1Towards understanding the brittle–ductile transition in the extreme manufacturing显示文摘The brittle–ductile transition(BDT) widely exists in the manufacturing with extremely small deformation scale, thermally assisted machining, and high-speed machining. This paper reviews the BDT in extreme manufacturing. The factors affecting the BDT in extreme manufacturing are analyzed, including the deformation scale and deformation temperature induced brittle-to-ductile transition, and the reverse transition induced by grain size and strain rate. A discussion is arranged to explore the mechanisms of BDT and how to improve the machinability based on the BDT. It is proposed that the mutual transition between brittleness and ductility results from the competition between the occurrence of plastic deformation and the propagation of cracks. 2Effect of solution cooling rate on the microstructure and creep deformation mechanism of a rhenium-free second-generation single crystal superalloy显示文摘Various cooling scenarios(water,oil,air and furnace)were employed to study the impacts of the solution cooling rate(SCR)on the microstructure and creep behavior of a novel single-crystal(SX)superalloy.The results showed that the cubic degree and size of theγphases were inversely proportional to the SCR.The creep life first increased and then dropped dramatically with a reduction in the SCR.The creep life of the sample cooled with air cooling(AC)was the highest,up to 144.90 h at 800℃/750 MPa and160.15 h at 1100℃/137 MPa.During creep at 800℃/750 MPa,the improved creep life of the AC sample was mainly attributed to the fine cubicγphases,which decreased the rate ofγ-phase coarsening and favoured plastic deformation by promoting the active movement of dislocations.The AC helped theγphases become rich in Al,Ti and Ta while depleted in Co and Cr,which enhanced its stacking fault energy,thus promoting the formation of dislocation locks.Meanwhile,the largest negative lattice misfit caused by AC induced denserγ/γinterface dislocation networks at 1100℃/137 MPa,which efficiently reduced the minimum creep rate.The calculated average dislocation spacing results indicated that the smallest density of excess dislocations corresponded to the AC sample,proving its greatest creep resistance.Interestingly,the size of the secondaryγphases first decreased and then increased sharply with decreasing SCR during creep at 1100℃/137 MPa,when fine secondaryγphases had a positive role in the blockage of dislocation movement in the matrix.Eventually,the comprehensive SCR effect was explored to provide more guidance in the design of Re-free SX superalloys.Xipeng Tao Yunling Du Xinguang Wang Jie Meng Yizhou Zhou Jinguo Li Xiaofeng Sun 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,36:3
3Stability of an explicit time-integration algorithm for hybrid tests, considering stiffness hardening behavior显示文摘An explicit unconditionally stable algorithm for hybrid tests,which is developed from the traditional HHT-α algorithm,is proposed.The unconditional stability is first proven by the spectral radius method for a linear system.If the value of α is selected within [-0.5,0],then the algorithm is shown to be unconditionally stable.Next,the root locus method for a discrete dynamic system is applied to analyze the stability of a nonlinear system.The results show that the proposed method is conditionally stable for dynamic systems with stiffness hardening.To improve the stability of the proposed method,the structure stiffness is then identified and updated.Both numerical and pseudo-dynamic tests on a structure with the collision effect prove that the stiffness updating method can effectively improve stability.Wang Tao Zhou Huimeng Zhang Xipeng Ran Tianran 2018Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Vibration2018,17,3:2

5Aza-BODIPY-based phototheranostic nanoagent for tissue oxygen auto-adaptive photodynamic/photothermal complementary therapy显示文摘Tumor oxygen spatial heterogeneity is a critical challenge for the photodynamic inhibition of solid tumors.Development of an intelligent nanoagent to initiate optimal therapeutics according to the localized oxygen levels is an effective settlement.Herein,we report an activatable nanoagent(BDP-Oxide nanoparticles(NPs))to enable the oxygen auto-adaptive photodynamic/photothermal complementaly treatment.Upon the nanoagent accumulated in the tumor region,the low extracellular pH could trigger the disassociation of the nanoagent to release the phototheranostic agent,BDP-Oxide,which will subsequently afford the fluorescence imaging-guided photodynamic oxidation after it gets into the outer oxygen-rich tumors.Along with the penetration deepening in the solid tumor,furthermore,BDP-Oxide could be reduced into BDP by the cytochrome P450(CYP450)enzymes activated in the low oxygen tension regions of inner hypoxic tumors,which will switch on the photothermal and photoacoustic effects.Overall,the BDP-Oxide NPs-enabled photodynamic/photothermal complementary therapy significantly suppressed the solid tumor growth(inhibition rate of 94.8%).This work proposes an intelligent platform to address the oxygen partial pressure for the optimization of cancer phototherapeutics.Meijiao Zhao Qin Zeng Xipeng Li Da Xing Tao Zhang 2022Nano Research2022,15,1:0
