| 1 | Dynamics of Wetland Landscape Pattern in Kaifeng City from 1987 to 2002显示文摘It is very significant for urban development and urban wetland protection and utilization to probe into the process and reasons of urban wetland landscape dynamics. Taking the information of remote sensing and detailed land survey data as the basic information sources, with the help of RS and GIS, according to the principles and methods of landscape ecology, this paper analyzed wetland landscape pattern dynamics and its reasons in Kaifeng City, Henan Prov-ince of China, from 1987 to 2002. The results show that the total wetland area in Kaifeng City firstly reduced by 20.1% from 1987 to 1990 and then increased from 1990 to 2002, with an average annual growth rate of 3.3%. At the same time, landscape fragment degree and landscape dominance degree increased, respectively from 0.64 to 0.72 and from 0.3754 to 0.5563, but mean patch area, maximum patch area, patch fractal dimension reduced. As far as single landscape element concerned, from 1987 to 2002, patch area, patch number, patch density, patch shape and patch location changed in varying degrees in all wetland types in Kaifeng City, among which rice field changed most and others relatively less. In the recent 20 years, rice fields, lake wetlands, puddles and ponds had a higher stability, but river and bottomland wetlands were mostly transformed to land use types. The change of wetland landscape pattern was the result of the combined action of the Huanghe (Yellow) River, urban expansion, wide cultivation of rice, and rapid development of fishery. | 4 | Preparation and investigation of Pd doped Cu catalysts for selective hydrogenation of acetylene显示文摘A series of PdCu bimetallic catalysts with low Cu and Pd loadings and different Cu:Pd atomic ratios were prepared by conventionally sequential impregnation(CSD)and modified sequential impregnation(MSI)of Cu and Pd for selective hydrogenation of acetylene.Characterization indicates that the supported copper(I)nitrate in the PdCu bimetallic catalysts prepared by MSI can be directly reduced to Cu metal particles due to the hydrogen spillover from Pd to Cu(NO3)2 crystals.In addition,for the catalysts prepared by MSI,Pd atoms can form PdCu alloy on the surface of metal particles,however,for the catalysts prepared by CSI,Pd tends to migrate and exist below the surface layer of Cu.Reaction results indicate that compared with CSI,the MSI method enables samples to possess preferable stability as well as comparable reaction activity.This should be due to the MSI method in favor of the formation of PdCu alloy on the surface of metal particles.Moreover,even Pd loading is super low,<0.045 wt-%in this study,by through adjusting Cu loading to an appropriate value,attractive reactivity and selectivity still can be achieved. | Xinxiang Cao Tengteng Lyu Wentao Xie Arash Mirjalili Adelaide Bradicich Ricky Huitema Ben W.-L.Jang Jong K.Keum Karren More Changjun Liu Xiaoliang Yan | 2020 | Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2020,14,4: | 4 |
| 5 | Functionalized metal-organic frameworks with strong acidity and hydrophobicity as an efficient catalyst for the production of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural显示文摘In the dehydration of fructose to 5-hydroxymethyl furfural(HMF),in situ produced water weakens the acid strength of the catalyst and causes the rehydration of HMF,causing unsatisfactory catalytic activity and selectivity.In this work,a class of benzenesulfonic acid-grafted metal-organic frameworks with strong acidity and hydrophobicity is obtained by the direct sulfonation method using 4-chlorobenzenesulfonic acid as sulfonating agent.The resultant MOFs have a specific surface area of greater than 250 m^(2)·g^(-1),acid density above 1.0 mmol·g^(-1),and water contact angle up to 129°.The hydrophobic MOF-PhSO_(3)H exhibits both higher catalytic activity and selectivity than MOF-SO_(3)H in the HMF synthesis due to its better hydrophobicity and olephilicity.Moreover,the catalyst has a high recycled stability.At last,fructose is completely converted,and 98.0%yield of HMF is obtained under 120℃ in a DMSO solvent system.The successful preparation of the hydrophobic acidic MOF provides a novel hydrophobic catalyst for the synthesis of HMF. | Huan Li Yao Zhong Luxi Wang Qiang Deng Jun Wang Zheling Zeng Xinxiang Cao Shuguang Deng | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,5: | 2 |

