| 1 | Efficacy and safety of external application of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the treatment of acute gouty arthritis: a systematic review and Meta-analysis显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of external application of Traditional Chinese Medicine (EATCM) on acute gouty arthritis (AGA).METHODS:Six electronic data bases were retrieved from their inception to march 2017.15 randomized controlled clinical trials (RCTs) were included.The quality of the literatures was assessed according to Cochrane review criteria by using RevMan5.3 software;and related data was counted using Stata14.0 software.RESULTS:There was no significant difference in C-reactiveprotein (CRP) between experimental intervention group and control group [(WMD =1.093,95% C/(-2.514,4.701);P =0.553)].In terms of overall efficacy,the EATCM's treatment group was significantly superior to control group [(OR =3.692;95% CI (2.408,5.661);P <0.001)].The EATCM was better than western medicine treatments or other interventions in reducing the adverse reactions [(OR =0.135;95% CI (0.067,0.274);P < 0.001)].All these funnel plots showed unlikelihood of publishing bias.But due to excessive heterogeneity,the statistical results of serum uric acid and visual analogue scale and CRP between the two groups became uncertain.CONCLUSION:The results indicate that EATCM may have greater overall efficacy with fewer adverse drug reactions,although the evidence is weak owing to the low methodological quality and the small number of the included trials. | Huang Xinxing Zhu Zonghua Wu Guang-hui Min Peng Fei Peng Zhu Tao Wang Xuezong Xiao Lianbo | 2019 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2019，39，3： | 12 |

| 3 | Global research on cognitive behavioural therapy for schizophrenia from 2000 to 2019:a bibliometric analysis via CiteSpace显示文摘Background Cognitive behavioural therapy(CBT)is considered to be an effective treatment for schizophrenia.In recent years,researchers have published clinical research results on CBT for schizophrenia.However,there is currently a lack of bibliometric analysis on CBT for schizophrenia.Aims To understand the current situation and research trends of CBT for schizophrenia,and to provide valuable information for researchers in this field.Methods Literature was retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection database.CiteSpace was used to visually analyse the current status of research on CBT for schizophrenia,as well as trends and points of general interest on this topic.Results A total of 1151 papers were retrieved.The annual number of publications has increased 417.65%from 2000 to 2019.Schizophrenia Research was the most active journal.McGorry enjoys considerable influence.The University of London is deemed to be the most active research institution.England and the USA retain the highest scientific productivity in this field.China and Norway might make more contributions to this field in the future.The most important research topics are randomised controlled trials of CBT for schizophrenia,meta-analysis,scale selection and research on the improvement of quality of life.Results from the following keywords‘psychoeducation’,‘insomnia’,‘individual’,‘mental illness’,‘major depressive disorder’,‘efficacy’,‘internalised stigma’and‘remediation’indicated new research frontiers in this field.Conclusions The field of CBT for schizophrenia is progressing and has great potential.The level and quality of research in this field is high.The proposal of research hotspots and frontiers serves as a direction for researchers in this field.Researchers around the world should strengthen their cooperation and communication to promote further development of this field. | Xinxing Fei Shiqi Wang Xiaojiao Zheng Kezhi Liu Xuemei Liang | 2021 | General Psychiatry2021，34，1： | 1 |
| 4 | Beneficial effects of fermented jujube pulp in relieving loperamide hydrochloride-induced constipation in male ICR mice显示文摘Unfermented jujube pulp(UFJP),fermented jujube pulp(FJP)in high and low doses were fed to constipated ICR mice.Defecation function,serum gastrointestinal regulatory peptide,fecal short-chain fatty acids(SCFAs)and gut microbial composition were assessed.Results showed that high-dose FJP could protect intestinal mucosa tissue,shorten the first black feces defecating time by 17%and increase the number and wet weights of black feces by 72%and 71%,respectively,within 6 h.High-dose FJP signifi cantly down-regulated the somatostatin level and up-regulated gastrin level in constipated mice,compared with low-dose FJP and UFJP.The high-dose FJP intervention regulated the microbiota profi le,which afterwards restored microbiota,like Bacteroidetes,Bifi dobacterium and Lactobacillus,to a less unhealthy state.This study provides convincing in vivo evidence that high-dose FJP supplementation through daily diet could be a promising approach to effectively alleviate constipation and modulate gut health. | Jing Li Xinyue Yu Xinxing Xu Peipei Tang Shuang Bi Xiaopu Ren Yong Shi Jihong Wu Fei Lao | 2023 | Food Science and Human Wellness2023，12，6： | 0 |
