| 1 | Peripheral Lymphocyte Subsets as a Marker of Parkinson's Disease in a Chinese Population显示文摘In this study, we conducted a clinical analysis of lymphocyte subtypes in 268 patients with Parkinson's disease(PD) to assess their clinical impact as a potential marker of advanced PD in Chinese patients. The participants comprised 268 sporadic PD patients and 268 healthy controls. The numbers of natural killer(NK) cells and CD3+, CD3+CD4+, CD3+CD8+, and CD19+ lymphocytes from peripheral blood were determined by immunostaining and flow cytometric analysis and the percentages of these CD+ T cells were calculated. The ratio of regulatory T(Treg)/helper T 17(Th17) lymphocytes from 64 PD patients and 46 controls was determined by flow cytometric analysis.The results showed that the percentage of NK cells was higher in advanced PD patients than in controls(22.92% ±10.08% versus 19.76% ± 10.09%, P = 0.006), while CD3+ T cells are decreased(62.93% ± 9.27% versus65.75% ± 9.13%, P = 0.005). The percentage of CD19+B cells in male patients was lower(P = 0.021) than in female patients, whereas NK cells were increased(P \ 0.0001). The scores on the Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS) and the Non-Motor Symptoms Scale in late-onset PD patients were significantly higher than those in earlyonset patients(P = 0.024 and P = 0.007, respectively). The percentage of CD19+ B cells in patients with UPDRS scores[24 was lower than in those with scores \24(10.17% ±4.19% versus 12.22% ± 5.39%, P = 0.009). In addition, the Treg/Th17 ratio in female patients was higher than that in female controls(13.88 ± 6.32 versus 9.94 ± 4.06, P =0.042). | 6 | Time-domain and Frequency-domain Analyses of PETT Oscillation in Press Pack IGBTs显示文摘Plasma extraction transit time(PETT)oscillation might appear in IGBT devices,which is harmful to the electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)of a renewable energy system.To eliminate this oscillation,its frequency-domain characteristics in wire-bonded IGBT devices have been extensively studied.However,the time-domain analysis of PETT oscillation,especially in Press Pack IGBT(PPI)devices,has not attracted enough attention yet.In this paper,PETT oscillations with multi-chips in PPI devices are systematically investigated by experiments.It is first reported there are multiple resonant oscillations at the tail period when multi-chips turn off.Oscillations overlap in the time domain waveforms,which lead PETT oscillation to be more serious in multi-chips.Then,PETT oscillation is divided into three different feedback states for the first time.For the IGBT chip in the PETT oscillation,its physical based model and behavior model are proposed,which further form the equivalent circuit as the two-port network.Moreover,it is indicated that only parallel resonances can lead to PETT oscillation,which is consistent with experiment results. | Jiayu Fan Xiang Cui Xinling Tang Cheng Peng Zhibin Zhao Xiangrui Meng Xuebao Li Zhong Chen | 2023 | CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2023,9,2: | 0 |

| 10 | Stable hydrazone-linked chiral covalent organic frameworks:Synthesis,modification,and chiral signal inversion from monomers显示文摘The designed synthesis of chiral covalent organic frameworks(COFs) featuring intriguing properties is fairly scant and remains a daunting synthetic challenge.Here we develop a de novo synthesis of an enantiomeric pair of 2 D hydroxyl-functionalized hydrazone-linked chiral COFs,(S)-and(R)-HthBta-OH COFs,using enantiopure 2,5-bis(2-hydroxypropoxy)terephthalohydrazide(Hth) as monomers.The fo rmation process of hydroxyl-functionalized chiral COFs was monitored using rigorous time-dependent PXRD,vibrational circular dichroism(VCD),and electronic circular dichroism(ECD) studies.Remarkably,VCD spectra indicated a unique chiral signal inversion from the positive Cotton effect of(S)-Hth monomer to the negative Cotton effect of(S)-HthBta-OH COF,which has never been reported in chiral COFs.Moreover,two unprecedented carboxyl-functionalized chiral COFs,(S)-and(R)-HthBta-COOH,were constructed by a post-synthetic modification of the corresponding hydroxyl chiral COFs with succinic anhydride.Notably,carboxyl-functionalized COFs retained homochirality and crystallinity without linker racemization and structural collapse after the chemical modification due to the chemically robust nature of pristine hydrazone-linked chiral COFs. | Yilun Yan Xinle Li Gui Chen Kai Zhang Xihao Tang Shuyuan Zhang Shengrun Zheng Jun Fan Weiguang Zhang Songliang Cai | 2021 | Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,1: | 0 |
