients were followed up for 12 months. Foveal thickness, intraocular pressure (IOP), and best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA) were measured. Results:.Macular edema responded well both anatomically and functionally to the TA injections. After the initial intravitreal injection,.macular edema recurred at 2-4 months in the low-dose group.(4 mg),.at 3-5 months in the medium-dose group (8 mg), and at 6-9 months in the high-dose group (16 mg)..No significant difference in BCVA or in foveal thickness were observed between the first intravitreal injection and the re-injection. There was no increase in IOP after re-injection of 16 mg TA,.if the patient did not have an elevated IOP after the initial intravitreal injection of 4/8 mg TA. 5Influence of Ta/Al ratio on the microstructure and creep property of a Ru-containing Ni-based single-crystal superalloy显示文摘Two alloys with different Ta and Al contents were applied to study the influence of Ta/Al ratio on the microstructural evolution and creep deformation under high temperature.The increase of Ta/Al ratio made theγ/γ'lattice misfit more negative and enhanced the volume fraction ofγ'phase,which produced cubic and smallγ'phase in the initial microstructures.These initial tinyγ'phases impeded the dislocations movement and delayed the course of complete raftedγ'phase during the origination of creep deformation,which prolonged the time of the primary creep stage.Moreover,the increase of Ta/Al ratio and addition of Ru produced the denser and stable dislocation networks,the high APB energy and better solution strengthening,which hindered the climbing and sliding of dislocations,and restrained the formation of superdislocations in theγ'precipitate.The second creep stage was extended,and the minimum creep rate was reduced.Hence,the increase of whole creep life of the alloy containing high Ta/Al ratio was attributed to the prolongation of the primary and second creep stages,and the low minimum creep rate.The appearance of the topological inversion phenomenon during the tertiary creep stage was the primary cause for the sudden increase of the creep strain rate of the alloy containing low Ta/Al ratio.However,the high creep strain rate of the alloy containing high Ta/Al ratio during the tertiary creep stage was related to the occurrence and extending of the cracks near the voids.Both alloys would lose efficacy within 20 h-30 h.Wei Song Xinguang Wang Jinguo Li Jie Meng Yanhong Yang Jinlai Liu Jide Liu Yizhou Zhou Xiaofeng Sun 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,30:1

9Identification of sap flow driving factors of jujube plantation in semi-arid areas in Northwest China显示文摘Jujube is widely cultivated in the semi-arid region of the Loess Plateau in Northwest China due to its high water deficit tolerance.In such an ecologically vulnerable area,it is critical to explore the water consumption processes of key tree species and their responses to driving factors.Sap flow data gathered during a two-year field study in a jujube plantation were analyzed as a surrogate for transpiration measurements.The measured sap flows were related to changes in the soil water content,meteorological factors(the vapor pressure deficit and the level of photosynthetically active radiation),and plant physiological factors(the sap wood area,leaf area and leaf area index).The factors that govern sap flow were found to vary depending on the growing season,and on hourly and daily timescales.The plants’drought tolerance could be predicted based on their peak sap flows and the variation in their sap flow rates at different soil water levels.The sap flow was most strongly affected by the water content of the topmost(0-20 cm)soil layer.Of the studied meteorological factors,the photosynthetically active radiation had a greater effect on sap flow than the vapor pressure deficit.The correlation we found could be applied to predict jujube tree water consumption and assist the design of irrigation scheme.Wei Xinguang Li Bo Guo Chengjiu Wang Youke He Jianqiang Shouyang Liu Wang Tieliang Yao Mingze 2017International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2017,10,2:0
10Method to Appraise Dangerous Class of Building Masonry Component Based on DC-YOLO Model显示文摘This DC-YOLO Model was designed in order to improve the efficiency for appraising dangerous class of buildings and avoid manual intervention,thereby making the appraisal results more objective.It is an automated method designed based on deep learning and target detection algorithms to appraise the dangerous class of building masonry component.Specifically,it(1)adopted K-means clustering to obtain the quantity and size of the prior boxes;(2)expanded the grid size to improve identification to small targets;(3)introduced in deformable convolution to adapt to the irregular shape of the masonry component cracks.The experimental results show that,comparing with the conventional method,the DC-YOLO model has better recognition rates for various targets to different extents,and achieves good effects in precision,recall rate and F1 value,which indicates the good performance in classifying dangerous classes of building masonry component.Hongrui Zhang Wenxue Wei Xinguang Xiao Song Yang Wanlu Shao 2020Computers, Materials & Continua2020,,4:0