| 7 | RNA interference blocking the apoptosis in HEK293 cells induced by overexpression of alpha-synuclein显示文摘BACKGROUND:Overexpression ofα-synuclein can induce cell apoptosis.RNA interference(RNAi) may block specific gene function and cause gene silencing. OBJECTIVE:To construct a specific and effective RNAi plasmid for theα-synuclein gene and investigate if RNAi can block apoptosis in HEK293 cells,induced by overexpression of wild-typeα-synuclein. DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:A contrast experiment based on genetically engineered cytobiology was performed at the State Key Lab of Medical Genetics of China,Xiangya Medical College of Central South University,between October 2004 and October 2008. MATERIALS:HEK293 cells and pBSHH1 plasmid were provided by the State Key Lab of Medical Genetics of China;OligDNA sequence by Sagon Bioengineering Company,Shanghai; Lipofectamine 2000 by Invitrogen,USA;α-synuclein monoclonal antibody,Hoechst 33258,and MTT; by Sigma,USA;Horseradish peroxidase-coupled goat anti-rat IgG by KPL,USA;FACSan flow cytometry by BD,USA. METHODS:Four target sites were used to construct hairpin RNA pBSHH1 vectors-pSYNi-1, pSYNi-2,pSYNi-3 and pSYNi-4-which were cloned in the pBSHH1 plasmid.HEK293 cells were transfected using Lipofectamine 2000.In addition,a non-transfect group and a negative plasmid transfect group were established.The cultured HEK293 cells were processed as follows: transfection of blank plasmid(blank control group),transfection ofα-synuclein-pEGFP and RNAi negative vector(negative control group),and transfection ofα-synuclein-pEGFP and pSYNi-1 (transfection group).Cells in all groups were transfected with Lipofectamine 2000 for 48 hours. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Expression ofα-synuclein mRNA and protein were detected by RT-PCR and Western blot.Cell morphology was observed under an inverted fluorescence microscope;cell viability was measured using MTT method;and cell apoptosis was determined with Annexin V-PE flow cytometry. RESULTS:α-synuclein mRNA and protein expressions were significantly decreased in the pSYNi-1 group when compared with the non-transfect and negative plasmid transfect groups(P<0.05).The expressions were partially decreased in the pSYNi-2 group,but there was no significant difference in the pSYNi-3 and pSYNi-4 groups.Hoechst staining indicated that cell nuclei were enlarged in the negative control group,coloring was not uniform,and chromatin was accumulated and appeared spot-like.The nucleus coloring was uniform in the transfection group compared to negative control group.Cell viability in the negative control group was significantly lower than blank control group with cell apoptosis being significantly increased(P<0.05).In comparison with negative control group, cell viability was significantly increased in the transfection group and cell apoptosis was significantly decreased(P<0.05). | 13 | Asymmetric double-layer composite electrolyte with enhanced ionic conductivity and interface stability for all-solid-state lithium metal batteries显示文摘All-solid-state Li metal battery has been regarded as a promising battery technology due to its high energy density based on the high capacity of lithium metal anode and high safety based on the all solid state electrolyte without inflammable solvent.However,challenges still exist mainly in the poor contact and unstable interface between electrolyte and electrodes.Herein,we demonstrate an asymmetric design of the composite polymer electrolyte with two different layers to overcome the interface issues at both the cathode and the anode side simultaneously.At the cathode side,the polypropylene carbonate layer has enough viscosity and flexibility to reduce the inter-facial resistance,while at the Li anode side,the polyethylene oxide layer modified with hexagonal boron nitride has high mechanical strength to suppress the Li dendrite growth.Owing to the synergetic effect between different components,the asprepared double layer composite polymer electrolyte demonstrates a large electrochemical window of5.17 V,a high ionic conductivity of 6.1×10~(-4) S/cm,and a transfe rence number of 0.56,featuring excellent ion transport kinetics and good chemical stability.All-solid-state Li metal battery assembled with LiFePO_4 cathode and Li anode delivers a high capacity of 150.9 mAh/g at 25℃ and 0.1 C-rate,showing great potential for practical applications. | Binglu Zhao Luxiang Ma Kai Wu Mengxiong Cao Minggui Xu Xinxiang Zhang Wen Liu Jitao Chen | 2021 | Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,1: | 0 |
